C'è una TV a schermo piatto HD con canali via cavo HD nel soggiorno e anche nella camera da letto principale; e un lettore HD-DVR / BlueRay in salotto. I nuovi ventilatori Mitsubishi A / C e soffitto in tutto il condominio offriranno il comfort del flusso d'aria. La camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale con nuovo materasso Sealy Posturepedic con integrato. We stayed with our two daughters (5 and 7) and had the best stay. Easy checking in and out; all the things we needed and the best porch and view. The ocean and pool access couldn’t have been better and all the activities we wanted (snorkel trip, surfing, sight seeing) were convenient. Best stay ever!

Our rental experience was excellent. It is a nice quiet location. The condo was perfect and so clean. The downstairs shower was not functioning but not a real problem with upstairs functioning fine.

This was my third year staying at Kihei Sands and I will be back. I love the location in Kihei in that the beach is not crowded and the morning walks are such a pleasure. The space out front by the pool and bbq's is really conducive to meeting new people and having great conversations. At the end of the day I appreciate the quiet evenings and hearing the sound of the surf, wonderful!

The location is awful....the pool is tiny...the beach is one of the worst in Kihei. The units are dated looking and the carpeting in the outdoor hallways are dirty. The balcony fits two people. The living room seats 3 people. Very small living area and dining area. The complimentary beach chairs and water toys are dirty and old. We literally walked in and started searching other places to stay. We ended up paying to stay somewhere else, even though we could not get a refund here.

We have been coming to Kihea Sands for the ladt 3 years now and have no plans to ever switch. We just love the location, the atmosphere and all the friends we've met along the way that feel like family. The whole establishment has everything we need as well as, extremely helpful and friendly staff. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Our condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards. We enjoyed the community grill and smore night provided by the host. I would have rated this five stars but the view wasn't as pretty as some of the other areas we visited on the island. The afternoon winds due to being in between two mountains was high! So we couldn't enjoy the beach in the afternoons (only mornings and evenings). Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would rent this condo again.

Nice complex with very helpful management. Patrick helped us a lot as we could not figure out the lighting, internet or first floor shower. It would be helpful to have small signs explaining how these things work. Otherwise everything was very nice!

We spent 2 days at Kihei sands as a larger group, we reserved 2 units side by side. The units were clean, the people were friendly, and the location was to die for. The beach is steps away. I would highly encourage booking to stay here.

Great property with a great location. We could walk out of the condo barefoot, down the stairs, across the grass, and right onto the beach where we could walk in either direction on smooth sand. Hope to go back again someday.

Our condo at Kihei Sands was great. The property managers were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The location was great and the access to the beach as close as the description says. The patio at Kihei Sands is a lovely place to spend the afternoon / evening. Our condo had beach chairs and an umbrella which was really helpful. The location in Kihei is nice because it's a quiet spot that's also centrally located to West and South Maui.
A few things to know ahead of time: the parking spaces are very narrow so don't rent a large vehicle. The laundry required ten quarters each for washing and drying. The laundry room is open from 2-8 PM but the office (where you get the quarters) is only open until 3 PM, so plan ahead to get your laundry money! Also, it wasn't entirely clear from the listing and photos, but the master bedroom upstairs is open to below and not a private/enclosed space. Not necessarily a problem, but something to be aware of.

Absolutely no complaints about this rental! The location is unbeatable; literally steps from the beach, which made it so easy to get things with beach trips for our two young kids. The property was well kept, and the office staff was very friendly. Location was very central to everything we wanted to get to on Maui. Would stay here again!

We are recently married, and our four adult children live all over the globe. We decided to unite everyone on Maui where my son resides. Kihei Sands was the ideal location. Right on the beach with intimate surroundings. We enjoyed getting to meet fellow travelers, and barbecuing in the common area. Morning beach walks/runs and swims in the ocean were our routine. The entire complex was very clean and our apartment had updated furnishings. The location was ideal for all of the attractions we desired on the island. We were delighted in every way, and will definitely be back!

Another fabulous getaway at Kihea Sands! We sure enjoy all the friendly faces and the fellowship at this wonderful establishment. Always clean, quiet and inviting. The management team and condo owners are some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. We love the central location of the property on the island as well as, the location on the beach. This was our 3rd trip to the Islands 1st trip to Maui. This stay at Kihei Sands was absolutely amazing. A smaller property with all the personal care and assistance you could expect. Connie and Patrick (Management) were amazing and so incredibly helpful. I fell like I left with 2 new good friends. The property was very clean and our room was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed. Coffee was provided every morning by management, and was perfect while we took in those Maui sunrises right on the beach. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Great little group of Condos. Easy to check in, good communication with property managers, property was clean and well taken care of. We were in unit B10 and had a good view of the water but unit A11 or B11 would be better as it is right on the ocean. Parking is a little tight so bring a smaller car, if possible.
