This spot was great for us! It is upstairs, but that didn’t bother us. We really liked the privacy of the balcony. As soon as you walk in, you notice it is spotless! This is just a few minute walk to the beach. A few bonuses- a retail store with golf cart rentals is steps away, beach wagon and enough towels for everyone. Great spot for our family of 4.

We spent 4 nights here and had a great time. The resort is quiet and very well maintained. It has 2 pools and many lovely tropical plants. Our unit was up to date and had everything we needed.

This condo was super cute and clean. Close to the pool and beach. The property felt safe and on-site staff was friendly.

Nice little condo near the beach. Perfect for what I needed. Anne was a wonderful lady and I enjoyed working with her. I even helped in a small way to repair where a previous user messed up the bedroom TV configuration.

Property was great except description says OCEAN FRONT which was inaccurate. We were in the 2nd set of buildings away from beach. No view whatsoever. Also the TV in the bedroom was not working.

We’ll stocked kitchen necessities. Great location away from the crowds and short walk through the complex to the beach. It was a relaxing trip and fun!

We brought our two fur babies and The Tiki is perfect to bring pets and I appreciate that our host Anne allows two dogs. The Tiki had lots of green space for us to walk our dogs and the beach is steps away and the complex has its own entrance. The condo was comfortable, we spent most of our time outside at the beach and the condo made that convenient. Thank you Anne.

Just big enough, great location, would bring my own bedding next time but the beds themselves aren’t too bad.

Great stay and no complaints at all! Extremely dog friendly but also very clean and neat. Would have never known there were other dogs there by just waking around. We had a wonderful stay and no complaints about the venue!

We had the best time! This condo is beautifully decorated and perfectly located. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We will definitely stay again!

Great location and relaxing atmosphere. Have stayed at the Tiki twice now and love it. Nice pools. Only thing I would add is to have some coffee available. My husband was sad about that. They have a pot and a Keurig but no coffee. Great place otherwise!

Perfect spot to relax after a beach day. Cozy space. Would only note that things like coffee/shampoo conditioner were not provided so just note! Great stay though!

We enjoyed our last minute getaway to SPI. Anne was very responsive to our needs, thanks Anne!. The condo is comfortable with perfect coastal decor and well furnished. I cook frequently due to our way of eating and we had everything we needed. We look forward to our next trip, it was way too long since our last trip.

All was great with condo. I rented two at the same time and this condo exceeded expectations. Contact person was great. She responded to an incident that arose quickly and she was so very nice.

My sister and I came to South Padre for a little vacation before the hectic life of school and busy schedules started back up. The people at the front office were wonderful and very helpful. The condo was easy enough to get to and really clean inside. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach while being near many local businesses and restaurants. We had an amazing stay with our main interest being the beach. The pool was nice and clean plus they offer designated bbq and pet friendly areas. The only slight drawback were the beds being a bit too firm for us. I have a hard time at a lot of hotels as well so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I'll just have to learn to travel with a mattress topper just in case lol. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

This was close enough to beach to be very convenient and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet end of the island. One tiny request would be for more towel hooks to hang things to dry between beach runs. Thank you!

Property was super nice, clean and perfect for our family. It has everything we needed, we would definitely stay again. Check in was super easy and fast. The only thing I would recommend is to have a mop available at the condo.

The place is exactly as described-has beach and regular towels, 2 double beds plus a pull-out couch. The balcony was great, and had some beach toys for the kids. The only thing we needed were beach chairs! Easy walk to the beach, and has an outside shower area to get all the sand off. Pool was never very busy and had lots of chairs/tables. Also walking distance to a souvenir shop and the Turtle Sanctuary. Highly recommend!

We always stay at the Tiki and like usual it never disappoints. It's usually just my husband and I but it's got two nice pools for the kiddos and super easy access to the beach. This condo was so cozy and perfect for us. We had all the necessary things needed to cool and clean up. Great stay!

We loved everything about this property! Everything we needed was there, the property was kept up well with no property issues. We loved that it was right by the pool. Communication with Anne was very prompt, and all her check in directions were very clear, I didn't have to call her to clarify anything as she covered everything from the beginning. We would definitely stay again!
