This house had everything and more that we needed! We found everything in the kitchen so helpful. We used the washer and dryer everyday with the towels and clothes so we shouldn’t have packed so much!! We loved the chairs and the beach coolers! The pool and cabana area were a favorite for relaxing and card games. The yard was very private and seemed like our own oasis! The host was super friendly and very helpful! My favorite part of the house might have been the lime tree in the backyard! Mahalo! I hope to stay again at this spot!

We celebrated a 60th bday and 32nd Anniversary on this vacation. House was clean and well maintained. Pool and spa was delightful.

The host was wonderful to work with, and the instructions for check in and stay were very easy to follow. He had a nice guide book with a lot of suggestions for restaurants, beaches, etc., and the check out instructions were a breeze.
My favorite part about this house was the layout. So many rentals sleep a large number of people, but they get to this count by having a bunk room or one large room with multiple beds. This doesn't work for our family. The layout of this house was perfect. Every individual family of our multigenerational travel group got its own room and bathroom. We had plenty of room to spread out and get our space, but the communal areas were open and great for group meals and game nights.
The pool and patio area are also great. The location was good for us, and we loved the local beach recommended by the host. It was much easier for us to go with a baby than Wailea Beach nearby. We never had problems finding beach parking, either.

This vacation home had everything we needed and more! The home was much bigger than anticipated and had great updates throughout. Each room was stocked with extra blankets, fans, and A/C units. The kitchen has everything you need to dine in and cook out. Location was absolutely perfect. Right between smaller beach town Kihei, and nicer, more expensive area Wailea. Literally 10 minutes from everything.
In case you aren’t sold yet, the hot tub, pool, and cabana made even the days we stayed at the house all day relaxing and enjoyable. The owner keeps the garage stocked with EVERYTHING. Goggles, snorkels, towels, sunscreen, beach umbrellas, you name it! There were quite a few rules from the owner, but all were reasonable and shouldn’t be hard or unexpected to follow as a guest in someone’s beautiful home.
Would absolutely stay here again if we end up coming back to Maui.

4 siblings abd their spouses planned a 2 week getaway in Hawaii. One week split between Honolulu and Kauai, and the 2nd week at Andrew's VRBO in Maui. It was an excellent place to unwind and relax with plenty of space for all of this. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which provided for their own privacy.

The property is lovely and was great for the size of our group (8). Didn't feel crowded and the pool area with hot tub and pool and waterfall are wonderful. Loved the TV in the Cabana.
The area is great close to everything.
Not big complaint but wish we could walk to beach.
Wish he had bikes we could use instead of paying to rent.
The beach accessories were very well stocked with chairs, unbrella etc.
Only minor complaint is the owner's very strict policies which we understand are to protect his wonderful property but we have rented a lot and never had this experience of doing laundry (towels- beach and bath) and the clean up before we left. As an example, one policy, charge of $50.00 if chair is out of place. To us, that seemed a bit over the top. All of us were worried we were going to do something wrong and get charged. That took away from having a relaxing vacation. Everyone was a bit on edge. Again, had a great time and it's a great property.

This property was so nice. The outdoor space and pool was amazing. Andrew was awesome to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our first trip to Maui so memorable.

This was the perfect spot to use as our homebase for our week in Maui. In a quiet, residential neighborhood, but only minutes away from the action. House and pool were very clean, communication with the host was timely, easy, and friendly. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend for a group of friends or family looking for a little calmness.

Lots of room for 8 people (4 couples). Close to stores and restaurants but yet nice quiet neighborhood. Kihei is a very nice place and some really close beaches to house.
Andrew(owner) was very nice about meeting us and going over the do’s and don’ts.

There were a number of reasons we chose to stay at Andrew's home, and the reality beat the expectation on all of them. Check-in was quick and thorough, Andrew is extremely personable. He had thorough recommendations available in his guest book, and they included some of the highlights of our trip. Andrew even texted me to remind us of the weekly tsunami siren tests so we wouldn't be concerned when they went off.
All amenities are undersold in the listing. Pillows, blankets, etc were all extremely comfortable. The backyard is a mini-paradise, and while I knew it would be private, it felt like it's own little island.
This is an awesome little slice of paradise, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone considering staying on Maui. We'll be back sooner than later.
NOTE - I also feel compelled to mention here that the locals and businesses we interacted with were all grateful to have us enjoying their island. Nothing but the Aloha Spirit all around. If you are currently holding off on making a reservation due to Maui's recovery efforts, your thoughtfulness will only be more meaningful when on the island supporting their economy.

