Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony which is a huger outdoor seating area. Wonderful property close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and groceries. Wonderful kitchen setup if you want to eat in. Very spacious and our party of 6 had plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay at this property so much we want to come back soon.

This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It had everything we needed and more! It was immaculate and beautiful. Sue was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was perfect! Our whole family had the best vacation!

Our stay started with a wonderful introduction from Curlson. He set a tone that stayed with us our entire stay. Belle Caribe is as beautiful as the pictures show. We all had our own bedroom and private bath. The rooms were welcoming and there was not a point where we did not have what we needed - whether it was adorable and necessary goose measuring cups or a rousing game of cornhole. The views were breathtaking throughout the house and the neighborhood was comfortable. Sue was a wonderful host and very responsive to any question or consideration. We had a most lovely time and would robustly recommend Belle Caribe. The only regret we have was not adopting the most gorgeous and sweet young cat that loved to be adored during her driveway visits. This home is hard to leave even if heading to exquisite beaches and the proximity to the St. John ferry was another plus. Thank you Sue for your wonderful hospitality - truly a memorable family vacation

Incredible views and many extras like ice chests, beach chairs with umbrella to take to the various beaches (which we did). Basically everything you're looking for in a vacation rental plus a very responsive and helpful management team - we had a couple small things that were resolve expeditiously by Sue. Highly recommended and we plan to return.

Ok so we’ve done a lot of vacations at resorts in St. Thomas going all the way back to 1990, so we are minor experts here. First consider cost, compare against resorts, and especially if you are vacationing and want two or three separate bedrooms…this house provides room separation and includes a kitchen (restaurants are terribly expensive in St Thomas). Second consider what you wake up to…a perfect view of water and islands which is almost unmatched on the island and there is a stunning balcony view that has a breeze all day due to placement on the mountain (resorts are sea level and bugs/humidity is a factor no one talks about), this house rises above this with no airborne pests and a breeze on the balcony with a view that might keep you from ever leaving. Third, consider the proximity to beach and tradeoffs…rent a car, visit multiple beaches on St Thomas, visit St John and Virgin Gorda, why pay more to be limited to one beach and pay huge UBER rates (if you can score one) to move around, makes no sense. Host responded to me within 30 minutes of my few calls to them (every time it was to request for beach or restaurant selections and not related to a problem), and this responsiveness was as good as any concierge would give you at a resort or even better because they would no direct you to a local friend. This is a seriously sick (in a good way) VRBO option vs resorts and everyone should be all-in on this. Hopefully my glowing recommendation does not impact my future ability to return (because if you beat me to it in future years I will be sad) but on our next trip to St. Thomas we will return here without reservation….or better stated…with a reservation (if lucky), we will not show up unannounced:

Absolutely Beautiful Vacation Villa
We Loved It & Didn’t Want To Leave! The Pictures Listed Of The Property Don’t Do This Villa Justice. The Property & The View Were Much More Amazing In Person! There Were Six Of Us And Everyone Had Their Own Space To Relax. The Bathrooms & The Bedrooms We’re Beautifully Decorated & Furnished. 2 Bedrooms Have Semi-Private Balconies You Can Sit Out On To Watch The Sunrise Or Set. The View From There Overlooking Red Hook Is A Wonderful Touch! The Kitchen Area Is Huge With All New Appliances ! My Dream Kitchen! The Surrounding Area Of The Villa Is Very Peaceful & Serene. Our Host Sue Was Simply Amazing & Always Available For Questions Or Directions. We Highly Recommend This Villa & Will Definitely Stay Here Again If It Is Available!

Spectacular view
The house is set atop a hill that gives the house a spectacular view of St. John and other islands across the water. The patio is so nice to sit on and enjoy the sunrise while being comfortable to sit outside in the afternoon as well. The house is well equipped with kitchen necessities and beach gear. Be sure to take advantage of the snorkel gear provided as there is good snorkeling at every beach. Red Hook is close by with restaurants and groceries. Be sure to step into Duffy's Love Shack for a drink. Sue was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Belle Caribe Doesn't Disappoint
I can’t say enough good things about Belle Caribe. From the courtesy airport escort to the house tour upon arrival, Sue and Dewey truly make it feel like home. The home sits on the island cliff side and the overlooks the water. The views are breath taking. The outdoor living space is the definition of relaxation and the kitchen has everything you need to cook an excellent meal. Curlson recommended a great grocery store in Red Hook, Mo’s, which suited our needs. The home is just a short distance from several beaches—our favorite being Secret Harbour. I can’t recommend this home enough. My family will definitely be back to Belle Caribe!

