Al piano terra offre un letto in una stanza con TV a schermo piatto. Una camera da letto al piano di sotto ha una Pyramid Bunk (doppia in cima e regina in fondo) e l'altra camera da letto al piano di sotto ha un letto a castello. Camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale al piano superiore, con la zona giorno, offre anche una TV a schermo piatto. Meraviglioso ponte al piano superiore con ombra da un grande albero di pino.
Swinging panchina e Doggy porta inclusi! Piccola unità A / C al livello superiore. Backs to railroad track così i treni merci occasionali che passano possono essere deliziosi da guardare! We have booked in the Sunriver community for several years several times a year. This has to be one of the worst property management and accommodations we have had. First issue is we were not able to check into the property untill after 5 pm which was a waste of our first day we paid for. Second issue was this property had very limited resources such as it had a coffee maker but no coffee, even a 1 star motel has coffee. Third was we asked to have a later check out time as our guests from Spain arrived after 3 am and was looking to sleep, we were told no with no grace from the property management. This was an ask because 10 am is such an early check out time. Only being able to utilize this property for 41 out of the 72 hrs that was paid for was a bit ridiculous. Check out rules askes us to take out trashes and recycling, yet we had to pay for the cleaning fees in our purchace. Would absolutely not recommend Bennington properties. We have always used Cascara vacation rentals and we were reminded exactly why we use them over other property management services here in Sunriver.

Home was very nice. Comfortable beds and nice layout. Loved the decks and my little dog really liked the doggy door! Was glad to find out has air conditioning in living area, master bedroom and bedroom downstairs. The train is close but wasn't too bad with the noise. The only negative was the grill was dirty so we didn't use. Other than that we had a great time. Nice place to stay

There were quite a few insects inside the property. Lots of Ants, moths, etc.
The owners may want to consider getting a pest control company in there sooner than later.

Beautiful home
We had a wonderful time on our 3 night stay at this place. The communication with the owners was impeccable and the house over exceeded our expectations. We loved the reverse living layout and all the bikes they had available…and of course the HOT TUB was a hit. The house was fully stocked with anyhing you could possibly need. We will definitely be back ☺️

Enough room for the 7 of us and plenty of dishes for dinner together. I liked how kids were downstairs and as the grandparents we could be away from kids.

Nice Property!
We enjoyed the house and amenities-it is well kept and as per the listing. we especially liked the double balconies/decks with either sun or shade. Even though the unit had air conditioning, we did not need it (daily temperature about 75 degrees). And the hot tub was clean and large.
Only downsides was the internet was spotty at times and the noted train is loud and could affect light sleepers.

Enjoyed our stay
The house was clean and had everything we needed. It does back up to the train tracks but very few trains go by so it was not a problem at all. Just past the trail tracks is a field that we saw a very large group of elk in several days.

We have two families have Christmas vacation in this cozy house and we love this small place and really enjoy 3 nights stay there. House has plenty of cookwares and you can cook meals for family, We will comin back in nex Summer to enjoy the sun there.

Did not want to leave...
This place was everything advertised and then some. Super clean, comfortable, with all the amenities. I especially enjoyed the many large windows with views of the birds and three decks! And the bikes! Highly recommend.

Great property
We really enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 adults so the space was great with each adult kid having their own space for school/work from home needs. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped. Upstairs bed very comfortable. We did have some beeping during the night...we thought it was the CO2 detector beeping at 3 am, then a smoke detector started beeping the following night non stop and then on our last night we discovered the atomic clock was beeping at 3 am each night. Also, as disclosed, the train does run behind the property. The property manager was very responsive to the sleep interruption concerns and tried to address our concerns promptly. It was not obvious what the culprit (the clock) was though : (. The hot tub is really spacious/nice as is the outdoor space and location to some great hiking and kayaking opportunities. We did not use any sunriver amenities. Do bring your own soap and shampoo. It would've been handy to have checkout reminder details texted the evening before our early am departure & have access to recycling within the unit (bins with the garbage). We would stay again. Lovely, relaxing family vacation despite the nightly wake ups.

Beautiful & Cozy
Celebrated my birthday around the area and having a home like place to stay after a long day of celebration was what I wanted. The place felt like home away from home. We felt very comfortable and with the snow surrounding the modern cabin, it was absolutely gorgeous. Hailey checked up on us to make sure our stay was as we expected and more. I was informed ahead of time about the train so I can't complain. I'd recommend the place to other family and friends if ever they need a beautiful and cozy spot to relax in.

The house worked very well for our family of 8. The 5 year old was ecstatic about the occasional train racing town the track behind the house. The property management company was very good about responding to our questions. Really enjoyed using the decks . This home is well stocked, the mattresses were comfortable .

Loved the property and amenities and had a great time...only drawbacks were the close proximity to the choo choo train (no big deal since we were on vacation so sometimes you just roll with it) and the bat that flew into the house (tense moment for the kiddies but it was fun!) anyway thanks again for the exemplary service we will definitely go with Bennington again next time!!
