Location, facilities and comfort. The kitchen was well stocked, the dishwasher was good. Both showers were excellent and beds were comfortable. There was a lot of traffic out the front but the unit was quiet inside, and the stereo system could be used to mask any outside sounds.

Access to the garage could have been better, and the garage lights didn’t work. Could have used more coat hangers.

The location for walking to town or lighthouse /Wategos beach is good. Clarke’s beach has been washed away though so it’s currently an exposed rock shelf.

Lack of natural light and the noise from the road. Noisey neighbours keeping us up until 3am on the last night.

Our family was very satisfied with the accommodation. We all enjoyed many aspects of it, such as the comfort, cleanliness, amenities, secure parking, location etc. We will definitely re-book this apartment if we are to holiday in Byron Bay again.

The living spaces were great. Everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Loved the seperate air con units in the rooms. Great secure parking. Kitchen equiped with so many pots and pans and dishes and glasses etc. loved having washing machine and dryer. Plenty of toilet paper!!!!

There were some minor cooking items not clean. But easy fixed. The lights throughout the property were really dim. Spare doona in second bedroom had mould stains on it. Only coffee supplied, no tea bags (we got some and left them). Would have loved a ceiling fan in the living area and patio (just a suggestion) Gate to under car storage very very noisy from our apartment (number 2) which was not pleasant when guests were leaving very early in the morning.
