Benvenuti a The Farmhouse! La casa (circa 1944) è stato restaurato, e mette in mostra tutto il fascino originale, con tutti i comfort moderni. L'agriturismo si trova su un acro, ed è circondato da pescheti e vigneti. Si trova alla periferia del centro storico, Niagara-on-the-Lake. A breve distanza a tutto! Teatro, cantine, fabbriche di birra, piste ciclabili e parchi. Siamo a pochi passi da Mercato di The Sabato Farmer, al Village, e Mercoledì sera suppermarket (da maggio a ottobre). Al piano principale c'è un bagno a tre pezzi, con box doccia, per le docce. E 'arredata, con tutte le operazioni necessarie La cucina è esposto a sud, soleggiato e completamente attrezzata per cucinare i pasti. Ci dovrebbe essere un giorno di pioggia, ci sono DVD, libri, puzzle e giochi da tavolo. Offriamo WiFi, ed i nostri lettori Blu-ray in grado di trasmettere i tuoi programmi preferiti. We enjoyed staying at this wine country farmhouse during our visit to Niagara on the Lake. Our host Lara was in communication with us before our stay and left a bottle of local wine on the kitchen counter for our arrival. What a thoughtful touch! The kitchen was fully stocked for all our needs and the house was very clean. We cooked breakfast at the farmhouse each day and enjoyed eating dinner at local wineries. Our favourite was Terroir Restaurant and Wine Bar at Strewn Winery. We also enjoyed our visit to Wayne Gretzky Estates and shopping on Queen Street in Historic Old Town Niagara. Our family had fun gathering in the family room at night to play games and watch movies. There is a very large collection of movies to choose from. There were plenty of fresh towels and extra pillows in the closets. We also liked the fact that everything was a short drive from the farmhouse. Unfortunately it rained at times during our stay so we did not get to enjoy sitting outside on the deck. My only suggestion would be to put some treads on the outside wooden stairs leading up to the decks as they could be slippery at times when they were wet. Overall we had a great time together at this Niagara on the Lake Farmhouse!

The house is in the country. It was quiet and comfortable. We appreciated how close it was to Downtown Niagara on the lake and only 25 minutes from the Falls.

My friends and I booked here for a night and it was the perfect home for us 6. We had plans to go out for dinner but upon arriving and seeing how beautiful the house was and the wall of movies we decided to stay in and cook and watch movies. I would definitely book here again when we come back.

A charming house surrounded by vineyards and peach orchards. Comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. Recommend for a family or 6 people.

Great place to gather with family inside and out. Quiet and spacious, great movie selection and short distance to town. Kitchen was well equipped for all meals and hosting a family brunch. Beds are firmer than we liked but overall an amazing vacation spot.

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and the hosts had literally thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as if we were in our own home. Beautifully decorated and furnished and the property itself is stunning. The gardens and views are breathtaking. Will definitely stay again when We are in Niagara on the Lake.

An unassuming property as you approach it, but upon entering the farmhouse, you're pleasantly surprised at the classic style with modern upgrades in this well-organized house. Minutes away from town and even walking distance to some wineries, we had a lovely weekend at the farmhouse.

The farm house was perfect for four people (1 couple & 2 widows). The location could not have been better for day trips all over Niagara-on-The-Lake. Lara, the owner, was very responsive & made many great suggestions. I would definitely rent this accommodation again. SP

This is a real hidden gem. we were 3 generations traveling (age range 17-90). This farmhouse has the charm of a country inn but with all the comforts of a modern home. Updated kitchen, bathrooms were well appointed and stocked. Even with Air conditioning, cooling fans were additionally available throughout home. Very thoughtfully prepared for guests, extensive information binder, local pamphlet info, and clear instructions throughout home. EXTENSIVE movies, games and books were appreciated. Truly well positioned where the town meets the vinyards, beautiful setting, serene and quiet. For those with bikes or conditioned walkers, could easily walk into town for dinner, sightseeing and well within walking distance to couple wineries. Hosts were thoughtful and left a welcome gift for our family. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return!

Beautiful setting and convenient location
Kitchen is very well appointed. It has anything you may need. There is only 1 shower in the house in the bathroom on the 1st floor off the kitchen. The second bathroom upstairs has a tub with a hand held sprayer, but there is a note that adults are not to shower there. The bedroom with the queen bed does not have any window blinds or curtains, so it was bright in the morning. The mattress in that room is very firm. The setting of the house is beautiful in the vineyard and the location is great.

Perfect Location
Farmhouse is in the perfect location for visiting wineries. It is within walking distance of a couple of wineries and one brewery as well as The Old Winery Restaurant which is highly recommended. We truly enjoyed our time away from home! Thank you Lara!

Perfect Retreat!
The home is better than the pictures. There’s a lot of space to spread out, if needed. A group of 5 of us truly loved our stay and it’s proximity to so many wineries and the downtown area. Short drive to Niagara Falls, it was the best home base we could ask for. After the hustle and bustle of being tourist, it was great to retreat away from it all.

Super cute place. Fit my 5 family members perfectly. Parking was great. Easy to find. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. Air conditioned. Close to attractions. Loved sitting on the patio drinking my wine from the nearby wineries.

2019 stay
Ideal property for our stay in Niagara on the Lake. With two autistic kids, we needed somewhere that afforded a little privacy away from the popular areas of Niagara on the Lake and Lara's property was the ideal combination of privacy and locality. The property was well equipped with everything that we needed, including for us, the very neccessary internet and wifi provisions. All in all, the property was everything we hoped for and more, highly recommended if you need that little bit of privacy and situated just outside the popular areas, that made traveling easy to both Niagara on the Lake and the popular Niagara falls.

Great spot near town for families
The Farmhouse is in a great location - close to wineries, the water and Old Town NOTL. The home is well appointed and comfortable for our family of 5. The bedrooms are all upstairs while the bathroom where the adults are to shower is off the kitchen downstairs.....
the sheets and towels provided were very nice and super clean. The house is totally updated and very charming. The hosts were very kind and responsive.

Cute and cozy with amazing view of the winery
The place was amazing. All the necessities were provided. We basically just needed to bring ourselves there. There were enough chairs and sofa in the living room for group gathering. The cottage is on its own lot and that made us feel very exclusive and set on vacation mode as soon as we arrived. Laura was very responsive and informative through the booking process. Will definitely book again in a near future.

Beautiful farm house in a fantastic location!
This property is simply amazing - so thoughtfully finished and comfortable. Impeccably clean - it is apparent that Lara has put ALOT of effort into the house. Comfortable and with everything you could possibly need for your holiday - we felt really welcome and really well cared for. So quiet too. The perfect base for a visit to the Niagra area. There is simply nothing that you could say about this property that isn't positive. Lara is a very helpful and attentive host. Thank you so much.

Charming wine country retreat!
We were 4 adults renting the house for a long weekend in wine country and it was perfect. Frankly the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen easily accommodated group cooking, the patio was perfect for quiet coffee in the AM or a glass of wine in the PM, and we were able to walk to both the farmers market and Niagara on the Lake from the house. It was incredibly hot and humid the weekend we were there and we were thrilled to realize the house had AC. Would stay again.

Perfect family house
This house was perfect for our family vacation!! There were 3 adults and 2 kids, everyone was comfortable. The area was very convenient near a cute shopping area and Niagara Falls.