Beautiful home with breathtaking views!
This home was perfect for our little family. We have small children so we knew we wanted to stay somewhere that was close to the beaches but also had an amazing view since we would be there for a few hours for our kid's naps, and this fit the bill. We were close to grocery stores so that we could buy food and cook there, and Sue had plenty of gear for the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely stunning
Belle Caribe is head over heels the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! From the most gracious hostess, Sue, who was very much available at all times, to the immaculately clean and well organized gorgeous house, to the thoughtful amenities such as snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and much more, this place had it all! And did I mention the views? There couldn’t possibly be a better view on all of St Thomas. Or a better place to enjoy this view. We thoroughly enjoyed the large covered back porch and open terrace with beautiful Coralina floor tiles which were always cool. What a fabulous place to savor God’s magnificent creation! My only advice is to stay longer than 4 nights! Thank you again, Sue, for the nice bottle of chilled Prosecco and for so generously sharing your slice of paradise! We certainly hope to return one day!

Perfect Place to Reboot
This property is simply amazing. My children's eyes were big as saucers when they stepped in the front door. They immediately jumped up and down and hugged me. These guys are hard to impress. Place was spotless. View was incredible. Sue was very responsive. We second all recommendations.

Island Paradise
This was one of the top houses we have ever rented. The pictures don't even do it justice. The view from the deck makes you think you are on top of the world with expansive 180 degrees views of islands and water. We loved that there is a covered deck and uncovered portion to choose from depending on the weather and sun. We went down with a group of 3 couples. We loved that each couple had a beautiful ensuite bathroom to themselves. The kitchen is beyond well stocked with everything you would want in a gourmet kitchen. The town of Red Hook is just 5 minutes away for groceries and some fun restaurants. You can also catch the ferry about 5 minutes away from the house to go to St. John for the day. Sue was incredibly kind and gracious as a host. We will definitely return to the house.

Sue was great at communicating with us, and she has put together a very informative site book with property tips and island recommendations. Location is very convenient to the Red Hook area, ferry and a number of beaches. Would recommend and enjoy staying here again.

Million dollar view
Curlson provided a friendly welcome and check in process. Sue provided a multitude of helpful information before our trip and checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Sue put up a Christmas tree for us since we were celebrating Christmas at Belle Caribe. The views from the house are outstanding. The kitchen is fully equipped with a multitude a kitchen accessories, tools, etc. We had everything we needed during our stay at Belle Caribe.

Beautiful well equipped property
This property is perfect and has everything you need and then some. Beautiful views and very nicely furnished with amazing kitchen gadgets! You may think this sounds odd but if you plan to cook and make daiquiris (and you really should), this is the villa for you! The owner has great style and taste in decor and hasn’t cut corners on quality.
Outstanding communication and response. She sincerely wants her guests to have a perfect vacation. From local restaurant recommendations to the best beaches, she has you covered. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect views and ongoing communication
Wow, this place has the best views you can ask for. The photos only get better once you're there. Also, the open floor plan is spacious, furnished for 3 separate areas in one large room, and the 3 bed/bathrooms are laid out for a master on one side (of the large common area) and the two other bedrooms on the other side. Two bedrooms have a panoramic ocean view. The kitchen comes stocked with all the cooking utensils and plates/cups/utensils you'll need.
During our stay - starting a few days prior, Sue (the host) communicated thru VRBO and eventually moved to text message once your travel is beginning. Thank you, Sue! I didn't want to bother you with little questions that Google couldn't answer, but you checked in almost every day and asked if we had questions. Incredible. And Sue just seems so genuine - it makes you want to treat her VRBO as if you're renting from family.
The only sacrifice with renting a home set up high on a tropical island is the steep drive to get up there. We booked last-minute, so we couldn't get a rental car. Taxis don't know how to get to the house, so just tell them you'll meet them at the Pillsbury Heights sign. It's a 5-minute walk up the street - it's good exercise :)

