Bella, pulita e tranquilla casa di città a Deschutes Landing, nel cuore del distretto di Old Mill. Seconda suite al piano superiore con letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio e bagno privato con doccia. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con 3/4 bagno in tutta la sala. Soggiorno dispone di un letto queen-size con materasso memory foam. A vista il parcheggio comprende 2 spazi all'interno del garage in tandem e uno spazio carrabile. Il grande garage ha molto spazio per i tuoi giocattoli.

My husband, adult son and our friends enjoyed this comfortable home in the Old Mill. The house had a well appointed kitchen, lots of towels in the bathrooms, comfortable beds, a grill in back and front and back patios. We had a garage for our car and toys. We enjoyed being steps to the river and trail! We were also close to the Old Mill and downtown for shopping and dining. Definitely one of our best Vrbo experiences in Bend.

This is our second year in a row. Hard to beat the location of this, right in the middle of Bend and just steps away from the river, shopping and restaurants. A very nice place !!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is clean, well taken care of, and we’ll stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils, etc. The location can’t be beat either! Walking distance to Old Mill and you can easily walk to put in inter tubes to float the river. Just a fantastic stay overall and we will definitely be back!

Excellent property in Old Mill District
The property was beautiful and had everything we could need. The kitchen was well stocked. The home has 3 lovely bedroom/baths with beautiful touches and nice amenities. It was very clean and orderly. The location was perfectly situated for all our activities. With access to the river trail right across the street, we could take leisurely walks every morning as well as have easy access to shopping and restaurants within a short distance. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking and tubing which were just a short drive from the house. Thank you Steve and Dawn for sharing your lovely home with us. We would definitely stay here again!

old mIll comfort.
This is a well equipped, comfortable unit. The location is excellent for either walking over to the Old Mill for the movies or Ben and Jerry's ice cream or meandering along the river. The kitchen is big enough to cook big meals for one's family and has all one needs to do so. Somehow we had missed that there are two flights of stairs required to get to the two major bedrooms. Luckily, the stair treads are wide and the angle is very comfortable. As elders, it was doable. There are comfortable reading chairs in both the spacious primary suite and the living room. I could not sit down to read for any length of time in the one in the living room without dozing off. Perfect, since at Bend's altitude, some of us require a bit of adjustment.

Perfect Location
Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked townhome near the river and Old Mill District. The owner Steve was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and loved how nicely decorated and spacious the unit was. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a great location for accessing all of the best places in Bend. The townhouse is beautifully maintained and well-stocked. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and communicating with Steve was quick and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this location!
Beautiful townhouse located in the heart of everything! If you love the river, shopping, breweries, good food, trails and only 30 min to Mt. Bachelor this is your place. Steve was awesome and easy to communicate with. We will be back.

Wonderful stay in a great location!
This property is fantastic! It's located near lots of shopping, dining, and recreation. We used the river path to walk almost everywhere we went. The condo was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and was very welcoming. We were very comfortable there. The owners are great and were readily available for communication. We would love to stay here again!

Old legs
Great stay for two buddies on a five day fly fishing trip to the Fall river. Very clean and spacious and a great location. Dealing with stairs the only draw back for two old timers. Not a deal breaker though. Big cooler a plus for our day trips. Added some trash cans, odds and ends for your future clients.

Family Time in Old Mill District
We had a wonderful week at Deschutes Landing. It is a great location for walking, biking, shopping and restaurants. The condo has everything you need and was very comfortable for our family of 7. We especially enjoyed listening to the concerts from the Les Schwab Amphitheater while sitting out on the patio. Thank you for sharing this special spot with us.

Old Mill District
The property was extremely well-located, even without a view of the river, and was within walking distance of almost anything you would want to do nearby. The home itself was as clean, nice, and well-maintained as any that we have stayed in, with everything in good working order, a testament to both the owners and prior guests. We would definitely return.

THE ULTIMATE HOME AWAY FROM HOME
We have considered Bend our home away from home for the last twenty years. We have vacationed there in a lot of different ways, but this property is by far the best!! The property photos do not do this home justice! It is perfect; location is ideal for walking, floating, and enjoying the Old Mill area. The interior is super clean and all of the finishes and amenities are top-knotch! The owners were amazing in their communication with us! Cannot say enough great things!
We now know exactly where we want to be for all of our future trips to Bend.

Summer in Bend
We had a fabulous time. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It is in a great location for tubing on the river, shopping and walking. The hosts were accessible and friendly.

Such a great place we hardly wanted to go out!
This is a wonderful property. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath. For 3 women, this was ideal. Would be for 3 couples or a family--its uses are myriad. The place is gorgeous, appointed beautifully. The owners were wonderful with their communications and helpful suggestions. I would very much like to go there again. And soon!

Unbeatable location
We loved our stay. The townhouse was spacious, beyond tidy, and clean. The location was perfect for so many activities. We especially loved being steps away from the Deschutes river.

Perfect Getaway
We spent three days here for my birthday with my five adult sons. It is located in a great location that is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the movie theater. It’s also one block from the Deschutes River. It’s not warm enough to tube but the days were warm enough, 82 degrees. The home is beautiful and appropriately decorated. All modern appliances and furnishings. It has an amazing surround sound for watching movies. We played games. Walked to dinner, Golfed at the Back Nine and hiked.at Smith Rock. Definitely would come back.and stay here again.

This is absolutely the best home we’ve stayed at in Bend (and we’ve stayed in a lot of them). Beautifully clean and kept, comfortable beds, and a wonderful location to allow us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The owners were so nice, communication was quick and easy and they left us a sweet welcome gift and note. We couldn’t be happier!

A perfect getaway
This is a rare case of a property that is even better in real life than on photos. Everything looks and feels new, high class, and thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. The owner’s instructions were very clear, his advice on surroundings were spot on. Would definitely come back.
