wifi could be faster

+The location is close to the train. We appreciate the neighbourhood as there are a lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby. The room is decent and was hesistant to stay since saw a lof of review about the AC heater in room 201. My husband manage to operate it and it is working fine. This is budget place where you can stay.

-Be ready to climb in stairs with your luggage in a limited space - Sort of a smell inside the room after a long day being outside. This might minimize if the owner will advice not to close the fan but you have to switch off all when you go out

The location was great. The space was good, amenities were fine. Considering the price, the value for money was great. No complaints about the cost performance.

The room smelled like it had been smoked in. There were tears in the shoji paper covering the windows. The paper filter on the exhaust fan was covered in grime.

The property was very near the train station, police station, convenience stores and restaurants.

The property was not that clean. And the heater in room 201 was not working at all.

Good location, very close to Kameari station, especially when you use Airport Limousine Bus. Comfortable and clean facilities with decent amenities. The staff (Joey) was super friendly and serving.

Small room, but I guess it's normal for Tokyo's standard.