An absolute great place to stay!
I highly recommend staying at this property. Communication with the owner was extremely easy with fast replies. We had odd times on our arrival and departure and Sue was beyond accommodating with both. I really appreciated having Curlson meet us at the airport, escort us to the house and give us a tour of the property. The house is beautiful, well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay! It was so nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, small ice chest, etc for our many trips to the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the view is absolutely spectacular. It was short drive to the nearby beaches and restaurants. Everything else was only about 15-20 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who goes. Thank you Sue! We had an amazing time.

Best VRBO Ever!
Simply said, this is the best rental property our family has ever rented! The house was immaculate! First, as you are approaching the home, you will be drawn in by its architecture. Then when the large wooden front door swings open, the home reveals itself to you as you are met with a warm breeze and stunning views of the ocean and islands. The house has everything you could need. My family and I kept commenting about how this house feels like someone loves it and has lived there themselves. The kitchen was a dream, it has everything. The high beamed ceilings are stunning and keep the house breezy and cool even on hot days. Don't hesitate to rent this house. I know we will be back:) Thank you Sue for everything!

Best vacation ever!!!!
My family had the most amazing time in St.Thomas last week! Sue is the best VRBO hostess ever!!! Her communication was amazing, traveling during COVID can be a little stressful but Sue answered questions, checked in and set us at ease! The house far surpassed what we could have hoped for!
We were a family of four with two teens and the layout of the house was perfect, everyone had their space. Three full bathrooms was wonderful! We would enjoy coffee on the patio with the best view on the island and play games and enjoy cocktails outside in the evening! The kitchen is more stocked than my kitchen at home... seriously it has it all!!!! The entire house was spotless when we arrived. The provided snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers and beach towels were one of the best amenities, the cost to rent those items at each beach would have been a large extra expense. It was so convenient to have those items available.
You know you found your new “spot” when you’re talking about when you can get back while you’re still there😀 Looking forward to our next stay at this gorgeous home!

Breathtaking Panoramic View
We will never forget our trip to St Thomas and especially this beautiful house! The impressive pictures online don’t even do it complete justice! It is perfect! One must start with the back patio and that view. It is stunning to walk into the house and look right out onto the ocean and other surrounding islands.
I would wake up very early just to sit out there and watch the sun rise. Most days I told my adult kids to head to the beach without me, that I was going to stay out on the patio and read in the covered area with the most refreshing ocean breeze.
The house is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. We did stay home several nights and grill/cook and then dined with the most gorgeous view as the sun was setting. There are several eating areas on the patio- heaven!
The owners could not have been more helpful, informative, and nice! We booked the house before Covid and had to rebook because everything shut down. They took care of the change and kept me informed of ever-evolving and often confusing Covid travel information on the island. They also checked in while we were there and informed us of early beach closings over the weekend, etc. From the day I booked the house, the experience went smoothly during difficult times. Their generosity with information of what to do during our stay and everything we would need to know about this beautiful home, made the trip less stressful and relaxing. They even had recommendations of where to eat, shop, and where to rent a Jeep (you’ll need a Jeep to get around the Islands:)
Thank you owners! Thank you Belle Caribe! A family vacation and a view we will not soon forget. I cannot imagine staying anywhere as perfect on St Thomas.

Fantastic house!!!
We had the best time staying at belle caribe. It was the best experience and the house had everything we could ask for from beach towels to cooking supplies. We were never without anything. Sue was so helpful in giving us so much information about the island and the house. Curlson, who meet us at the airport, was fantastic. He showed us everything we needed to know about the house and told us some great history about the island.
I would definitely recommend belle caribe to any friends heading to St Thomas. The location of the house made it an excellent choice.

Perfect Spot for Vacation
Everything was as advertised. The property manager, the property owner stayed in touch and were available. The house was perfect for our family and the view was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed to enjoy everything on the island.

