This home is nestled in the mountains at the entrance to Zion National Park. There is a 360 panorama of stunning views from the windows and the main bedroom deck. The stars are spectacular at night. Inside, the home is Lovely and comfortably cool even when it was quite hot outside. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is modern and beautiful. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and the free shuttle to go directly into the park. A grocery store is right across the street. This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy as a home base as we marveled at the park, and enjoyed all that Springdale has to offer. Many thanks to the friendly homeowners who touched base via message to make sure that we had everything we needed. go directly

Amazing stay in beautiful townhome. Perfect location very close to Zion National Park. Super clean and many extras provided (towels, blankets, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.) Grocery store across the street. Walkable to many restaurants. Would happily recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Zion stay! The Vrbo exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the park, close to restaurants and the bus stop. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Little extras like comfortable beds,well stocked cupboards, shampoo, soap, etc. Highly recommend!

This townhouse is perfect for your Zion stay. It’s located right next to Shuttle Stop 5, a grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops, and very close to a bike rental shop—pretty much everything you need! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked so well! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay on their Zion visit!

Nice clean well supplied townhome. Close to bus stop for Zion entrance and food and gift shops and market. We parked our car and didn’t use it again until we left Springdale.

The location is perfect. You can get on stop 5 to get into the park, and walk to tons of delicious restaurants. It is also directly across a grocery store- amazing. We rented e bikes one day and rode into the park which was so fun. The location makes the property amazing..,I loved that there was a balcony as well. Could do with a fresh coat of paint, but that is being nit picky. We had a great time…the parks were insane though!!!

This was a nice, modern, clean townhome centrally located within steps of a grocery store, restaurants, and the bus stop to Zion. It was perfect for our family of three.

The house was comfortable and clean. We had a couple of days of very cold and rainy weather and this was a great place to wait it out. Much better than a hotel room. The location was perfect.

We had an awesome trip. Location in Springdale is excellent. Next to the grocery store and Meme’s restaurant. Home was very clean and had a great patio area and balcony with a view of the mountains. Very close to the park. Shuttle stop to Zion close to the home. Would highly recommend and stay again.

We stayed here for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was exactly as represented . It was neat, clean and everything looked new. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops and catch the Zion shuttle. Our communication with the owner was excellent.

Me, my husband and another couple booked this condo to stay for a trip to Zion National Park. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and clean; even better than the pictures depict! The 2 bedroom layout was great with an en-suite bath for each bedroom. It was an amazing location as well, right off the main strip in Springdale--walking distance to restaurants, a grocery and the tram stop that takes you into Zion. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Super welcoming and clean rental, close to everything! 3 bathrooms a plus and kitchen has the necessities including a frig with ice maker (clutch). Walkable to restaurants, groceries, shuttle stops! Great views from the outdoor seating areas/balcony to get you excited for your Zion adventures to come! Would definitely stay again. :)

Location, Location, Location!! Less thank 5 minute drive to the visitor Center. Fabulous view of Zion from the upper deck- which we enjoyed every evening.
Great Cooking Kitchen with great cookware and new appliances.
The entire place was spotless upon arrival, and we loved that each bedroom had an en-suite. Plenty of comfortable seating for 4 adults.
One block to the best grocery store in town as well as to the main road where all the cute shops were.
We would definitely rent this place again!

Our stay at this property was incredible. It is right across the road from a convenient store, next to MeMe’s café, and within walking distance to a bunch of great places to eat and shop. It’s a short drive to the parks entrance, which we visited every day we were there. The property itself is fantastic, great location, and very very clean and welcoming. This property made our trip to Zion very enjoyable, and we could not have asked for a better host or property to stay at. If you’re visiting Zion, I highly recommend this property.

We have a great first visit to Zion National Park. Our accommodations were great for 4 adults. Comfy bed, soft sheets and plenty of clean towels. The kitchen supplied necessary dishes and cookware. The host also supplied a full spice rack. We enjoyed morning coffee on a balcony facing the red rock of Zion. Getting into the park was a block away and shuttle busses into the park are timely. This VRBO is centrally located in Springdale. Many delicious places to eat including Memes Cafe and the Whiplash Grill. There is a grocery store across the street as well. I will recommend this stay to friends and family!

