We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house within easy walking distance to the beach. The views are lovely and there are several comfortable outside spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. We'll be back!

We loved our stay at this house in Stinson Beach! It is such a beautiful and comfortable house. The views are amazing, you can hear the ocean from the house, and the backyard is lovely. Amazing home and a wonderful stay-we would definitely book it again!

Our family group of 4 absolutely loved everything about our stay at this wonderful vacation home overlooking Stinson Beach.
Both ocean and hillside 360-degree views were spectacular and ever-changing from the two decks, each room of the light-filled home, and the colorful backyard garden.
The kitchen (with its large island) and dining and family rooms were awesome places to enjoy family time. The free-standing gas stove made the center of the house cozy, too!
Finally, the location was just a few short, hilly roads down to the “main drag” of the charming town of Stinson Beach. And nearby towns of Bolinas and Pt. Reyes Station could be reached with just a few miles of driving on country roads with beautiful vistas.

You can tell that the owner of this property has a creative streak—we loved the gorgeous back yard succulent and flower garden and the colorful paintings throughout the home. We adored cooking in the open plan kitchen, which was fully equipped with a solid collection of cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, spices and utensils—everything we needed for quick breakfasts and elaborate dinners-in. The beds are beyond comfortable, especially with the ocean breeze. You'll feel right at home as soon as you walk into the foyer. The children loved watching movies in the sunken living room with views of the Pacific. Our stay at Stinson Beach was magical and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in Marin County.

My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay here. The house is so gorgeous and well-equipped. So peaceful; you can hear the sea. All interactions with the host were positive and friendly There is no doubt we will stay here again, if possible.

We hung out for 5 days. Great views of the ocean and beach. The walk down to the beach takes 6-7 minutes. The house was peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time and will come back again.

This house exceeded my expectations in every way! 25+ years since my last visit to Stinson, and I still love it! The house was amazing - up the hill, great views (and sounds) of the ocean, clean, well furnished, just perfect. Walking distance to beautiful hiking trails, the beach, a great bakery, and several restaurants. We hope to book a stay at the house again next summer.

Beautiful, open plan house with amazing views and lovely garden. Our family of four stayed a week and enjoyed every day. Beach is a short walk away, and a hiking trail in the hills starts at the end of the block. Local grocery had all the essentials.
Host was communicative, and responsive when we had some internet issues. The only mistake we made was trying to work remotely instead of just enjoying this beautiful spot.

This home on the hill is absolutely divine! So much thought and care put into every detail. It is charming, well designed, clean, bright, airy and comfortable. Even the back yard landscaping is incredible.
There's also a view of the ocean from every window. The location is ideal. A wonderful place to enjoy the magic of Stinson Beach.

This light and airy perch above the little town of Stinson Beach was the perfect place for a quiet holiday with friends. In the good weather we biked, hiked and walked on the beach. When it was cold or wet, we were snug and warm inside this small but spacious, open house. We made good use of the kitchen, and of the delicious treats down the hill. One bedroom affords privacy. The open loft would be great for kids.

We loved our stay and thought the property was perfect for Stinson. The windows provided amazing views of the ocean and we loved being so close to the beach. The house was clean, cozy, warm, and felt like home away from home. The owner is very attentive and has thought of every detail. We look forward to returning soon!

Really enjoyed the house and location other than to water ne er getting hot , it was perfect. Living on Maui, this gave us a different vibe of California's, Oceanside Town. Was really fun. The drive was extremely "interesting experience ".

Book this place before it fills up! This was my first time staying here and I plan to come back again. The house was in an excellent location with great views. So many great windows and a beautiful backyard. The property is just a short walk to the beach, some great restaurants, and hiking trails. I highly recommend this house!

This house is as bright, clean and lovely as it looks, and Jennifer is a responsive snd gracious host. With open rooms, large windows, and lots of seating areas indoors and out, it feels both spacious and cozy. The kitchen is simple but well-equipped. Town and the beach are a very short walk down the hill. Be prepared to walk up and down plenty of steps from the street to the house.

The place is very beautiful and comfortable. It is in a great location with fantastic views. We were able to explore nearby Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais, Point Reyes, and San Francisco. It was also great being able to walk into town. We especially enjoyed the Parkside Cafe bake shop for morning pastries and coffee. The hiking was a highlight and we loved hiking the Matt Davis trail, which it right outside the door!

You will not be disappointed with this wonderful VRBO rental. It is well appointment, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay at Stinson Beach. Ocean view is great, and the beautifully landscaped back yard is very soothing and relaxing. Only note is that there are many uphill stairs to the front door, so If stairs are a problem, you might make a note of this.

We came out to run the Dipsea and got so much more than we bargained for. The house was fantastic - great location, decks, gardens and views. Nice quiet neighborhood but close to the town and beach and trailheads. Clean and comfortable interior. We look forward to coming back!

This was our second time staying in this wonderful house. We loved it both times. The house itself is perfect, comfortable and nicely appointed. The location is great, walking distance to the beach as well as several trailheads. Easy drive to SF if you don’t mind winding mountain roads. Love it, every bit!

Two things potential renters should note: 1.There are a lot of stairs up to the property, so if mobility is an issue for anyone this is not a good spot. 2) While the house sleeps four, two twin beds are in an open upstairs area through which one must walk to get to the one real bedroom. This twin-bed area is also open to the living room below. Neither of these issues were problems for us, as there were only two of us and we're used to a lot of stairs, but I can imagine that they might pose problems for others.
Otherwise, a totally fabulous place.
