The location, the view and the spaciousness of this home was perfect. We had 15 adults, 2 children and 1 infant and we were very pleased with the set up of the home, the bedrooms, the living spaces, etc. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the kitchen and dining area as well. The pool and the easy access out to the beach was fantastic. We rented a golf cart which made getting around the island very fun. The house certainly needed some updates and some TLC. We went at the end of July and needed management to come out twice to deal with wasp nests that were in many locations. One guest was stung several times. Also one dryer was broken and when we arrived, some lightbulbs were burnt out, there was still some trash in the house when we arrived and a moldy shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. The grill had only one side working. Management did come out and were always nice and helpful. We loved being here as a family and had a wonderful time but felt for the price of the rental, these items should have been taken care of before we arrived. We would stay here again but would want to make sure everything was in order before we came. IOP did not disappoint in any way.

The location of the house was good...the area of the beach is very private but still within walking distance of downtown. The number of bedrooms is the reason we chose the house and that worked out well. The house has a lot of space. The house does need some improvements though. We were unable to use the elevator for most of the trip which was one of the main reasons we chose the house. My parents had to sleep on the first level because the elevator wasn’t really working. Also the grill was not kept up and took a very long time to cook our food which was basically every meal. The bathrooms were a bit dingy and the shower curtains were moldy. Some very easy fixes could have been done to keep the house updated. The dryer did not have a start button and could not be used. They do have another washer and dryer upstairs which was great. The pool was very nice but the area by the pool was very lacking. Compared to the other houses we have stayed at on the street, there is no shaded area to sit and we couldn’t sit by the pool without being in the pool. There is plenty of area to add this but it is not being utilized very well. I would recommend this house for large families who need the space as long as they understand the issues they will encounter for the price they are paying.

As our family has grown over the years, the need for larger home has increased. C Breeze is the most user friendly larger home we have visited. Everything about this house was great, the kitchen was well stocked and had many good features. The elevator was a life saver in many ways. Pool was great and the view couldn't be better. Location was wonderful. Property managers were great to work with...very friendly and helpful. All in all, we would certainly book this house again.

This home is PERFECT for family gatherings. All the rooms are huge-so much bigger in person than in the pictures, especially the media room. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 3 coffee pots, and a huge icemaker make the kitchen perfect. Great ocean views with super short walk to the beach. The elevator is awesome! Highly recommend!

We love the location and the out lay of the house. We did have problems With adjusting the heat and air, some drainage problems in the bathrooms. This was a beautiful house, but there were several areas that need a lot of cosmetic fixes. We would stay here again.

The rental house was very well received by all parties. We had 8 couples and they really enjoyed having 8 separate bedrooms. The view out the back was beautiful looking over the pool and onto the breakers. The house is well constructed and there is more than sufficient space for entertaining.

We have rented this same house for many years because it adjusts to our aging family! It has a room with separate beds for boys who refuse to sleep together, big bedrooms with room for cribs, a second living rm with sleeper sofas for surprise guests and teens who want to game late into the night. There's a fully stocked kitchen and extra frig for growing eaters (and drinkers), two separate porches, each with comfy outdoor furniture, because sometimes you need your space or you want to read and nap in the shade outside. And now we appreciate 2 bedrooms downstairs for our aging members; NOT to mention easy access to the perfect beach and ocean, and pelicans that fly by promptly each afternoon at 4:45pm.The house is popular and is next to the ocean so there is wear and tear, but the sliding doors open easily. It never smells moldy and the fans, 2 dishwashers, ice machine and grill all work. What more do you need? The cosmetics of the pool definitely need attention, but the water is well maintained, AND East Island is always available. Jill and Christy and Matt are incredible. They make sure we have propane and a tea kettle every year! There are many rental agencies around, but they are a big part of why we come back again and again to them.

We take our children and grandchildren (16 in all) to the beach every summer. We've been doing this for 12 years and this house is the best one yet. Great floorplan and plenty of room for all. Separate area for children to gather and watch TV etc. The porches are especially nice in that they are covered.

We had a wonderful week at Isle of Palms. The house was very nice and fit our large group. First beach house I've ever stayed in that all the shelves were on the fridge door! And the second fridge was a big help. Our grandkids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. Would definitely rent this property again. We had a couple minor repairs but they were handled promptly.

This house was perfect! Great location to town, right on the water, beautifully managed clean property. The house is fantastic and actually fit our large extended family of 19 people so comfortably! Honestly we had room for more, never felt like we were in each other’s way. The property management company was extremely friendly, very responsive and lovely to work with. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This home was beautiful! This was our second time staying here and very well maintained! Having two refrigerators, two dishwashers and double wall ovens is a great feature! Pool is large and perfect for a larger party!The kitchen could use some clean up....needs a full set of measuring cups and many of the pots and pans needs replaced. There are several duplicates and the Teflon is wearing off. We did have an issue with the pool lights. It took three phone calls over three days to get someone out to look at it.

We had a great week with our large family. The house was basically clean but very dusty. Some cosmetic attention is needed. Rusty vents, paint needed in most rooms, bathroom drains need immediate attention. None of these issues were brought to the attention of East Island as they did not interfere with our special time together as a family. We have rented from East Island for many years and they are the best on the island for meeting the needs and concerns of their guest. Always prompt and eager to make vacation a wonderful experience.you will not be disappointed if you rent from East Island Rentals.

Amazing Location and Oceanfront Home!
This property did not disappoint. The views and location from this large, spacious oceanfront home was incredible! We happen to be in Charleston during a really nice week of surprisingly warm weather for late February. The weather was so nice that we opened the sliding glass doors at night to hear the waves which easily lulled us to sleep. The home itself is grand which has a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate very large families. The heated pool is another added bonus for those that prefer not to swim in the ocean. Upon our initial arrival we did notice a couple ripped screen doors and some normal wear and tear on the walls and refrigerator. We reported this to the management company along with a couple other recommendations to make this place even more spectacular. The management company was quick to reply. They also allowed us to extend our stay a few days longer which was great. The management company was great to work with overall. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Outstanding rental for a large group!
You cannot beat the location of this property…waking up every morning and being able to walk right from the patio to the beach was absolutely wonderful! The house is large enough, and comfortable enough for a large family gathering.. I was able to spend a week with my kids, grandkids and some extended family members to go to my son’s wedding. The house is well stocked with everything you need for a large group and everyone truly enjoyed all of the accommodations in addition to the gorgeous location. There were some minor things that could really use updating, but they were barely noticeable given all of the positives we found by being able to stay there! I highly recommend renting this property!

Great location on Isle of Palms. The beachfront view is excellent and the walk to the beach across the dunes is short. There are plenty of good restaurants close by, so you don't have to venture too far if you want to go out to eat.
