Questa bellissima casa di nuova costruzione si trova direttamente sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Treasures Island. La casa è composta da 6 camere da letto con 4 bagni 5 disposti su 3 piani.
Il primo piano è costituito da un ampio garage che può ospitare comodamente 2-3 auto. Attraversa la porta e prendi l'ascensore o le scale fino al secondo piano.
Al secondo piano entrerai in un'ampia zona giorno aperta con enormi finestre che si affacciano sulla spiaggia. La zona giorno ha anche un ampio divano con TV a schermo piatto. C'è una fantastica cucina con piano cottura a gas e piano cottura, forno elettrico combinato / microonde, frigorifero e lavastoviglie con 6 posti a sedere sull'isola. C'è anche un angolo bar e angolo colazione insieme a una sala da pranzo formale. È possibile uscire sul balcone per barbecue o sedersi e godersi le viste mozzafiato.
A questo livello ci sono due camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale, l'altra con due letti a castello che possono ospitare solo bambini. Queste camere condividono un bagno Jack'n'Jill con doccia. C'è anche un mezzo bagno per gli ospiti di utilizzare al di fuori della zona giorno.

Great vacation with family from six states and four generations ! This beach home had it all! It was very nice and clean and all the extras really made it feel special. ( pay it forward bar was a nice touch as well as plenty of supplies and beach equipment). The house is right on beautiful beach and walking distance to a few stores and restaurants. The pool hot tub was a perfect way to end each day and the deck was a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee. Great grandparents appreciated the elevator and the one year old enjoyed the crib, high chair and baby gates. Communication with property manager was great and they responded kindly and quickly to all our needs. One of the best places we have ever stayed!!

What an incredible location. Worth the drive and travel for us. The house is just as advertised. The location is superb and the beach was beautiful. The pool was such a nice touch as it stayed more shaded then being out on the beach. The beach and house is very kid friendly. Provided baby gates, pool toys and floats. Our family of 8 adults and 4 kids had plenty of space and never felt over crowded. The beds are so comfy and the bathrooms gorgeous. I would not hesitate to come back!

The house itself is great. The six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths accommodated our family of fourteen. The great room which is open to the large kitchen was where the family gathered when we weren’t on the beach or around the pool. We loved the “Pay it Forward” beverage refrigerator and bar. Leave behind unopened beer, soft drinks and water in the fridge and unfinished bottles of hard alcohol. Worked great for us because of flight delays we didn’t get to the house until after 8:00 PM. Great for that first night.
Beach access is very convenient. The house has everything you need for the beach from plenty of chairs (all in excellent condition) to a tent, and plenty of plastic shovels and buckets for the grandkids. But the best, the wagon to haul everything to/from the beach.
The pool was also a favorite and had everything needed from a couple of inflatable tubes to noodles and arm floatees for the little ones. The pool isn’t that large or deep so not really an adult swimming pool but the perfect size for the grandkids to swim, play and splash in. Plenty of seating around the pool.
Overall, our family rated this home as our #1 or #2 home we’ve stayed at. This was our 15th family vacation.

Stayed with 6 adults and 7 kids from 3 families. Plenty of space, clean home with nice decor in good condition. Pool was a little small for our crew but so nice to have when not at the beach. Beach was beautiful and location of home was very convenient for groceries, going out to dinner, etc. Short drive to fun at Johns Pass. Would stay again!! Thanks for memories.

This house was as advertised. Very spacious, right on the beach and attentive owners. There were some really nice surprises here, that made going through the house really fun when we first arrived. One minor problem came up, but the owners were already solving it when we discovered it and it was fixed the next day. Overall, this is truly a 5 star property.

I have stayed at VRBO properties all over the US and travel abroad very often and rarely does a lodging's description hold true to the level of accuracy like this one did.
We were a four generation family on vacation ranging in age from 78 to 18 months and the place was perfect for each of us.
Alex and Liz were great with clear and timely communication and made the whole process so easy.
I could go on but if you want to visit this from if Florida you will not be disappointed in any way with this property. We loved it so much we are going back next year.

Upon arrival, we were immediately pleased with the cleanliness of the home. Beach houses can deteriorate over time, but this home was clean and tidy, well decorated and furnished. The view from the back of the home of the beach was spectacular whether you're on the ground level or the second or third story balconies. The beach access was awesome and the traffic on the beach was minimal (we stayed in November). So, in short, the home was lovely.
There were a couple of questions we had for the property manager and they were super quick to respond and VERY helpful. The whole stay was enjoyable and without complications. We did pay extra to have the pool heated which was nice for November and many of us enjoyed the heated spa again and again.
One other item I really appreciated about the home was all the goodies available for fun at the beach. There were many toys for the littles ones to play in the sand as well as stuff for the adult (good beach chairs, umbrellas, a canopy, balls, kayaks, etc). We felt like we had everything we needed (even a cart to haul stuff to the beach) for many fun beach outings.
We would definitely stay in this home again, it is likely one of our favorites to date!

We had a family of 14 of which 8 adults and 6 kids ranging in age 5mths to 14 yrs old. House had plenty of space to accommodate and spread out for different family activities. Having the crib and pack n play for the babies was nIce as well as having the elevator considering our grandson has CP and difficulty getting up stairs. The house was well equipped with all the amenities you would need for a beach vacation. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and toys for kids including shovels and buckets. Also had 2 coolers to pack food and drinks to the beach. Our only complaint was the tree out back that blocked the beautiful view and dropped spurs along the path to the beach. Pool was nice size for large gathering with hot tub to one end. Previous reviewers mentioned noise from hotel next door but we had no issues. Overall very nice for large families and not too far from Publix.

This was our second time myself and friends have rented this home. Unfortunately this week turned into only a weekend due to hurricane Ian. We were under mandatory evacuation. We hated to leave because it really is an amazing and very comfy home. It has everything stocked for you which is absolutely the best that we did not have to pick up things to run the home or cook. The pay it forward bar when you come up the stairs is an amazing feature of this home as well. We LOVE this system of giving to the next lucky rentals. You can not go wrong with this home. Unfortunately our stay was cut very short but we really enjoyed the days we had. Click book and relax on this private beach and amazing home. You won’t regret it!

This is a beautiful house. Everything is top of the line. They have supplied everything you could possibly need. Lots of beach toys. Lots of pots and pans, two kinds of coffee makers etc. Quick to respond to a needed repair. We had a great stay here.