Perfect Island Experience
We stayed at this property from June 23rd to July 3rd of 2019. Before we even got there Sue was in contact with us and letting us know what to expect. She had a taxi ready for us at the airport and they took us to the house. Curlson was fantastic and showed us the house and ran down the list of rules. The home was super clean and exactly as it was posted on the home away sight. We had one minor maintenance issue while we were there and it was resolved in a matter of hours. The sound system they had provided for great night's of music and fun. It seemed to be a quiet part of the island but we had everything we needed really close including the ferry to St John's. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and the view was amazing. The home had everything we needed to cook our own meals, they had beach towels and chairs. We cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Don't bother going anywhere else because Belle Caribe is the place to be. You will not be disappointed at all. Thank you to Sue and her supporting team for a wonderful time.

Spectacular Views and a VERY Well Equipped Home!!
We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone and will stay there again as we travel frequently to St Thomas. We travel frequently and stay in many very nice places. This one is indeed a gem.
You walk into this house and you have sweeping views of dozens of islands. The sunrises and sunset views are great and it became a tradition to sit on the balcony with cocktails and watch the sky, water, and islands change before our eyes as the sun went down.
The home is very well equipped... From nice pans to utensils to spices to everthing. One literally only need buy food. No need for paper products or soaps or anything else. For day trips there are coolers, chairs, and beach towels.
The outdoor and indoor furnishings are very comfortable and overall, the place is kept in "new" condition. The owner Sue is very responsive re: questions and advice! We will return!!

The perfect property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. You definitely have a wow moment walking in given the high ceilings, full wall of glass and the view. We spent hours on the deck and saw lots of sunsets and sunrises. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. It was well equipped. We looked at lots of villas with pools/hot tubs/farther off the beaten path but I'm so glad we chose this one as we spent most of our time exploring the island. It is perfectly situated to the East End restaurants, ferries to St. John, marinas for boat rentals/jet skis, etc. Curlton and Sue were very accommodating. I can recommend this rental unconditionally.

Could not be more perfect!!
Everything said in other reviews is completely accurate and I’m not sure what more I can say, except that if I could move in I would! From all Sue’s communication pre-trip, to Curlson’s airport pickup, to the spectacular view, wonderful furnishings, stocked kitchen, beach gear, it really is a home away from home. I hope to come back often. Only negative is the death defying right turn at the stop light top of the hill coming from Red Hook. That I could do without!

Gorgeous all around!
Belle Caribe truly is as beautiful as its photos...even more so. The kitchen is amazing. My husband and I cooked several dinners together for our family; it was spacious enough for two cooks to easily work together. The three bedrooms were large and all had connecting bathrooms. But the real attraction was the wall of windows, which opened up onto an expansive deck, from which it seemed like we could almost touch Jost Van Dyke and St. John. The floor-to-ceiling windows swung open so we could experience a wonderful sea breeze every night. We spent hours every evening on the deck, enjoying the view, the breeze and the experience.

Great home, great view! Very close to grocery shopping, restaurants and pubs of Red Hook village. If you like to run, jog or walk for exercise, be prepared for very steep hills in all directions. Quiet neighborhood.

The view was amazing! Great view of the St John islands. The beds are clean. The entire place is clean. Loved being out on the balcony after a long day at the beach. We have been enchanted!
Before arrival time I had all my questions answered by Sue, the owner of the house.
As first timers on the island, it reassured me knowing that Curlson was waiting for us at the car rental to escort us to the house. Once at the house, he gave us a briefing about the island using the map (groceries stores, restaurant recommendations and places to go).
The house!
Wow, was the first word that came out of our mouths the moment we went in. I wish I could remember the new word my husband invented to describe the views. For you to have an idea of my expectations, I work at a place were *every little detail counts*. This property didn't fall short. Very well maintained, super clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need, great location and wonderful views. On the 4th of July, we watched the fireworks of St. John from the deck of the house. We explored the entire island, went to St. John and the BVI. Should I continue? Ahhh! the beaches...♥
We came here to spend quality time with our daughter (25), seeing the expression of pure joy in her face was priceless and comforting.
I told my husband, that all I wanted for my 50th birthday was to come back to this house.

