Il nostro condominio in centro si trova a pochi passi dai negozi e dai ristoranti gourmet di Downtown Traverse City, a due passi dal Tart Trail che porta al vicino porto turistico e ai percorsi naturalistici. Questa unità principale ha una splendida vista sul parco senza restrizioni dai balconi. Un piacevole viaggio fuori città ti porta ai campi da golf mozzafiato che la Summer Golf Capital of America ha da offrire. (Dai un'occhiata alla TCgolfguide per l'incredibile golf che Traverse City ha da offrire.) Attraversate la strada fino alla spiaggia e fate un tuffo nella baia di Grand Traverse. Easy 2-3 block walk to the main shopping and restaurant area in town. One block from the beach! Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Condo was clean, all appliances in working order. Pleasant views of the park across the street.

This condo unit was a tremendous find for us, as we were relatively late in booking our trip and comparative options were much more expensive. The condo was much bigger than expected - a very nice, 2 floor unit with all living spaces downstairs the 3 nice sized bedrooms upstairs. The owner helpfully offered us an early check-in without our asking, which was much appreciated. The parking was super easy and convenient, and overall the location is terrific.
The only complaints are covered in prior reviews - the sole shower in the unit is functional but needs to be upgraded or replaced. The mattresses were a bit firm and not the best.

This is a clean well maintained condo. Owner is easy to reach and accommodating. Park your car and easily walk downtown or to the beach. Traverse City is a great place to relax.

We stayed for 4 nights for a quick family getaway with my 3 kids. Condo was a great location easy to access everything around tc. Nice park across the street. Extremely clean. Very spacious condo which was great with my girls. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely stay there again! Easy check in process and 11 am check out time was a plus.

I had screwed up the dates of when we were supposed to check in and they were so helpful trying to accommodate me for my screwup I couldn’t ask for a better better host. House was a great location and exactly as expected

We've stayed in Traverse City many times and this place was one of the best. Perfect location within walking distance to downtown. Condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful location and spacious, we enjoyed that. But the toilet paper was like tissue paper and there were no Kleenex in the unit. The bathtub does not seem stable underneath.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location, we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. Host was helpful and communicated promptly.

Not a horrible experience but the beds were not very comfortable and the batteries were dead in a remote. Found some trash under the bed that was missed in a previous cleaning. Other than that the location was well suited for my families stay in Traverse City.

The property was was exactly as the photos indicated (not always the case as we all know). The location is close enough to downtown to be convenient, but far away enough to be quiet. Easy process and a great stay.

The place was even better in person. We had 5 girls and plenty of space both for sleeping and relaxing. Loved the two balcony’s and that we could walk to down town. Roy was very responsive when we messaged him. Would definitely stay again.

After a few years away, my friends and I returned to this location for a besties weekend to relax and enjoy the sights of northern Michigan. Did not disappoint. Owner has always and continues to be prompt with responses to questions and any issues should they arise. Best location to serve as a "base" from which to visit towns in and around TC!

We had 4 adults and 2 kids stay in this place over a weekend for a Soccer Tournament. The location was great and the condo itself was nice and spacious. The bedrooms and living area / kitchen are actually on separate floors which I didn't realize at the time of booking, but was real nice for a bit more privacy. Some of the bedding could be due for an upgrade, but besides that, this was a great rental.

Staying here 2 nights with short notice turned out to be a very positive experience. We had a medical emergency thus needed accommodations which we hadn't foreseen. Roy, the owner, was quite easy to communicate with and did all he could to help smooth out our extra days in Traverse City. He communicated his concern for our group quite effectively. The view overlooking the park was quite pleasant. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. We happened to meet the cleaning crew who responded quickly to requests we voiced. The half bath on the main floor then a full upstairs made things work well for our group. The sheets were very smooth and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked as expected and we had no problems. Again, Roy did a lot for us that went beyond just the standard rental. Thank you, Roy. We will stay here, no doubt, should we travel to TC again.
