Once again we had a wonderful week in Seaside. It's so nice to arrive to a clean, large house that feels like home. It's so close to the beach you can go multiple times a day. Looking forward to our week we already booked for next year!

My husband passed away in February of this year from brain cancer.
His favorite holiday was the 4th of July and we wanted to honor and celebrate him at our favorite beach in Seaside, Oregon. Wow what a show. We hadn't experienced fireworks at the beach before, it was incredible.
This beach house was more than any of us could have expected. The view of the ocean is right outside the living room window as well as the master bedroom. We loved cooking in the well equip kitchen with ocean views.
The back of the house has pine trees and green mountain scenery. Gorgeous!
3 Bicycles were available for riding, which was great.
They have a deck of cards and challenging jigsaw puzzles. We mastered 3 of them.
It's everything you want in a beach house.
In the evenings we would have a fire on the beach with
classic S'mores. There's just nothing like it.
We will definitely be returning next year. This will be our new tradition.

The view of the beach/ocean is wonderful! Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of room. We stay here often and will continue to do so!

The view of the beach from this house is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. We even got to see a pair of bald eagles that were nearby in a tree.

This beach house is amazing and exceeded our expectations. There were 6 adults and 1 child and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, large refrigerator and we appreciated the bathroom in each bedroom. Of course the views from the front bay window are breathtaking and ease to the beach a piece of cake. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the accommodations were perfect for our family getaway, and the townhouse was exceptionally clean. The only drawbacks were the wine frig did not cool down (but perhaps we didn't know how to operate it?), and looking at the power lines from the living room ocean view. But other than that, we would definitely stay again.

The house was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the access to the beach across the street.

We stayed here with my entire family (range 5-67). The house was in the perfect location with beautiful views. It was fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, bikes and great kitchen. Would recommend bringing fans, as they were not at house and upstairs gets very hot. Lots of extra blankets and towels were available! Tom was great to work with and we hope to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

Beach house was a short walk across the street to the beach!! Close to downtown seaside, but just far enough way beach was never crowded!! Roomy kitchen/dining for family gathering for meals and games, and yet spacious enough for everyone to retire to their own room and bathroom! Would highly recommend!!

So easy to book and great property
Well maintained beautiful home with amazing views. So easy to book. Communication with property manager is excellent - no waiting. The house is very clean and comfortable. This is our second year there and we're already booked for next year!

Can't Beat the View!
My girlfriends and I have stayed here several times and will always come back. We have so much space, a wonderful place to gather together with an amazing view of the ocean right across the street and everything we could ask for in the kitchen. We love being in the cove with just a short drive to the turnaround and still have restaurants a short walk away. We call this home our happy place!

Wonderful place to stay
This was one of the best VRBO properties that we’ve stayed at! In addition to being right on the ocean with an amazing view, it was a beautiful house that had everything we needed for a fun week in Seaside. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for us and all the top notch amenities we could need. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with as we set up our trip. We hope to come back soon!

Great place for family Christmas
Love this property. Ideal location to surf & watch the waves. The outdoor hot water faucet is good for washing off & the garage has lots of storage for boards & wetsuits. The kitchen is amazing to make family meals. Lots of room for big families. Each of the four bedrooms have their own bathroom. Easy check in.

Stunning Views & Clean
The views were amazing. The house was perfect. It was one of the cleanest rental homes I have stayed at. The kitchen was perfect and the beds were all very very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. It had the comfort of home. We will definitely be back.

Annual August Family Adventure in Seaside
Every year for the past 26 years we have been coming down to Seaside Oregon. The amount of family that comes keeps growing over the years until we have now found 3 homes to stay in. I absolutely love this property and we have stayed here for 2 years now. It accomodates up to 10 people and we had 8 in the home this year. With 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, I initially found this place so we could socially distance in 2020 due to covid, and its an absolutely amazing kitchen to cook and spread out in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge plus has garage parking spaces too. I would recommend this to anyone as the owner is constantly on top of everything. His communication responses are almost immediate and couldn't ask for a better place to stay right across from the ocean. It's quiet and peaceful with beautiful sunsets and ocean breeze. The backside is on the very tip of the golf course. Just AMAZING!

Perfect Spot
We vacation at Seaside every summer, but this was our first stay on the south end of town. Perfect location for playing on the beach with littles. When the tide is way out, there are tide pools to explore and watching the surfers was fun too! House was super clean and had everything we needed!

Beautiful Home, great location.
Our family had not been together since before the COVID virus. It was a great reunion and everyone had a great time. The house was very comfortable for our family of 9.

We had a great time, with lots of space for everyone. The weather was great also. One suggestion is to leave the functions of each button on the dishwasher, somewhere, (a note on the fridge), as they were all wore off. I thought I ran the dishwasher, but next morning still dirty dishes. Thanks

Spring break stay, April 2021
We stayed here for a week with 2 kids, 2 parents, and my MIL. The house was fantastic. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. The kids played on the sandy beach across the street every single day. It was a lovely getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

A great Christmas week
We stayed here for the Christmas week this year and had a wonderful holiday. This property was as described in the listing. There were eight of us in our family group, mostly young adults. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a place to stay. Loved the living room views of the ocean. We surfed and it was nice to just be across the street and the hot water hose at the house was great to wash off. Also the extra large garage was good to layout all the surfing gear to dry. We stayed in and cooked most of our meals and was impressed with the kitchen dishes and utensils. I did bring my own slow cooker and pizza pans. The appliances were high end, and the kitchen set up was good to have multiple people working on meals. The dining table only accommodated 6 people, but there were extra folding chairs and a card table. Everyone loved the big jetted tub upstairs. A wonderful place to stay at Seaside.

Beautiful Home with a beautiful view
Really great spacious open home with 4 large bedrooms with private baths one beautiful master suite. We lived the open concept as well as the outstanding view of the beach and ocean. The home had what we needed for making great meals. We could not have been happier.

Annual Family Getaway
What an amazing property! The owner is quick to respond to any question you may have with great customer service and is extremely easy to deal with.
This property is much larger than the pictures showcase. Right across from the beach, the views of the ocean were magnificent! Surfers and beach goers without the large crowds that you would find near the Seaside Broadway turnaround beachfront. The kitchen was a chefs dream and we enjoyed making meals and relaxing. The backside view of the golf course was nice and quiet. Loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and the view from the master is amazing!
I would definitely rent this property again! Before renting I had read the reviews and was a bit afraid to see the “golf man” near the bar area. Well, good news...we never found him so he has departed the home!
As for feedback for the owner, I would say it would be nice to have the outside windows cleaned more often to take advantage of the amazing views. It’s understandable that they get ocean spray daily! Another thing would be a larger dining table so everyone could sit at the table. It wasn’t an issue at all because of the expansive living, dining and kitchen island!

Beach visit
Loved the location to the beach and Seaside. My family and I where able to have a quiet vacation with lots of walks on the beach. Also loved the view of the ocean from the rental and we also liked being close enough to town to get there quickly but just enough away that didn't have the busy beaches.

Beautiful inside and out
The condo is as close as you can get to the beach, it’s just outside the front door and the views from inside the living room and upstairs bedroom are stunning. Every room in the condo is spacious, tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is large and great for cooking, the open floor plan allows lots of space for a big group to be hanging out together, as the kitchen, living, and dining all flow together. There is an additional outdoor dining table at the back of the house which was very pleasant and out of the wind looking over the golf course. This condo is as lovely inside as it is outside! My family and I really enjoyed staying here together, we would definitely come back to this one.
