We found this property to be comfortable and well stocked with household and beach items for our stay. The location in proximity to the beach can't be beat, and we found other renters in Royal Orleans to be friendly and helpful.

This place was perfect for my wife and I. It is an easy walk to the beach, and so centrally located. Great restaurants near by. Hope to stay here again.

The unit was exactly as described...perfect location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, safe neighborhood, it had everything we needed for a quick visit and was very clean. Burkhard was excellent to communicate with and he was quick to answer our question. We did not cook but the kitchen looked stocked to make meals. The beach chairs and towels were a bonus. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Great place!

This condo was perfect for our few day winter escape from Maryland. You could see the Gulf from the porch and it was an easy 3 minute walk to the sand. The condo was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfy so we felt rested. I would suggest adding a few more blankets in the baskets because it was cold when we visited. Also, the beach chairs were a nice thought but they were really uncomfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Burkhard was very easy to communicate with and very prompt, A+! :) This location is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The area is very nice. Nice to have a kitchenette. The room is small, but that is indicated in the information. But, has everything you need for a beach stay. Bed very comfortable. Pool and courtyard in the complex. Nice parking for the building. Very good value for the price! Thanks again Burkhard!!

It was a little tricky to find the apartment but that was totally on me. When you read the directions given, it is very easy to find. It was comfortable and really close to everything! Maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and cozy cute little studio apartment. Had everything you could possibly need.

First of all, this suite was clean, clean, clean! It was the perfect size for my hubby and I. We didn't use the pool but it did look very inviting. We did enjoy sitting on the deck. It was walking distance to a very friendly convenience store. The beach access was close, we appreciated the beach chairs and towels. I even borrowed one of the cute straw hats. We were in the middle of a 2 week trip so the attached laundry room was awesome. The bed was very comforable and the towels were fluffy. Burkhard was SO wonderful with the communication. I reviewed a lot of VRBO listings in the area before choosing this one and I am so glad I did. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We loved the location! The beach access was across the road and perfect! Our only issue was the bed was so uncomfortable. We could hardly sleep the bed was so hard.

The Property was great, only a couple things we were disappointed with. First, the beach access points that were within walking distance were closed due to storm damage. We specifically chose this location due to the close walking proximity to the beach access points. Had we known before hand, we would not have booked this location. We had to drive aways to the north and pay for parking.
The only other disappointment was the shower control valve and/or the shower spray head did not provide much pressure and was difficult to control the water temperature.
Otherwise, the property was great, the communication prior to arrival was excellent, and being allowed to check in at noontime was a plus.

The entire process was very convenient and the property is centrally located. The room was extremely clean and cozy, the Redington Beach area was very friendly and clean. Conch Republic crab dinner was excellent but Sea Breeze was a disappointment. Enjoy your stay!!!!

My boyfriend and I spent a quick weekend away to the other coast of Florida. We chose to stay here due to the location and accessibility to the beach and local restaurants. We even drove to down town St. Petersburg one night for sunset and the drive was less than 30 minutes! This was the perfect place for the two of us and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful weekend!

Cute and clean studio apartment right across the street from the beach. Easy check-in and we loved the heated pool! There is a cooler with wheels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels in the unit, so just pack your swimsuit and snacks and you are set. The area is beautiful and laid back and the host was great with communication. Excellent stay!

We had a great stay. Room is small but just enough room for the two of us. Room was very clean. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were a nice addition to our stay. The beach is not a far walk and not overcrowded. We will definitely stay here again and also tell our family and friends about it.

So you would think it sucks not being directly on the beach. But i promise a short walk you will be directly on the beach. A hidden gem. The place is perfect for sleep. Everything you could imagine or want for two people. Book this. Instantly.

Husband and i stayed 8 nights. Perfect location. Super close to public beach which was pretty empty which we loved, very clean!Apt was centrally located to other towns. We loved Johns Pass. Crabby Bills in Indian Head was amazing.
Apartment clean and accommodating. Just needed a place to lay our heads and shower. Perfect for 2 people. Nice towels and comfy soft sheets.

This little studio is the perfect spot for a couple's escape! We could practically wave to the beach from our balcony, and it was just a hop across the street to get there. Plus, there were so many cool shops and yummy eateries nearby, but the place itself was still chill and relaxing. It's a short drive up to Clearwater or down to St. Pete. We were so happy that we didn't book anything closer to either one of those. The location was relaxing.The owners were super helpful and checking in was a piece of cake. Just a heads up, though: there is no oven. But honestly, with all the amazing food options around, it wasn't even a big deal. Stop clicking through listings and book this already.

Property was exactly what we wanted - a small place that was close to the beach without paying an arm and a leg.
Property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond for any questions. We will definitely use again!
If I had to include a warning, it is a 1 room only apartment. And if you are in room #213 go to the front RIGHT gate and directly up the steps.

We were in town for a wedding and just need a nice place to stay on Treasure Island. This unit was the perfect size and location. We didn't have trouble parking and we could walk to a lot of restaurants. My only negatives is it could use better lighting, a clock and full length mirror. We loved everything it had for beach use.

This is our 4th year returning but have stayed at Indian Shores and tried something different this year and we were very happy we made the change! Great location, great views and comfortable!!! We plan to book again for next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean with straightforward accommodations —perfect for a weekend getaway with a spouse or friend. The only suggestion we have is that there be some sort of mattress topper purchased for the bed to increase comfort. Other than that, everything about this space was just what we needed. 👍 Close to the beach with restaurants within walking distance nearby. Thanks for the nice mini vacay!

We had a great time for our weekend away. The host provided great details on what to expect and what they recommended nearby. The condo is exactly as described. Small but efficient and has more then what you need. Great for couples or a trip with a friend. It was very clean. The beach access was so close and in the room were two nice beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler. Very nice for those who fly. The community area and pool was very cozy. Parking was tight but we never had an issue getting a spot up front by the condo. It’s close to all the best attractions in the area. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be booking again. Thank you!

It’s always a bit difficult to book a location for a two week stay based solely on the short description, and a few pictures. In this case, there were NO surprises and the property is just what was offered. It’s cozy, but fully functional. The location is outstanding and the pool sublime. There is parking for the whole property, and sometimes you won’t get the spot you wanted; however with a bit of flexibility you will find a spot! A thought: could numbers be painted on spots to improve the predictability? I make that suggestion knowing the owner will consider it, as the communication with him was superb! Immediate responses, a personal response, and clear evidence that he is invested in the quality of your stay! That’s not in the description of the property, but it should be!

This was the perfect spot for a quick getaway. The beach was easily accessible and the beach chairs were an added bonus. It was convenient to walk to dinner or take a quick ride to a restaurant there on the main road. The apartment was as described and met our needs. This was an affordable vacation with close proximity to the beach and nearby attractions.
