Florida Vacation Dream Spot - facile e divertente! Questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia con ampie vedute su e giù per la costa. Il condominio si trova all'ultimo piano (6 °) dell'edificio ed è completamente arredato con un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 6-8, divano e divanetto, caffè e tavolini, tv a schermo piatto, tavolo e sedie sul balcone chiuso che è un posto perfetto per guardare la spiaggia, l'oceano e i fantastici tramonti. Puoi persino vedere i delfini nuotare dentro! La camera da letto principale è una suite chiusa con una grande cabina armadio, bagno privato, cassettiera, comodini e letto king size. La seconda camera ha anche un bagno adiacente, letto matrimoniale, armadio, cassettiera, comodini e due letti singoli. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con mobili di qualità, ripiani in corian, frigorifero, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. L'unità è dotata di un posto auto coperto e di un ripostiglio attrezzato con tutta la spiaggia. Wifi gratis.

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful and comfortable condo. We absolutely love the location to everything. The view is fabulous and so is the host. We will be back, but we hope next time TS Debby is not with us. She can stay somewhere else even though she only slowed us down a day.

This condo had it all. Views, location, stocked kitchen and beach shed, and the most amazing host! MARIE-CLAIRE was so easy to work with, everything from booking to checking out. Condo lives up to the listing details and was extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend 👌

Absolute perfection! The host, Marie-Claire, represents this condo ‘to a T’! Extremely clean, well stocked and a prime location. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation is here. The sunsets are so spectacular viewed from the lanai. You are steps from the beach. Wonderful recommendations from the host for restaurants on the island. We definitely will return!!!

We booked this condo over our Christmas break and it was the best VRBO we have booked! First, the location and views were breathtaking and it was beyond clean! Loved the pool, wish had hot tub but with having the ocean right there, it was well worth the trade off!
Host was above accommodating with my questions and check-in & out was super easy.
We would definitely stay at this location again!!

Marie Clair is an extraordinary host! She is so helpful and accommodating with suggestions re:restaurants. The property is very comfortable with the most INCREDIBLE view! ( The upholstered chairs made lanai time the best!)
The condo is stocked with anything you might need & forgot to pack…including beach toys, beach towels & the unexpected rubber band/paper clip.😊 We look forward to returning soon. (This is the place to stay on Anna Marie…centrally located to shopping & restaurants!)

This rental is absolutely wonderful. It is clean, bright, and well stocked with EVERYTHING you need for a great beach vacation. Beds and furniture are comfortable. The location is perfect - the view of the beach is breathtaking and never gets old! You can see up and down the beach, not just directly in front of you as in many rentals. There are many restaurants and shops within walkable distance plus a free trolly if you don’t want to drive.
Marie-Claire is a perfect host. She answered all my inquiries very quickly. She even called us to make sure our arrival went smoothly.
Don’t hesitate to book this rental. It is gorgeous. We are already looking at dates to return.

We have had dozens of beach vacations over many, many years. This is probably the finest beach lodging we have ever experienced: clean, quiet, comfortable and located conveniently close to everything. Best of all, however, is the location literally on the beach! The gulf and beach views are extraordinary in every direction, especially at sunset. The owner called moments after we arrived to assure that things were to our satisfaction and followed up a couple more times during our stay. Her suggestions for restaurants we might enjoy were spot on! I cannot say enough great things about this property. We hope to return again and again.

We had the most amazing stay here. Everything we needed was provided plus some we didn’t know we needed. This place has the most amazing view, hands down. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings gazing out the windows at the sunsets, the dolphins, and the manatees. We even got to experience swimming with a manatee when one came to the beach while we were swimming, definitely a memory we won’t forget. The beds are comfortable, it’s clean and tidy, you can tell the home is well cared for. I would highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and plan to return!!

We stayed here with our 2 children and really enjoyed it. We especially loved the morning room view of the beach, which was perfect for sunsets. Only minor complaint might be the need for some window treatments in the bedrooms to help with being able to sleep-in while on vacation:) We would definitely recommend this place to other families!

