Ocean Front 3 camere da letto casa con una splendida vista! L'accesso alla spiaggia è a 100 m dalla tua porta di casa. Questa casa ha una sala di osservazione che si sente come una nave in mare durante l'alta marea! Anche un soggiorno con camino in pietra e agata arco che si affaccia il surf e spiaggia. Nessun divario notturno da giugno a settembre. Negozi di divertimento, il ristorante e film sono una vicino a piedi. Lay a letto con il suono del mare di notte. Esplorare le vicine piscine di marea, volare gli aquiloni o costruire castelli di sabbia in giorno. Romantici adoreranno il pino e l'arredamento accogliente in tutto. A charming updated older home with a killer view. We very much enjoyed our quick getaway to the beach after being stuck in ice in the valley. The house is amazingly located right on the beach and dining room extension is a perfect place to curl up and just watch the ocean. The three sleeping areas worked well for 4 adults and 2 kids. The gas fireplace is a real plus during a winter visit. There was plenty of comfortable seating for all and good TV options. The beach access is so close and we had a couple opportunities to run down to the sand. The kitchen is adequately outfitted, although it might be time to update some of the chipped dishes and older pans. Also be aware that this is above the only 150 ft of beach access where vehicles are allowed in Lincoln City during the winter. it's closed to vehicles in the summer. It was a little disconcerting to see vehicles doing donuts on the beach while people were walking by. The A-1 staff were very responsive and made the process of booking and checking in very easy.

The location of this house is truly amazing. The views are absolutely spectacular. We lucked out and had amazing weather in October and couldn’t have asked for a better place to hang out to watch the ocean and seals swim by all day. I would imagine on a not-so-great weather day it would be a great place to watch the storms roll through too. Also, we weren’t sure how beach access was going to go, but it was super easy. Just a minute walk down the road, down some stairs and on to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Loved our stay at this home. Watching and listening to the ocean never gets old. When we arrived the home had not been cleaned but the host rectified the situation right away. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the house - cozy, comfortable, well stocked, gorgeous views of great beach with easy access, right in town but still (mostly) quiet. Loved our stay here. It’s worth going up those stairs for the bigger bedroom & bathroom!

While this is an older home, it has clearly been updated, has a lot of character, beautiful views and is close to beach access. The bad stuff: very little water pressure in showers, bathroom sinks drain very slowly, window and shower tracks are rusted/grimy, tops of drawers and baseboards all coated in dust. --Not a picky housekeeper, but when paying a large cleaning fee, I pay attention.

The home was cozy and comfortable with an incredible view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The space easily accommodated our family with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for some memorable meals in the dining room where the wrap-around windows made us feel like we were on the beach but with all the benefits of the cozy house. Our kids were able to totally make them selves at home, the shower by the front door and the big tub upstairs made it easy to clean off and warm up after a trip to the ocean. We discovered some really excellent restaurants nearby and really enjoyed our time in Lincoln City.

House was exactly as advertised and the view and location was completely well worth it. House could use a bit of updating, but again, the view and location made up for anything that was not perfect in the house. It was well equipped and had an ideal layout for our family. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great location. House was very comfortable for my family and it was so relaxing to sit and watch the beautiful sunset each evening. Karen was very responsive to a couple questions. Close access to beach. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

Loved the location and large floor to ceiling windows in dining area. The fireplace was great as well! All the beds were comfortable. The house was clean, linens were fresh and clean. The only thing that could use a cleaning were the bathroom ceiling vents- but cracking a window helped with that. On 7/6/23 someone at neighboring residence set off a loud bang- which caused the fire alarm in the upstairs bedroom to fall of the ceiling- we were not able to hang it back up- it also caused all the locals to come outside and set off our car alarm… still don’t know what the “loud bang” was! We were a little disappointed with fireworks ban/lack of fireworks as that was our favorite thing about previous 4th of July visits to Lincoln city. Overall it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you!

Wonderful, clean property with comfortable beds and amazing sunroom! The house had everything we needed and more! The decor was so relaxing! The gas fireplace was nice to put on for those chilly moments. The rental company was extremely tesponsive. The only small problem was the construction going on right next door on the outside deck-even Sunday morning. That should be a temporary problem.

Wonderful! The view was spectacular and the house very comfortable. So relaxing to sit in the cozy sunroom and watch the ocean/waves. We ate out but the house had lots of dishes and cooking supplies. Each of us had our own bedroom and 3 bathrooms. Looking forward to taking our husbands next time.