My husband and I stayed at this new condo in Springdale for 4 nights while visiting Zion NP and other places in the area. It was immaculately clean, had a well appointed kitchen, and had comfortable beds and furniture. The walk in shower in the main bedroom was especially appreciated. It was perfectly located in Springdale so we could walk to restaurants and stores. There was also a Zion shuttle stop two minutes from the condo. We very highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit the Zion National Park area.

Spectacular location, views and proximity to Zion National ParK. The town of Springdale is adorable with great restaurants, all within walking distance or you can take the free shuttle. Condo is right next to a grocery store and it had every amenity we could have needed. Beds were super comfortable! We loved our stay!

Townhouse was very nice. Super quiet location. Easy to find. Very easy check in procedure. Great to have it to come back to after a long hike. Location is awesome. Convenient to shuttle, restaurants and park. If I were to change anything a dresser in each room would be nice especially for longer stays.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Check in was a breeze. Matt even had a notebook with hiking suggestions, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We loved having a washer & dryer in the unit. We walked to the little grocery around the corner. Very convenient. The shuttle stop to Zion was close by too. We’d highly recommend staying at Matt’s condo.

Amazing views and location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the views and location. I did follow someone’s recommendation to stop at St George for groceries on the way in. There is a market here but St George had much cheaper prices and better selection.

Southern Utah adventure
Enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. The location is a great spot, close to everything. Restaurants, shuttle, grocery store, gas station is all a walking distance from town.

A Perfect Location to Enjoy Springdale and Zion CNYON
My wife, another couple and I spent five days in this very clean, comfortable and well-equipped townhouse. There are two good-sized bedrooms upstairs , with one having a deck with a beautiful view of the canyon.
The location is a very short walk to the middle of downtown Springdale and a few steps more to catch a shuttle bus that traverses the town and to the entrance of Zion Canyon National Park.
We drove from Las Vegas, stopping in St. George to purchase groceries (which are very expensive and limited in Springdale). We were able to take advantage of a good supply of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.
We also found a very good supply of linens and bathroom supplies. The washer and drier came in very handy.
Our hosts were easy to contact. Check-in was a matter of using the key code. They provide a clear book of instructions about the townhouse that also included a lot of information about things to do in town and the area.

Great place to stay when visiting Zion …
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home while visiting Springdale and Zion National Park.
Upon arrival we easily located the property and parking as noted in the instructions provided by the owner.
The home was clean, inviting, spacious and comfortable. We loved the back patios on both the ground floor and the second floor. The views of the the nearby hills were incredible.
The location of the property made it very convenient to walk to nearby stores and restaurants as well as very easy to hop on the free Zion shuttle at stop # 5.

Good basic rental
This townhome is adequate for a short stay near Zion National Park. Finishes are very nice, but there are no extras. It would have been nice to have hooks on the first floor for jackets, as there is no coat closet. Shelves in the bathrooms would add much needed storage in the small bathrooms. The sofa seemed worn and not very comfortable. The mattress in the bedroom with the balcony also needs to be replaced, as the couple traveling with us said it has a dip in it. The other bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet at night, even though the townhomes are attached. We heard no sound from either side. The price was very reasonable, especially split two ways; hotels in Springdale are the same or higher for just one room.

Beautiful, clean townhome with great views! Short walk to grocery store, several restaurants, outfitters, etc. Only 2-3 minutes from park entrance. Townhome was clean, beautiful kitchen, laundry machines available, and super comfortable beds!

Great location, fully stocked
Townhome is in perfect location. Close to park entrance, walkable to grocery and lots of restaurants. Townhome had shampoo/conditioner/body wash/detergent and all the pots/pans/kitchen utensils/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper. We had 3 adults and 1 chose to sleep on the pull out couch for 5 nights and found it comfortable. Would recommend these townhomes!!

Comfort and location - Five stars
This home was perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, the linens were crisp, and the upstairs layout was perfect with each bedroom having a bathroom. The towels were soft and fluffy. The kitchen was spacious and seemed to be well stocked (we did not cook). The laundry was easy and convenient (in unit). Very clean! I highly recommend this unit - its a nice place to come back to after hiking in Zion!
