Amazing home and pool. Very cozy, clean and great decor. Table and bench in pool was a big plus for adults. Sit and watch the kids play from inside the pool. My only complaint would be second floor bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the house.

Overall the stay was very good - other reviews are very accurate.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size, the upstairs bedroom does not cool off as quickly as the downstairs ones even with two fans running. Definitely should have a wall AC unit to assist.
We had some minor maintenance issues that the property management company did a great job to address, they were responsive for sure. The Fridge wasn't getting cold and they sent a guy they next day and it was fixed. Two consecutive nights the smoke alarm batteries started chirping at 3 a.m. - the ceilings are very high so there was nothing that could be done at that time. They fixed the first night - we were surprised when they went off the second night, thought they would change them all at once.
The parking - t's covered in the manual in the house, but it's not the first thing you think to look at when you check in. We were parked within the property lines on a gravel area just off the driveway, but got a citation because the car was parked in the wrong direction - we didn't think twice as we were within the property lines - not on a street.
Overall the unit is great, it's about six blocks from the beach, the pool is a joy at the end of the day, it's stocked well in the kitchen and the beach chairs / wagon are perfect. This unit is a 5 star unit - we unfortunately experienced a few disappointing things, but we'll rent it again!

This is my 5-or 6-year renting Plam Villa. We love the home and the location. The pool is so inviting we use it every day. We love the beach and all the wonderful restaurants. Shopping on the island is good too. Coming back in 2024!.

Everything with the home was good except the microwave door handle was broken and the cleaning crew was not aware. That said, the cleaning crew did an excellent job as the prior renters trashed the home.

Palm Villa is a nice home in a great location. The property management company is friendly, helpful, and responsive to any needs. The house is in excellent condition and has a wonderful private heated pool. My only critical comment would be that the mattresses are not particularly comfortable and need to be replaced.

We had a great time!
We had a great time! Oh great location free trolley picks up at the end of the street takes you all over the island. You can hop on and hop off at different beaches and shops. The pool was very nice and I had a nice outdoor table and lounge chairs. If you’re planning to barbecue may think that the barbecue is rusted and falling apart on the inside.

Beautiful home in great location
Home is fantastic and perfectly laid out. Pool and patio are amazing. Easy walk to beach. A few issues - last guests welcome card and feedback form were left, leaving us questioning if housekeeping had done thorough job. Ice/water dispenser weren’t working. There was a note that maintenance was coming “Monday” but never came. Had plenty of towels but only three washcloths total for six people for seven nights. Asked for more and they left three more on the porch. Had to do a Target run to buy my own. Not fun to have to wash towel loads every day just to have clean washcloths. And lastly, housekeeping sat in front of the house from 9:15am until we pulled out at 9:58am. Was awkward to be loading up and having someone sit there waiting.

Wonderful house layout, great walking distance to beach, beautiful backyard, LOVE the outdoor shower for the kiddos, awesome beach wagon with umbrella and chairs, etc. Cant wait to go back! The rental agency (Florida Dreams) is FABULOUS to work with! Super responsive, professional and pleasant! I left a few suggestions when we departed and hope the owners will take into consideration. We have traveled quite a bit and we very rarely ever complain but a nice little upgrade that I'm sure all guests would appreciate are new bedroom pillows. Other than that, which is very minor, the house was VERY accommodating!

Great house. This is the second year we have stayed at Palm Villa. Great location....near beach, shops, and restaurants. House is equipped with everything you need and more. Pool is small but adequate if you’re not interested in swimming laps. The grandchildren loved the pool because there is a shelf at one end where they can be in the pool and play with their toys in the water. We’re going back in 2020!

Let me start by saying we enjoyed our time at Palm Villa and working with Florida Dreams was easy, informative, and accommodating. The place was very clean and mostly as advertised. That being said, I believe some reviews are a little too gracious for this property. Here is a list our group made of things that need improvement: 1. All beds/pillows/linens are all subpar. Bring your own. 2. The WiFi is pretty slow, when it works at all due to intermittent failures. Could be more of an ISP issue. 3. The grill is a struggle to light and takes longer than usual to heat up. 4. Suspect something with the beds or maybe mold as a problem as we all woke up feeling unwell every day. Any room using the provided box fan makes symptoms worse. 5. The third bedroom is most certainly not a queen bed. Expect a full bed. 6. Parking is for 2 at best. One in the garage and one in the driveway. All in all, we were satisfied with the property/amenities and would return, but Palm Villa could use a few improvements for a true 5 star rating.

Spent 2 weeks at Palm Villa this time, still not long enough. This house is very clean and offers all the comforts of home. It is close to the beach and has all the beach equipment you would need, thank you. We really enjoy riding the bikes around the island. Had beautiful sunsets almost every day. The only negative is the linens and pillows. Both are getting really worn and need upgrading. Coming back next year!
