We enjoyed your lovely home very much. The room arrangements worked well for all of us.
We loved the beautiful back porch with a dinner table. We ate many meals out there.
The front porch was also a great escape as we watched the kids play tin the great yard.
Zipline was a big success with the kids as were the chickens!!

Our stay included 14 individuals ranging from the parents to their youngest grandchild of 3 months old. The house was very spacious with enough bedrooms for everyone, including individual rooms per adult couple (4). The kids had plenty of beds to sleep in as well if they shared (but they chose to sleep on the pullouts in the playroom).
We all agreed that it was more than enough space for parents to allow the kids to play while we enjoyed some adult conversation and cook meals without littles running around our feet. Sooooooo much outdoors space for the kids to explore safely (not to mention seeing the horses and other farm animals next door!). They also got a kick out of grabbing the eggs in the morning.
The house was clean and very well maintained. The photos shown are 100% accurate to what it looks like present day. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. In terms of nearby things to do, there was a bit of driving to get to those, but if you’re looking for a house of this size to accommodate a large family gathering, they would be far and few between to be any closer.
The owners/family were incredible to work with as well and very attentive to any needs we had. They valued our privacy when there were things that needed to be done on the property (coop cleaning and normal hot tub maintenance), checking in first to see when we were going to be gone. And it always helps to know the neighbors were very friendly as well, to give an idea of the area.

We had the best time! Everyone of all ages had fun and had something to do! We made so many memories in this home. We were able to cook all of our meals. We were able to lounge and play games play outside. There was so much to do at the house, we were also close to pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods and Focus on the Family. There were so many things to do. It was a wonderful week.

What a house! Better than the photos and everything you could ever want! My husband and I were hosting a wedding for our daughter in Black Forest and this house was for our children and spouses to spend time together between wedding activities. The home is beautiful, with every amenity you need. The property gorgeous. The hosts were so personal, kind and clearly parents of a beautiful family. Thanks for a wonderful weekend, creating beautiful family memories.

This house was the perfect place for us to start making new family memories. My husband’s mother passed in July and his Dad ten months prior to that. After selling the family home in Iowa this September we committed to gathering everyone and this place was perfect! We were 2 families (ours 6 and my sister-in-law’s 4) and we were able to have an uncle (who lives near-by) join for Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of activities for our twenty something kids with pool table, hot tub, zip line and gorgeous (and well equipped) kitchen. The TV access was a struggle to watch football and the location a bit remote (if you want to go out nightly.) Megan was very available to answer all our questions and she was so kind to keep in touch before and during our stay. It’s a beautiful family home and many new memories were made! Would recommend to friends and family and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The property accommodated our one traveler who needed accommodations. First floor bedroom was perfect for her. Enjoyed the spaciousness and the views from windows. Had two piano players with us so the piano was a bonus as well as the guitar. House nicely decorated.

We had a wonderful stay. The kids had a blast. There was so much to do around the property we didn't feel the need to ever leave! The kids really enjoyed feeding/watering the chickens and bunnies. The playroom was amazing, the art room was amazing. Just all around perfect! Wish we could have booked a longer stay! The owners were super nice and had provided more than we needed.

We had 13, kids ages 6 months to 14. The property was perfect for us. Beautiful home. Tons to do at the property, The kids loved the trampoline, zipline, swingset, etc. We had a family baseball game in the back yard. All in all, couldn't have been better.

This home is in a gorgeous setting with wild lavender, beautiful hillside, and pine trees everywhere. The peacefulness is inside the home too with beautiful furnishings and wonderful games and activities for the kids. We took our kids and grandkids there for a week stay and they did not want to leave. I can’t say enough about this home! Honestly, we will be talking about this place for a very long time!

Our stay at this wonderful property was exactly what our family was looking for. We were in Colorado for my son's graduation from the Air Force Academy. The house was in short distance to the Academy, so it was easy to attend the events.
The property was filled with many features that kept my grandchildren happy & excited. A playroom, art room, swing set, seesaw, a chicken coop with eggs to gather, bunnies, soccer field and a zipline.
We had lots of space for the entire family and thoroughly enjoyed spending time together.
We were blessed to have found the perfect property to make incredible memories.

It was wonderful to have so many activities for the kids. Even after a day of sight seeing, there was no downtime for them. The home is lovely and the kitchen was perfect. We appreciated the pantry space provided. We ate many meals on the deck with its beautiful views. Enjoyed the sweet touch of fresh flowers. Our evenings were gathered around the fire pit and enjoying s'mores.

Fabulous Family Fun
Of all the properties we have stayed at over many years of visiting Colorado Springs, this was the most family friendly. There were so many things to do on and around the property and the homeowners were kind and customer centric. They went above expectation to make us feel welcome and were very accommodating. We had a really great 9 days. Thank you Megan and Jared!

Incredible time at an amazing home
The house is unbelievable! Beautiful, luxurious home with country charm is how I would describe it. 5 main bedrooms with lots of beds and space(lots!!!) awesome kitchen with a fully stocked pantry with lots of stuff for the guest to use. Plates and cups that can serve a party of 50. Great for large groups!!! Lots of fun stuff from kids to adults. The most amazing thing about this place, the host!!! Megan and Jared are the best! If there is availability, it won’t last for long. We will certainly be back! Thank you Megan and Jared for your wonderful hospitality.

Something else I loved was that while there was enough room for us all to gather for meals and hanging out, there was also enough private space so that we weren't on top of each other and could retreat to our own separate areas. There was so much to do indoors, outdoors, and in the area in general! Megan was absolutely wonderful in communicating with us and helping us answer any questions we had. The only thing that wasn't perfect is that the treehouse that was advertised was locked and wasn't able to be used. However, I did not reach out about this, so it may have been unintentional or an easy fix if I had asked. My kids had an absolute ball here, and despite there being sports, games, a zipline and a trampoline, I think their very favorite thing were the adorable chickens and bunnies. This place was just overall very relaxing. We didn't have to worry about anything and could focus on each other, which was the point! I've already recommended this home to others and hope to come back someday! Big thanks to our awesome hosts.

Our family LOVED staying at this home, it was amazing, beautiful and comfortable. We were there during winter break, and between the tire swing, toys and downstairs game room, there was always something to do. I would bring my family back here again for another holiday trip.

My family and I had an amazing time at this stunning home! Megan was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay; even going the extra mile to suggest activities and grocery stores. This family home is delightful and was perfect for us. Plenty of space and loads of things to do. The view off the back deck is amazing. Our family spent endless hours outside on the swings, trampoline, and zipline. And taking care of the chickens was fun, too! Highly recommended.
