Just a night stay for a couple near beach, it was good.

Location

1. Asked for extra bed(additional Rs.500), it was too uncomfortable . It's 2 parts so got backache. 2. Only 1 ltr water bottle was provided, they are not ready to provide water in jar or any option. You have to purchase or go to fill water on 4th floor. Support staff don't want to help, they are asking customer to go get yourself. 3. Paid 300 extra, as in booking.com it was booked at 2220 but forced to paid 2599 4. Additional bed had honeybee on it. After telling the staff they removed but throwed in corridor and it was not cleaned till next day afternoon. 5. Rooms are too congested and if you need to out extra bed, then chairs needs to be removed for putting the bed.

Breakfast just had 2 options. Also, the dining area is too small. You'll have to find a place to sit if there are more than 10 guests at a time.

The rooms were unclean. Especially the pillows, linens and towels.

I have booked two room. In one room bathroom basin water drainage pipe was jammed. Another room was perfectly ok.

Ambience was good. Clean and neat.. 500 mts from RK beach. Good staff.

Washing facility is not available. Maintenance needs an improvement.

extention of my stay

Location was good, very close the the beach and nearby to eateries, and other main places. Staff were courteous and good. Rooms were clean and were cleaned daily.

Coffee, milk n water were served limited at the room. Had to call, request the reception and wait for around 30 mins for coffee, milk sachets and water to be supplied to the room.