AMAZING HOUSE!
I really don't know where to begin... first of all, the owners of this beautiful home could not have been more accommodating to our every need. When one of the A/C units wasn't working, they bought and delivered a portable unit because the part to fix the A/C wouldn't be delivered for a few days.
The home is absolutely beautiful with truly amazing views... words just cannot describe! The bedrooms are stunning and all have their own baths. The kitchen is as well stocked as my kitchen at home! In fact the whole house had whatever you could need... beach towels and chairs, games, movies, etc. I would love to LIVE in this house... or on this back deck overlooking the Caribbean!
We had an amazing vacation with 3 couples and look forward to going back the first chance we get!! THANK YOU SUE for a fabulous trip!

Beautiful home and view
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Fantastic views of STJ and BVI. Woke up each morning to sunrise on the balcony with a cup of coffee sitting on the nice cushioned outdoor furniture. A nice breeze kept the house cool and we didn’t even need to use the A/C. House was very nicely furnished and all essentials were provided. We were able to pack so lightly since there is a washer & dryer in the house. Plenty of beach towels were there to use as well as chairs, coolers, beach toys, etc. Within a few minute drive you can get to grocery store, Secret Harbour Beach, and Red Hook. Sue was very helpful and kept in touch before arrival and throughout the trip with anything we needed.

Beautiful house with the best view on the island
Hosts were excellent and made sure we had everything we need. Checked in with us throughout the trip and were available at all times.
Most beautiful house we have ever vacationed in. Doesn't feel like a rental property as all of the furniture and amenities are very nice.
Best view on the island. We spent a whole day just sitting on the back baucony and admiring the view.
Close to red hook which has good restaurants and night life. Close to the ferry to make a trip to St. John.
Agree that you need rent a car to help explore the island. They have excellent recommendations and maps of the island for beginners once you arrive and begin to plan things out.
We will definitely be staying here every time we visit St. Thomas.

This property was absolutely pristine. It was nothing less than home away from home.
It was beautiful inside and out. The curb appeal was phenomenal. The inside was tastefully laid out. It provided all the amenities a person would need for ultimate relaxation. Sue thought of everything person or a family could need for a fabulous vacation. The property provided breath taking views of the ocean every morning and evening. It was situated in close proximity to beautiful beaches, restuarants and the grocery stores. The capital city of Charlotte Amalie was only about a 20 minute drive where more restaurants and shops were found; the car ferry was about 10 minutes from the villa; we used it to visit the beautiful neighboring island of St. John. We had an absolute BLAST! This will be our designated place to reside whenever we visit USVI...... A. Austin

Outstanding Experience!!!
This was such an important trip for our family as we were celebrating our daughters' graduations from college. I could not be more pleased with everything about this home, and the experience it afforded us. Belle Caribe was the perfect home for us during our stay. Sue was exceptionally easy to deal with and very responsive to our inquiries. We arrived after 9 pm but were met by our greeter exactly as planned and given a quick, but comprehensive tour of the home. We very quickly realized that Belle Caribe had everything we needed and more for our stay. The home is impeccably clean. You will feel as if you are staying in an exclusive, 5-star resort. The home is stocked with everything you will need for a tropical vacation - snorkel gear, fishing gear, coolers, beach chairs, floaties, beach towels and much, much more. The kitchen is perfectly stocked. The location is very close to grocery stores and the many activities available on the eastern end of the island. Smith Bay, Lindquist, Coki, Coral World, Redhook and Sapphire are all very close. Magen's Bay is about 20 minutes or so away. Oh, and did I mention the view!? Just WOW!!! The northern exposure provides unforgettable views of sunrise and sunset and an obstructed, 180-degree view of St John, Tortola, Jost van Dyck, Thatch Cay and so much more. I could go on and on, but suffice to say that I will plan to make Belle Caribe our home away from home when we return to St Thomas in the future. Thank you Sue and Dewey for an unforgettable experience and for allowing us to create amazing memories in your home.