I can not boast enough about this property. Fantastic views of the sunsets and beautiful white sand beaches. My family and I really love this place and plan on returning next year. A variety of nice restaurants and ice shop within walking distance. The host was wonderful and was easily accessible. Retuned calls and messages in a timely manner. We accidentally left some of our daughters swimsuits and she was prompt to get them shipped back to us. I highly recommend this place to couples for a romantic get away or a family looking to soak up the sun and play in the pristine blue/green waters. 💯

We had a fantastic time at Marie Claire’s condo. The condo and views are amazing. The location is great as you can walk to just about everything you need. The trolley is right outside the building. You can drink your coffee and watch the dolphins and manatees swim by in the morning. We definitely will be going back to visit again!

The pictures posted do not completely convey what an amazing condo this rental really is. The view and beach were phenomenal. The condo is also stocked with everything you could need and more in the kitchen and with beach accessories. You can’t go wrong with renting this wonderful piece of paradise.

This space speaks to all the senses. Though we have been visiting AMI for years now, this was the first time we felt connected to the island’s beauty and peace and wildlife upon arrival. It usually takes us days to get into “vacation mode”, but there is something about this condo that had us in that “living meditation” state upon arrival. Marie-Claire has excellent suggestions on where to dine and is at the ready for any assistance necessary. The dwelling is well designed, comfortable, convenient to everything, and stocked beyond expectations. We regretted we didn’t stay longer, and feel so lucky to have discovered this magical place.

We stayed here a few weeks ago to celebrate my daughters graduation from college! This condo did not disappoint! It has the most beautiful views of any place I have ever stayed!! It is equipped with everything you need for on the beach as well as every amenity in the condo. My mom cleans every place we stay when we arrive lol she was impressed how clean it was and didn’t even need to do a thing, just enjoy! I have back issues and thankfully the beds were great as well! Marie Claire is a wonderful host and gave us recommendations on great places to eat out! We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back to stay here again.

This is the perfect vacation rental. The views from the balcony are amazing and make a perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The condo is in a very convenient location for dining and shopping. The property is clean, updated and stocked with most everything you could possibly need. Marie-Claire is an outstanding and very helpful host. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed at this location a couple of years ago. Loved it then and love it now! Great location-spectacular sunsets, walkable to restaurants, bars and marina. Trolley stop right outside your door. Complex is very quiet and unit is very well maintained. Host is so thoughtful and responsive. Would love to return again.

We had a delightful time during our visit to Marie’s condo prior to Christmas. The condo is the best stocked home we’ve rented. From all the necessary kitchen utensils, to the plethora of beach items, everything is well placed for an easy get away. Marie is a wonderful host and we can’t wait to go back and enjoy the amazing views.

We had an amazing stay in AMI! The condo is spacious, clean, stocked with everything we could have needed, and in one of the most prime locations on the island. The views are spectacular from every room, and there are multiple shops and good restaurants within walking distance. Marie-Claire gave great recommendations and communicated with us throughout our travels to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend AMI for vacation and more specifically, a stay at this condo!

We've stayed in several beach front homes and condos and this one makes the list where we will return.
What makes it a great rental is that it has some of the things you need right away and are annoying if you have to buy - TP, Paper Towels, Good Coffee, wide selection of spices, DW soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in addition to a plethora of other small things that make it nice/convenient. The leftovers are there (when sealed) from previous guests so if you need snacks first day, you've got a few options.
It feels like you are in a home where the person cares about it and lives in it as well from time to time. Sheets and beds are comfortable, place was very clean, and overall pretty much what a beach condo needs to be in order to be enjoyed.
I loved running on the beach every morning, and being 6 floors up makes a nice enhancement to your workout if you want to take the stairs on the way back.
Definitely recommend and we'll be back when we are in the area for sure!

Absolutely LOVED everything! So convenient and easy to get to the beach and the views are spectacular! Super clean and easy to use everything! Our host gave us suggestions for dining and was a pleasure to work with. Lots of memories made during our stay! We will be returning!❤️

July family vacation
The condo and location is perfect. You can’t ask for a better view and everything you need is very close. The blackout blinds are amazing! Marie-Claire was very helpful with suggestions on dining and entertainment and also very quick to respond with any questions we had. Our only concern was that we have a busy toddler and there is a lot of glass tables and decorations in the condo. A lot of sharp corners and breakables. We just put away anything reachable while we were there so it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that It’s a perfect place and they have thought of everything. We would definitely go back when our kids are a little older.

Perfect AMI beachfront
This condo is so adorable, sparkling clean, well appointed, and right on the beach which is hard to come by on AMI. Marie-Claire and Elaine are so helpful and kind. My son and I had a wonderful time. We hope to return!
