The gate community was nice as to not have anyone that does not belong roaming the parking lot. The furnishings were good but did notify them of a couple of dining chairs that were loose. They were going to remove move them after we leave for repair/replacement. Upon arrival they had a nice package of Oreos for a snack while we settled in. Nice touch! I would use this location again and use Casiola Vacation Homes again.

They were college side beds and very narrow. The sheets were pulled and uncomfortable. The adults bed were nice though. The pull out sofa didn’t have any sheets available so that was disappointing. The kitchen has everything you could need and the bathrooms were spacious. I’d check the plumbing in the Jack and Jill bathroom as it squeals as you run the hot water. Despite these few details I consider the space very satisfying and would stay here again (in the big rooms though).

I ́ve been booking with you guys for five years and this was the worst of them all.

Reviewer Comments: The WiFi was not working on the first day, and the shared bathroom shower handle was slightly broken. We emailed the property advising on both issues on the first night of our 10-night stay. Whilst the bathroom was rectified the next day - I emailed repeatedly to the property on the WiFi. After a few emails - we were connected to another room's WiFi connection and advised the tech company would be there to fix. The WiFi was fixed on 6th day of our visit; only to realize that we needed to be present to allow the tech access to the room. This was never advised by the property. The sofa in the living room also had mites because everyone who sat on the sofa felt little bites through our clothing. Furthermore - on the 1st or 2nd night - we noticed in one room there was a bed bug. Whilst we did not complain on same immediately - on the 5th night we found multiple - advised the property about same that night; even shared pictures and the best response was either we stay in the room or check out and obtain a refund for the 4 remaining nights. We even asked for them to clean the room or shift us and they advised they could do neither because they needed to sanitize the room before they send anyone in. We were visitors from outside the US - and the customer service provided by the property on the bed bugs was poor. No effort to aid with the bed bugs - they were solely concerned about themselves. This marred half our stay and our previous great experience with this property. I even went away with an allergic reaction to the bed bug bites. I will not recommend this property to family and friends due to my bad experience.

I received many complaints that this condo was dated, carpet was very dirty, microwave did not work and it was just a tight space.

The furniture was also outdated. On day of checkout at 11am the maids rang doorbell just after 10 am to see if we were leaving yet. They knew we were there as we had musiic playing. They also waited outside of unit until we left. It was very unprofessional. This is the fourth time I have stayed at the vista cay and this experience was the worst.

The location was perfect being within 15 minutes of all the theme parks. There was plenty of room for the 7 guests we had. The beds were very comfy and the master bedroom had a very nice full bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.
