I travelled with a group of 5. The home was perfect for us, with parking (warning the drive in/out of the back parking area is pretty tight, we had a 4 door jeep wrangler for size comparison), and just enough space we didn't feel on top of each other. Location was super convenient and we could walk most places. I would definitely recommend staying here

Our daughter was participating in an event at the Savannah convention center and we chose Blue on Broughton for our family of 5 to stay while there. It was a convenient walk to so many things in the Historic District. We took the ferry a couple of times to and from the convention center with an easy walk back to the rental. Our stay was great and we enjoyed our time at the Blue on Broughton and we would definitely choose to stay there again if we come back to Savannah. Booking, Check-in & Check-out were all a breeze too. We didn't have to contact Lucky Savannah while we were there but I feel confident they would have taken care of things quickly if we had.

My friends and I came to Savannah for a little friend getaway. We had a great time and the location of Bright Savannah was very good. Very easy to walk to the river and to the main shopping and dining areas. When we arrived (after 10:00 pm) we had a few challenges but Lucky Savannah (the management company) was extremely accessible and responsive. They are great to work with! A few experiences with the house that are good to know. Savannah is a colonial town so the homes in the historic district are, let’s face it, old. That’s part of the charm. Blue Brighton is well maintained (and very clean!!) but the windows don’t provide much of a sound barrier to the street, so you can easily hear cars and people talking. The only other note is the bedroom on the main floor has a window facing the back “courtyard” (driveway). There is a street lamp in the back alley that, at night, shines into the room. While there are curtains on the window the light still comes through. Not a problem, but worth the awareness if you have light sensitivities. Overall we had a fantastic weekend, the house worked out really well for us and Lucky Savannah was great to work with. We’d recommend the house and renting from this management company again!

Very nice home and very comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that you should bring a sleep mask if you need a dark room to sleep in. The flood lights pour through every window in the house and the venetian blinds are just not significant enough for nlock.it out.

The location is premier! The cleanliness was superb! The space is very nice. The Kitchen is a galley so keep that in mind and the stairs are very very narrow to the upstairs. The kitchen is not stocked but does have essentials for coffee making as it is a drip coffee maker. Had no teaspoons which I thought was unique in silverware drawer. Would be nice to have a more updated coffeemachine to use Kpods,etc instead of having to make a whole pot of coffee. The counter tops in kitchen are easy to get dirty with tile tops that are unique and not smooth but grouted~~ a bit odd counter tops.

We loved staying here! The bathrooms (mainly upstairs toilets) could use some upgrading but honestly we barely noticed because everything was so clean. They provided plenty of towels since there was 6 of us staying there. The decor was adorable and we had the best time!

The property was as described. As expected in the historic area, it is an older house but well maintained and equipped with all the essentials. Check-in was straight forward and communication was good. We received a phone call immediately after booking and again prior to arrival with instructions about access and use of the app. As others have noted parking is a little tricky to negotiate but in the end we discovered that backing in was the trick. The house is located at the end of a busy strip but manages to be a block or two away from where the crowds and shops begin. We only noticed a little traffic noise in the front bedrooms on Saturday night but otherwise fine. There is a fantastic coffee shop a block away (912 Brew) and the location is easily walkable to the River Street area, many restaurants, shops and Leopold's ice cream. The City Market and Forsyth Park are a bit further but also walkable, if so inclined. Our group of 5 had plenty of space and would return without question.

The house was a great spot for a girls trip. Appreciated having one of the 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The location was convenient to so many things. Savannah is a town that you will do a lot of walking…this was a central location, so it was nice to be nearby and able to walk practically anywhere. The parking in the back is very tight…like many have mentioned. We had two vehicles (two larger suvs) and we made it work. Will be back…more to see and do.

College roommate reunion trip with 5 girls. House was perfect size and walkable to shopping, restaurants, events, etc. House is very authentic with all wood floors and period moldings. The street is rather busy and the parking is tight but totally workable for Honda Pilot.

