We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for walking distance to many breweries and restaurants. The bikes in the garage were a hit with our kids and allowed us to ride over downtown Bend and see the beautiful scenery. The accommodations in the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with the items needed. The house was very clean and we had nice parking in the back off the street. We would stay again when we come back to bend. The hot tub was also enjoyable.

Property is nicely located and well stocked. Parking was great.
Primary issue was the inadequacy of air conditioning from the portable units ( that were not delineated in the ad. Third bedroom for children was uncomfortable. Kitchen area not adequately cooled from living room. Suggest mini-splits.
Also the kitchen table was a bottleneck. It it a large table and the chairs that do not fit under the table made the space very uncomfortable for movement.
Did nit try to use spa - so unaffected by the leak discovered by your service man.

This was a perfect place to stay with my husband and 2 boys. It's a great location. We walked everywhere. We loved the breweries close by, Mother's restaurant and the fresh farmers market.

We stayed there for a quick weekend getaway and could not have asked for a better location! So many places to check out within walking or biking distance. We will look to rent this place again when we come back to Bend.

The communication with the property manager throughout the stay was fantastic. The house is situated in a great neighborhood that’s walking distance to many breweries and a short walk to the park ‘n ride for the Mt Bachelor shuttle. We had several issues with the hot tub during the stay but both times the property manager arranged for the hot tub to be serviced promptly. We cooked a few meals and found the kitchen to be adequately equipped, nothing spectacular but it has all the basics you’d need for a large group. Only complaint with the house was that both of the bathrooms are located in the bed rooms which can be an issue if you have someone staying on the pullout couch. We’d consider staying again when we’re in Bend!

The house was the right size, furniture and beds were comfortable, and the location cannot be beat in Bend, Oregon.
My wife grew up in NE Bend and was herself astonished at how close we were to everything we ever do in Bend when visiting family - Drake Park, Mirror Pond, downtown and westside were walkable and most everything else was a 10 min drive at most.

If you plan to cook in the kitchen, the pot, pan, knife situation should improve. Verify propane for the grill upon arrival. We had a glitchy experience with the hot tub.

Clean, comfortable home in terrific location. Spent two nights with two small families. Comfortable beds. On side street, but incredibly close to 10 Barrel and Sunriver Brewing. Recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Cascadia Craftsman. It's just a short walk to coffee and great places to eat, which we loved! It was very hot in Bend during our stay, but the house was equipped with swamp coolers that kept the house cool most of the time.

What a perfect location for 4 old roommates from college long ago to celebrate 50 years on earth! Great property in the absolute best location! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful visit with family. The home worked well for myself, my two daughters and a boyfriend. The location was great we rarely needed our car. The bikes worked for grocery shopping, when using a backpack and the basket. Out the back gate was a bar and a few steps beyond were nice places for breakfast or lunch. Downtown was an easy walk for our group.
The hot tub felt great after after having done several hikes, and showering prior, it was very clean.
We would have liked a few more coffee cups and plates, we ended up needing to hand wash or run the dishwasher a several times during our stay.
I was surprised the sprinklers came on every morning I thought the area had water issues, the landscaping was not drought friendly.

Amazing location, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Quite even though surrounded by so much. Perfect place if you want to float. 30 minute walk to jump in and the exit spot us around the corners. Rental company was very attentive even on a Saturday.

We Loved this property! The location was perfect for us. We had the best time checking out everything that Bend has to offer. Being 60 to 100 feet from not one but 3 different breweries was convenient and fun. Kanona Coffee was our Go to for a high quality cup of coffee. We hiked Misery Ridge @ Smith Rock and did the Todd Lake loop. (the birds really will land on your hand!)

This house was super clean and cozy with an impeccable use of space. Air conditioning units were in each room making it really comfortable. Walking distance from some great pubs and coffee. Don't miss the ribs at Brother Jon's Public house just around the corner. I'd stay here again every time.

Everything we needed was here. Bicycles were great for cruising around town and we had somewhere fresh for breakfast within walking distance each morning. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing spot close to many of the breweries
We had a great weekend the property was everything we were hoping. Located right in the heart of Bends brewery scene. Also very close to the river so easy to float down and then a short 3 or 4 blocks walk back to the house. Close to quite a few restaurants as well as walk out the back door and you are at 10 Barrel brewing.

Had an awesome time in Bend at this property. It was perfect for us and in an ideal location to walk everywhere. Home was well appointed and clean and just a great place to stay for the week. Only minor feedback I would give is to put more comfortable furniture in the living room. Thanks for a great week.

Wonderful location!
We really enjoyed our stay in Bend. This house was perfect for the 5 of us. And we especially enjoyed the hot tub. The management company was excellent and shoveled off our walks and patio after huge snow storm. We will definitely be back!

Fun getaway; a little pricey with added expenses
Beautiful home, great location in Bend. Very clean & cozy. Fair amount of early morning noise due to being close to a brewery which had garbage pick up at 6 AM. The added expenses to the daily rate (VRBP cost, hosting expense, cleaning & varied taxes) seemed excessive.

Great house for our weekend getaway!
Although our trip was short, this house was wonderful! It’s in a great location, cozy and was very clean. The front porch swing is a cute touch. Would definitely recommend the house for the right size of group. Thanks for letting us stay in your adorable house! :)

The house was adorable and in the best location! It was very clean. It was walkable and the bikes made the trip into the other side of town easy. Communication was stellar from the property management company. It was a perfect get away!

Great House & Location!
We really enjoyed our home away from home and it was well stocked with everything we needed. We did think that it should be mentioned that there isn't central AC, but 3 window units and ceiling fans that did a great job keeping us comfortable. We would rent this home again when we come to Bend. You can't beat the location!

Girls Gone Biking
The house was great for our group of 4 women on a mountain biking adventure. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and breweries and just a short drive into the mountains for riding. There is plenty of room in the garage to store bikes and gear. Although the home doesn't have central air, there were a few stand alone air conditioners brought in to battle the extreme heat that blanketed the area during our stay and they did the best they could under the rare circumstances. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and the property suited us well.

Comfy and convenient
Would stay here again. Very well situated, close to a number of restaurants, coffee places and also groceries. Nice to walk in the park by the river. Basic supplies available. Pre check-in instructions were clear, and checking in easy. Loved the porch swing.

Perfect house in a great location
Nothing but a positive experience. It’s within 100 feet of both Sunriver and 10 Barrel brewing. It’s also a short walk to downtown. Everything is clean. We had no issues during our stay. We were a party of 5 and had plenty of space.
