Siamo all'angolo di Sandyland Road e Ash Ave, proprio dall'altra parte della strada mondi più sicuro Beach, Parco Naturale Carpinteria Salt Marsh, e una posizione comoda per gli affitti kayak e tavole da surf, e se si vuole prendere il Mare Shuttle in città .
La nostra unità è solo 'completamente ristrutturato' in modo che quando si cammina nella porta d'ingresso ci si sente come si cammina in un caldo rifugio Beach Island. Si tratta di un bellissimo appartamento 1 camera da letto in una tranquilla complessità Pergo piani, 42 'plasma T. V. con lettore DVD. Un bel divano letto matrimoniale. e un tavolo da sala da pranzo che può ospitare 4. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata. La camera da letto ha un nuovo consolatore accogliente, letto matrimoniale, dove si addormenta al suono delle onde, un grande armadio con 5 sedie a sdraio per il vostro divertimento in spiaggia, con un comò full size e comodini. Il bagno ha una doccia e vasca da bagno. Poi verso il patio per sedersi e guardare le montagne mozzafiato, splendidi tramonti o semplicemente rilassarsi e sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino o una fredda :) Ha un insieme confortevole patio che può ospitare 4 con un ombrello, insieme ad un barbecue a gas, 2 boogie boards e una bicicletta. Tutto questo proprio di fronte alla più sicuro spiaggia del mondo. Con bagnini in servizio Memorial Day attraverso Labor Day! Dove si può andare a giocare sulla spiaggia, Boogie imbarco, body surf, kayak e tavole da surf sono disponibili per il noleggio, nuoto, abbronzatura, o semplicemente rilassarsi e leggere un libro. Il complesso ha il suo e il suo bagno con doccia. Ci sono 2 piscine una per i bambini, insieme a una vasca idromassaggio. Il complesso dispone di una lavanderia con 3 lavatrici e asciugatrici che requrie cambiamento da usare. Vi è un facile accesso parcheggio e anche gated, parcheggio coperto. Una volta che si parcheggia non c'è bisogno di spostare l'auto. L'avventura è il vostro da godere !!!

Absolutely loved this place! Would love to come stay again. Everything was as described. Clean, comfortable, cozy, cute and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Quiet nights, walk to everywhere, not to mention the beach literally right outside your door. Thank you for such a great stay

The location of this condo can't be beat-- steps away from the beach, and an easy walk to downtown. Host was communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

My sister in law and nephew stayed over xmas weekend in this beautiful unit. Just across from the beach and nature reserve, It was the perfect way for us to spend time together while giving them their own space. (We live locally).

This property was super clean, well-stocked, relaxing and comfortable for the two of us. We had a list of things we wanted to do in the surrounding area, but found ourselves walking the beach and staying in more than expected. Cute beach/ocean decor and a great deck to enjoy the view and refreshing breeze. The location can't be beat - everything in town is a short walk away. From start to finish, Laurie was great to work with. We look forward to a future return!!

The property and location was great. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year. This was our second time and just love Carpinteria! The unit was just perfect.

So, for contemporarily beachy comfort, cleanliness, and character, the unit was impeccable.. It seemed the whole place had recently been upgraded with new flooring, countertops, sinks, sleeper sofa, appliances, runners, etc. Not even an old nail hole could be spotted under the fresh paint. We were especially thrilled by the magic light around the bathroom mirror that makes you look younger when you press the hidden button. (You'll have to see it to understand.) Really, there's a lot of good stuff to say about the place, but what pleased us most beside the location and the grassy entrance to the side deck, where you can conveniently rinse the sand from your feet, was the undeveloped wetlands across the street from the unit. The mornings and evenings were filled with birdsong coming in through the sliding window. That mixed with the sound of waves crashing at night helped create the ambiance of worry-free tranquility one seeks in Carpinteria. As an added note, we were charmed by a little feathered visitor from the marsh. Now, we're certainly not birders, perhaps it was a wren, but if you keep the screen door open, a little bird will hop into the unit and flit around, perhaps nabbing a crumb off the counter and then just as easily find the exit and hop away after giving you a wink. If a wild little bird can feel relaxed and at home in this place, imagine how we felt.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The kids were perfectly comfortable on the pull out couch. The location is ideal with Mountain View’s and a block from the beach. You never need to use your car once you have arrived as everything is a lovely walk away. Carpinteria is the perfect family beach vacation. Thank you Laurie for sharing your slice of heaven!