This is a great house for large families or a mutli-family visit. It is exactly as advertised, and Andrew was a wonderful, responsive host. Already miss Maui and would definitely stay again.

Maui meadows guesthouse was absolutely beautiful. The house was perfect the pool cabana and spa were just the best.

This place has a beautiful and tranquil backyard with a pool, spa and barbecue area. With four large bedrooms, it is perfect for multi-generational family vacations.
It's also close to Ulua beach which is a great swimming and snorkeling location.

We had 3 generations vacationing in Maui for a week and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space, large couches for lounging, nice kitchen and large dining. The pool and spa were a nice addition when not at the beach.

From the minute we walked in, we knew we’d picked the right property for our family! The home is recently updated and incredibly comfortable. And the outside is truly a slice of Hawaiian paradise! An amazing pool, hot tub and cabana - plus a ping pong table! For our family, we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We stayed with four couples and everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom which was super nice. The only thing i'd change if i had a gun to my head would be the mattresses or maybe have a topper available because after 10 days the more firm mattress did a number on some of us - but that's more personal preference and we're kind of divas on that so it shouldn't deter anyone from staying. It was great 10 out of 10 would do it again :)

Andrew’s place is fantastic! It’s perfectly located near beaches and shops and has all the amenities you could ask for. We had a total of 3 couples and there was more than enough space for everyone. The pool is next level. It was so nice to come back from the beach and enjoy some pool time before dinner. Andrew was super helpful and went over everything about the house when we arrived which answered any questions we would have had. I can’t recommend this house enough. Now just need to figure out when we’ll be back for our next stay.

Andrew was great at explaining g everything. This was a great place to hang out and convenient to exploring Maui. The pool and hot tub were used everyday. The kitchen was also used a bunch. Would definitely come again!

Andrew was great to work with for our group of 8. Really enjoyed the house to unwind and hang out with family and friends- watching football from the heated pool was A+! Location was excellent as well - played the Wailea golf courses 3 times during our stay at the house. I’ll be looking Andrew up if I make it back to Maui!

This was a family trip celebrating my retirement. The property was perfect for family bonding using the hot tub, pool area and BBQ. Great location. Andrew made himself available if we ever needed anything.

This house exceeded our expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful. The listing was extremely accurate in all that is there. We were very appreciative of all the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The house was the perfect size for our two families with 6 boys ages 15, 11, 9. Can’t believe we really reached the day to check out, but all good things have to end.
Andrew was easy to communicate with from the time of booking to check out. 10 stars for this rental landlord.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in a great location close to beaches and lots of activities in Maui. Our host Andrew was great and kept in communication leading up to our stay as well as making time to personally meet us and show us around the property when we arrived. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities you could ask for to make it a relaxing and fun stay. There was a recommendations book that we used several times to book activities and find recommended dinner spots in Maui. Overall a 5-star stay in a wonderful location. I’d highly recommend this home if you are planning to visit Maui.

The perfect vacation paradise ! So much space and so clean and everything works !! The pool is HEATED which is super rare in Maui (usually they are not heated and freezing and don’t disclose this )Also such a great vibe . Andrew the owner is so welcoming and helpful and accommodating . So great for kids and so many helpful ideas on things to do for families and for fun places for single people too . We loved LOVED the house and Andrew ! A 10 out of 10 on everything !! Book now before it’s gone !Thank you Andrew !!!

Spacious house divided into two sections, with the kitchen and common area in between, so each group got its own master bedroom and smaller bedroom. We made ample use of the pool and large jacuzzi, and there's a cool outdoor bar and eating area right off that. The house came well-stocked, including with good kitchen implements, and beach toys and equipment. Andrew the owner was very helpful with all our needs.
