Everything was so clean, really great ocean view, staff very nice and accommodating, house was comfortable, elevator came in handy!

The 3 bedroom with 3 baths was perfect for our party of 6 women. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The elevator was the icing on the cake. Was a life saver getting up to the 2nd and 3rd floors with suitcases. Location is great. Definitely would recommend.

The friendly management, Matthew, John, and Rhoda, made us feel so welcome, and were always available for questions. The beach, pool, and hot tub were only steps away. We also found the balconies great areas to gather outdoors. We could not have stayed at a nicer resort!

The pic. of the large building in the listing on the beach is not the building being rented out, it’s a bit deceiving. That is the building in front of the listed building. Also, the elevator was not operational. No heads up was given. This could have been a huge issue as one of the parties was elderly and unable to climb stairs. Luckily that person was unable to join otherwise it would have been a real dilemma that would have ruined the entire vacation. The issue isn’t the broken elevator, things happen, it’s the no communication that is the issue. The property manager advised that the repairman was coming the next morning to fix it, but that never happened the entire stay.

This townhome was perfect for housing a trip with my husband, my parents, and kids. Walking distance to the beach and a private pool that was never too crowded. We had a wonderful time!

Spent 3 nights here with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location could not be beat and the condo was well equipped and clean.

We loved the property. The ease of beach access is a big plus. The office staff, Rhoda, was so helpful.

A great family vacation. The condo and location were perfect for us as Grandparents, our Daughter and Son-in-law and their two children (ages 11 and 9). The managers of the property were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys provided. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the complex was all night long.

This is a perfect location on a nice property. The help was very friendly. Our location, unit 11, is very nice but could use a fresh coat of paint but other than that all was fantastic!

This was a wonderful townhouse a stone’s throw from the beach. The property managers were extremely friendly and helpful, the home was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Will be back!

Ana Maria Island is one of my favorite places. You cannot beat the white beaches and the laid-back vibe. There is plenty to do for families. We had our three college age kids home for winter break and this was a perfect location. We ate and drank at some awesome locations, went deep-sea fishing and caught monster fish, rented bikes and rode around the island. The sunsets are incredible and the location of the condo to the beach is within steps. They have a great pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. There isn’t much as far as condiments or spices in the kitchen. We had to buy salt and pepper and sugar. I did not feel like cooking on this trip so we bought minimal food. There is a Publix close and you can actually order ahead of time for pick up if you don’t feel like battling the crazy vacationers. It was a wonderful trip and a smack in the face to come back to 35° weather in Illinois. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience at this property! Matthew and John both were an absolute delight, very helpful friendly and accommodating! The beach was clean and chairs always available! Our unit (11) was nicely appointed. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a welcomed surprise! The teenagers thought the elevator inside our unit was amazing! Definitely a great place!

Terrific property in a central location to multiple beaches and restaurants. Weather prevented the use of kayaks and paddle boards, but we made ample use of bicycles and facilities. Highly recommend for large families with kids.

We all loved the condo with plenty of space for the 6 of us to spread out - a great unit with 2 balconies to hang out on! We enjoyed being on the beach and used the pool and grill too. Very well maintained and managed property. Management is on site during the daytime and have access to a First Aid kit (not in the unit). Bring your own salt and pepper - no spices provided. One (1) parking space provided, with literally no street parking (Bistro across the street uses and monitors it closely for their valet parking). Management was kind enough to let us use another unit's space for a 2nd car, as it was vacant. We would stay here again!

Everything was as it was pictured online. Easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The property manager(s) were super nice and helpful. We all agreed that we would rent the same place again. It was our first time visiting Anna Marie Island, FL and we would definately go back.

The beach was absolutely gorgeous. They give you access to paddle boards and kayaks but dragging them to the water will give you a workout and you have to wait for the staff to unlock them. The furniture inside the condo needs some work or to be replaced. The property was clean but there are definitely upgrades needed for the furnishings. Our family definitely wants to come back but we will look for a different condo to rent, likely one that is directly beach front. The road noise was more prominent in this location. I will also say that the pool area needs some work as well. If you want location and don't want to spend the extra for beach front, this is a great choice.

This time, we were staying with another family for their daughters' spring break week, so we rented Unit 11, the 3BR town house. We had previously (3 yrs ago)stayed in the other 3 BR townhouse on the opposite side of the building and really liked the lay out. The lay out of Unit 11 was perfect for you group of 6. The amenities were very nice and of course, the proximity to the beach is wonderful. The downside of this stay was the overall condition of the unit, almost every painted surface, particularly all of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets (including the built in nightstands) was chipped and peeling. The deck, with a lovely view, was very dirty and the paint was also peeling out there. The furniture, especially the couch was visibly dirty. These are easy fixes, I am not sure why this has not been addressed. This is an overall lovely unit, but I would not spend the money on it again unless these issues are fixed. The Mainsail is in an excellent location on the island and we enjoyed riding bikes to many local restaurants and shops. Our favorites were Harry's Bar and Grill, Hurricane Hanks and Minnie's for breakfast.

Great location and space. There is a good deal of cabinet and furniture “decay”, but I assume this happens to rentals over time. We certainly paid enough in one week for a re-do.

We had the best time in this 3 bed, 3 bath condo. Unit was clean and spacious for all six adults. Had a cold night and could have used an extra blanket but not a deal breaker. When booking unit I didn’t realize it wasn’t the first building on the beach. So if you truly want the sit on you balcony over looking beach be sure to inquire location. Otherwise it was perfect. Be sure to eat at the Beach Bistro across the parking lot, a little pricey but outstanding dinner.
