We had an awesome time on AMI. I live in Florida so this is a regular vacation spot for me/us. We love the small town feel that it offers and the beaches are absolutely beautiful. This condo was in a great area and David was easy to communicate with and always answered quickly when I had a question. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Looking forward to booking this one again.

We had a great time and a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for the family. It was great location as it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Across the street from Publix was a bonus. The golf cart was a great way to get around and very fun.

This place had everything we needed! It so nicely decorated and spacious. The pool was never crowded and always clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Great location and so convenient having the golf cart! We will definitely stay here again!!

Very spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath. Fun wall art throughout. Beds comfortable. Nice area. Easy drive to everything. Great communication with host.

Chair on back porch was broken, but a pillow covered it, so my friend sat in it and started falling through.
Check in process was weak.
Property was good. Missing a booklet that had all the information to operate all the different appliances and restaurants. The two page sheet sent to us was not informative enough.

Very clean, great location and proximity to the beach. We loved being able to rent the golf cart. Quick response to all our questions. We had a wonderful time!

This was an extremely well put together property. The description was spot on. The owners added little home touches such dishwasher detergent, soaps, TV in every room. Can walk to the grocery store and beach. The go cart is a must for easy traveling although there is a free Trolley. The owners were responsive to questions almost immediately. Will stay again.

Pros:
• Well decorated
• Lots of space
• Great location
• Very clean

Cons:
• Air conditioning could be updated. It doesn't quite make it to the top floor effectively making the top floor always a bit on the a little too warm side
• Lots of stairs. This place is definitely not for someone who has issues with climbing sets of stairs

This amazing place was one of three Vrbo’s we booked for our week long destination wedding trip! We couldn’t have been more impressed from start to finish. Our three adult children and their significant others enjoyed the spacious layout (multiple floors) and the welcome basket was a really nice touch. Exceptionally clean and the decor all throughout the house was super cute and beachy. We rented the golf cart and we’re glad we did because it was fun to get around town in it. The location was perfect with both a Walgreens and Publix across the street, along with some cute little restaurants and gift shops. We have never rented a Vrbo before with more attentive owners, and when we messaged them…they were on it immediately and came to our aid! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Anna Maria Island. Thanks again!!!

We had a great stay at this townhouse. Owners were responsive and helpful with a few questions that we had.
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There were lots of little porches all over the place too! Maybe a 2-3 minute walk to the pool, and about a 10 or so minute walk to the beach (I think it was about 0.3 miles to the beach). Beach supplies were a nice added touch (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc).
This townhouse is perfectly located in the complex ... it is as close to the beach as you can get (near the road, but not noisy). It is also one of the few properties that has a closing garage door. I highly recommend this property! Thank you for a great stay.

This property is amazing. Great location. Several stores within walking distance. (Publix, Dollar Tree, Holy Cow Ice Cream, Walgreens to name a few). Short walk to the beach. . The hosts were absolutely amazing. We are not technology savvy. We had a problem getting the TV to work or get on the internet. We called the hosts and within a short time Crestie was there to help us. They were wonderful to work with. If anyone is planning on going to Anna Maria Island, check out their property. You will not be disappointed. Hope to return there again.

This is a beautifully decorated and clean condo. It has many amenities, but some need to be refreshed and updated. The location is convenient to the beach and shopping. Being able to rent the owners’ golf cart is definitely a plus. It was an enjoyable stay!

Great location and exceptional communication from the property manager. Only recommendation I would have for the property would be to at a minimum invest and upgrade the beds in the house. Other than that it was great would stay there again.

Came to AMI for a wedding and vacation. Loved the property for our family of 6. Roomy and clean.

Nice stay
The house was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen could have used quite a bit of updating as far as pots and pans, etc., but if you don’t plan on cooking it’s fine. I’d recommend a sectional in the living area, as it was hard to get everyone comfortable in one space. One other thing to mention is that there are two flights of stairs. It is common sense, being that you’re on an island, but I hadn’t thought of it. If you have a bum knee, be aware. It was a lot of stair climbing after a knee replacement. The hosts were great and the beach was amazing. I highly recommend the golf cart, even if you only use it to ride around the island. What fun!!! We appreciated the use of the boogie boards, chairs and umbrella as well. We’ll stay here again if we ever visit AMI again.

