Only and only location..

Ambience, experience and cleanliness are in very bad state.. not at all worth of paying 9k for this stay..

Substandard. We had it because we had work to do...

The breads and cheese were stale. The LIVE counters were OK.

The location only

According to the cost nothing was good except the location view. The staff were cooperative but the food which we ordered for dinner was pathetic 😞.Even according to the 5 star hotel the amenities were not up to mark.

I want to thank TOMAS he did a wonderful job. He assist my family and me and give ideas and tips. He speak very carefully English . Thanks to whole front team . They help my family in all request.Breakfast is nice . Rooms big and clean . Very happy with all. Will come again

Since I lasted visited Vizag about 10 years ago and while driving through the Park Hotel, I admired its view and made up my mind to stay at this property during my next visit.

My very first conversation with the front desk staff wasn’t pleasant. actually the staff was rude (Hema, Pavan and someone else). Property looked worn out, elevator, rooms etc. Towels provided in the rooms had strains and had smoke smell. on the night of 3rd April there was load music playing in one of their restaurants, the base was so load I couldn’t sleep until 11 PM. In spite of making several call to the front desk there was no help, in fact the person who initially answered the call didn’t even know there was like music playing at the hotel. my request for late checkout was not even heard (Hema offered a call back from her manager, which never came through during my 48 hrs stay)