Full disclaimer not mentioned in the bio. The driveway of this property is lined with short concrete bollards that are impossible to see, especially during a tropical storm and at night. They are painted black and have nothing reflective on them to assist with navigating. I drove a midsize SUV down the driveway and had maybe a foot of clearance. There is one particular bollard that sits at the end of a planter by itself on the passenger side that is blocked from view by the garage. I unfortunately hit the bollard with my passenger side causing damage to the rear passenger door. Their claim it can fit multiple 3-4 cars is completely inaccurate. Due to the property owners inconsiderate ability to properly mark the hazard or warn of the potential danger I now have to spend thousands of dollars fixing my vehicle. A little yellow paint and some reflectors could have made the difference. Hopefully you read this and don't make the same mistake. Oh and don't steady yourself on the handrails the stair balusters fall off.

I understand the property is an older home, but the home appears much older than the photographs in the listing, and there are rotten siding boards along the back of the house. It was a good location for exploring the historic districts on foot. The lack of noise insultation, likely due to it being such an old home, made sleep difficult - even in the second story bedrooms you could hear peoples conversations as they walked by not to mention road noise.

The unit was nice and open and clean except a couple of the glasses still had lipstick on them and there was opened snack foods left in the cabinets. There is very little cooking pots and pans to use if you want to cook a meal. There was no broom or dustpan in the unit and not enough towels and wash cloths and toilet paper and paper towels for 4 adult women. The beds were comfortable except the sofa bed. The worst experience was getting in and getting out of the back parking area. Very tight and the bush limbs definitely left some scratches on my vehicle.The kitchen and baths could use some updating and the kitchen cabinets are so high you need to be a extremely tall person to reach most items. The best thing we enjoyed about the rental was that it was very close to everything.

Everything worked, was well designed with quality furnishings. A bonus having parking spaces, but a bit tricky getting in and out. No way our Chevy Silverado would have fit. We had a great time! The house is located right next to The pirate House which we loved! Amanda and Cindy were awesome! They stopped by the morning we checked in to make sure everything was good. They helped us with a slight parking issue right away! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to!

Great location
Great location. The parking is very tight and has black poles which can be hit very easily if your parking an suv. The keypad buttons don’t all work the first time (#1 button wasn’t working well). The king size bed had a queen size fitted sheet on it and it kept popping off during our stay. The property was nice besides that though. Only complaint on cleanliness is the shower/sinks caulk or grout needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. It was black and gross. No hand soap in bathrooms.

The location was just out of the way enough to not be crazy loud but still within a reasonable walking distance to so many things. The beds were comfortable. We had all of the basic things we needed for our stay. The only complaints I would have would be about how difficult the driveway was to maneuver, and the sofa bed was quite awful. Quaint home in perfect location
This home is located right in the heart of Savannah’s and convenient to all tourists attractions. Home was very clean, needs a few more kitchen necessities to be considered fully equipped. (There were no baking pans, serving bowls, etc) street is a little noisy at night, but the location and beauty of the home made up for the noise. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit, you just may need to bring serving dishes and pans if you have plans to cook in house.

A mixed review. The location is convenient. Many of the Savannah tourist spots are walkable from this house. The house was very clean. The property description says that there is parking for 3 cars. No way. The driveway is very hard to get in and out of since it is narrow , bordered by metal posts, and there is a very small turn around area. There were a few lesser issues like missing batteries in the TV remote in master and the kitchen is minimally furnished with cookware and utensils. Fortunately we had brought some of our own. The biggest issue was the difficulty in sleeping. Two of the three bedrooms face the street and it is a main thoroughfare with lot's of traffic noise. Those 2 bedrooms also have blinds but no curtains - there are bright streetlights that shine in those windows all night. The rooms are lit up like daylight.

What a wonderful stay at this fantastic historic property!
We stayed at this lively historic home in early December for a long weekend and we had a wonderful experience. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds, and wonderfully situated for walking anywhere in the historic district. Loved that this property offers off street parking. Home is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Everything we needed from toiletries to kitchen supplies were all provided. Staff at Lucky Savannah were so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Enjoyable stay. Great location.
Process was smooth. Property is in a great location to walk to everything, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle for some privacy. A couple of things to be aware of: second bedroom upstairs is not en suite…bathroom is down the hall. Also, stairs are very steep and narrow. Place is well decorated. Would definitely recommend. Great place for 2 couples to stay.