A wonderful condo, steps from the ocean! Perfect for my husband and I! We loved the restaurants and amenities. Took the Surfliner to Santa Barbara one day to explore. The beach is one of the best I've seen in CA!! It is clean and safe!! The residents and tourists were very friendly. Can't wait to return!!

We booked the property way in advance and we were planning on a nice weekend get away with the dog. It ended up just being my husband and it worked for what he needed. Unfortunately, for the price and all the extra “additional “ service fees it was hardly worth it and we will not be going back!

This property is an amazing opportunity to stay at the beach at an affordable price. Laurie has everything you need whether you want to spend your day at the beach or at the pool. The apartment is updated and includes everything you need. Loved the quaint town and all the shops, restaurants and walking trails. Overall it was one of our best vacations.

this place was perfect. my dog was welcome AND the county beach where dogs are allowed is the beach outside the property. the entrance was on the street with a direct shot to the sand. everything was perfect. cannot wait to go back for another relaxing time at the beach.

What can I say? We had another great stay! This end-unit condo overlooking the marsh, and just steps to the beach, is the perfect location to vacation in Carp! Laurie is so hospitable. She sets the stage for a delightful getaway - she is pleasant to communicate with, makes the check-in process super simple, ensures the condo is fresh and clean, and provides a bed that is so comfy to sleep in with high-quality bed linens. Her outdoor patio was an added treat - a great spot to sip our morning coffee, relax and read my book in the afternoon sun, and enjoy a refreshing drink at sunset. Love, love, love this place and our time spent here!

Perfect Retreat!
The property itself is wonderful, and this corner unit is perfectly situated to access the beach and the nature preserve, with a short walk to downtown. The interior was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean when I arrived. Everything about my stay was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great location and best place for dogs!
Great place to stay with or without dogs. Easy check in, gated patio with spray hose that’s perfect for spraying off pets after beach walk. Lots of grass around and across the street from the beach.

Outstanding Carpinteria Location:
What a special place to stay in Carpinteria. The unit has everything you need during your stay, especially the location and views. The 1st floor end unit is the best location in the complex. We listened to the ocean every night with the bedroom window cracked open. We watched the sunsets from the 100 yard walk to the beach or from the living room window. The view from the patio of the mountains is special. You can easily walk to the center of town for coffee or dinner. A must is a hamburger or burrito at The Spot. A take out place very close that is reasonably priced and the food is great! Cash only. Carpinteria is a special, unspoiled jewel, without any drive through eateries. Also plan a day trip to San Luis Obispo on the Amtrak Surfliner. The ocean views are spectacular! We hope to visit again soon.

Great location, bad smell
This is a very small apartment but right by the beach. Unfortunately, there was a chemical fragrance machine giving off a terrible fragrance which I was allergic to. Made my skin burn. Please take that out of the apartment!

Excellent location just steps away from the beach. Very comfortable. We had a lovely time. Adequate kitchen....but pots and pans and other supplies somewhat limited, if cooking is an important part of your stay.

This condo had it all! Great location to the dog beach and a view from the patio. It was nicely updated and equipped for a weeks stay. The manager was helpful and we could not have been happier with our stay.

Beach, salt marsh and mountain views. Fantastic sunsets, endless beach and such friendly encounters. This is the best location we’ve found in Carp. Everything is within walking distance and Laurie is a very responsive host. We’ll be back!