Paradise!!
Wonderful house, location and accommodations! Just wish there were more coffee cups and household supplies like garbage bags and toilet paper to name a few. They only provide one extra bag and roll so if you have a large group like us 8 you need to buy more. Oh, wash pans and dishes before you cook found some bugs.

Wonder getaway... Perfect location with everything you want/need
We had a wonderful stay here. The home was perfect for our family of 4 with two young kids and their grandparents. The location is so convenient to everything, including the beach. The golf cart was well worth it and I would highly recommend it. The pool was never crowded and very well maintained. We would most definitely stay here again.

Spacious, Airy Vacation Condo
My husband and I stayed with our daughter and her family for 5 days. There were 8 of us. The condo was very spacious, and airy. There was plenty of room for all of us. There are four outdoor decks which made it so nice to have the outdoor space. They have an awesome pool, dry large and warm. The kids loved going from the beach to the pool. The location was great, it is close to everything. The beach is just a short walk/bike ride away. The hosts are great!! They have a golf cart that we rented at a very reasonable price, the golf cart was so much fun!! The communication was awesome.
I would stay here again, and recommend this to others to rent.

Beautiful Property and Close to Beach
This townhouse was beautiful - very clean and the decor is adorable. Balconies off every bedroom and the living room. The beach is a 5-8 minute walk. The owners had chairs and beach toys for us to use. The community pool was very nice. 3 full bathrooms worked great for our group: 3 adults and 4 kids. Also, the owners were very friendly and responsive to any questions we asked - before and during our trip. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great trip!

Great family stay.
This condo was a very good size for my family of 4. Although the lay out of it was not kid friendly. My kids were 2.5 and 5 and there were a lot of little decorations all over for them to constantly play with 😂. The stairs are what scared me the most with the kids, it has 2 pretty steep flight of stairs. The condo sleeps 8 but the house keeping did not leave enough toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towel or garbage bags for a family of 4. Dave was very responsive when I reached out for more garbage bags. The location was great we loved the pool, community was small and quiet. We enjoyed having the sand chairs, toys and umbrella. We rented the golf cart for the week which was nice, but didn’t get to use to the fullest due to children and having to put car seats in golf cart ( which we didn’t want to do or knew we had to do in order for the kids to ride on it. ) needless to say we learned the hard way by getting pulled over by the police 🤪. Unit was clean and Dave and crestie were very responsive with any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay and which we could stay longer. Thank you again.

Wonderful
My parents owned a house on AMI till 2017. After our Dad passed away, our family continues to vacation there every year. We have rented 4 other places on the island and they were all very nice but this place was the best. Good location for everything. Spotless clean. Beds were very comfortable, and that has been an issue before at places. Everything we needed was there. Property owners were GREAT! Answered all my questions very promptly and were super friendly.
We rented the golf cart even though we had our car. It was convenient not to ever have to look for a parking spot anywhere. Everywhere has special golf cart parking.
We plan stay stay here next year.

Great Experience!
We loved this rental! Everything about it was perfect for our stay. The unit was clean, the location was great, and we loved the golf cart rental option. There were plenty of linens/towels/blankets, and the beach accessories were a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach Christmas
Our stay at Anna Maria Island over the Christmas holiday was perfect! The townhouse was just the right size for my husband and I, along with our grown daughters and 8-year-old granddaughter. We especially liked that every room had its own balcony and bathroom. The location and the use of the golf cart also made the trip to AMI fun! We would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to AMI!

Wonderful rental!
My husband, teenage children, and I just got back from our first stay on AMI. You can’t go wrong with this property! It was clean and so close (across the street) from the grocery store and beach. We were happy we rented the golf cart. We used it everyday to get to the beach, pool or grocery store. The free AMI trolley has a stop right near the townhouse complex, so we used it often to visit the restaurants/stores on bridge street. Very clean and safe for our family to use.
We can’t wait to return!

Great vacation spot!
We came down with our kids for the week and this spot was perfect! Very close to the beach with shops nearby, the pool was a great addition. We will be back to AMI and would recommend this place to stay for anyone!
