We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable.
We would have preferred a more stocked kitchen. Cooking for a large group was very challenging with the available items. But we made do.

A couple of things. There was only one fan in the unit. In the summer, it would be nice to have a fan in all of the living areas, very warm while we were there. There was a nice balcony, but no chairs. The location was great and overall the unit was very nice.

We stayed at property for 3 nights and we all had fun staying there. Kids enjoyed their stay and so did we. Very close to proximity of major attractions of mammoth, checking in and out was convenient. Customer support was reachable even during holidays.

This unit suited our family of 5 perfectly. However I didn’t pay enough attention to the floor plan and it was a bit difficult for my mother who struggles with many stairs. The lower Stairs are steep and hard wood so future renters should keep this in mind—slippery with ski socks. There is not a bathroom on the main floor, but 3 bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. Again great for my family, but not for my mom. Otherwise, you can’t beat the location, and it was a treat for this So. Cal family to enjoy a white Christmas.

Great location and place was very nice. 3 showers is KEY. No central heat, and power around the house a bit iffy.. but otherwise great spot. Would stay again.

Very comfortable place for our family of 8. The bedrooms were convenient, the kitchen was a bit small at times, but definitely workable and the living space was perfect! The only thing I might suggest is more linens; one set each for 6 nights was a bit tight.

Nice place and location
The condo was great! Unfortunately they closed the ski lifts the day we arrived so no . Ski in ski out. But besides that, it was a great place! And we got snow!

Perfect Location
This property had the perfect location. Close enough to walk to Canyon Lodge. The condo itself was exactly how the pictures looked. Two master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and a large loft with 2 bunkbeds and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen space was wide open to give plenty of space for everyone. There was never an issue with hot showers. We all took showers one after the other and there was hot water for everyone. The Rec Room was a 5 minute walk away and had fun stuff for the teenagers to play. This was a great property for those who want to stay close to the mountain and not have to worry about parking their cars at the Lodge.

Roomy and clean
This was our first time visiting Mammoth. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by this lovely home. It was clean with lots of room. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The pool and spa were an added bonus.

Very loud complex
If you’re looking for a college type atmosphere…this is the place for you. It is so incredibly loud…late into the night and early in the am. The sound from the other townhomes travels far…it is not a peaceful complex. The kitchen is lacking quite a bit…and is too small to cook for a larger group. Also, no Netflix or streaming apps… so getting cozy at the end of the day to watch a movie isn’t an option….We stayed there in July so not a huge deal… but this would be a bummer in the winter. The positives are: comfortable beds, nice fireplace and clean.

Solid condo
Solid condo for a stay with family and friends. Very clean. We stayed in summertime, when we found the condo to be a little hot. Would have liked more amenities like board games, etc - not a requirement but we were a little surprised at how sparse things were on that front.

Clean and perfect location
We had a great time staying at #88 for our first staycation since March 2020. The location of Chamonix was so conveyor Canyon Lodge. We walked 5 minutes with full ski and snowboard gear on to get to the lifts. Condo beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean when we arrived. There were snow tools to brush snow and scrape ice from car windows. The management company made contactless check-in a breeze. We would have booked again for our March 12th ski trip, but #88 was not available.

Great place!
We had 9 ppl staying (4 kids, grandma and two adult couples) and fit us just perfectly. There is also a sofa bed which we did not need. Chose this place for the space, location and ski in/out—but learned later that Canyon lodge lifts were closed so we still had to drive to Main lodge (not a deal breaker but was a little bummer). Place was clean, modern and cozy. Beds comfy, showers hot. Jacuzzi was a walk in the cold so we skipped that part. Had everything we needed except some kitchen items like large salad bowls, baking sheet/dish, small pots, wine glasses but we made due. Don’t forget to bring blankets! There are none due to covid. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would definitely return. Looking forward to a future stay real soon!

Needed getaway!
The unit is very comfortable, nicely decorated, & quiet. Location is great with easy access to the Village. The grounds for the complex were well maintained. The clubhouse/pool area is great. Plenty of activities to keep an active family busy. We utilized both the gas & charcoal grills on the property with no complaints. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Great location!
This place is all about location! Short walk to canyon lodge was great. My group had 3 young children (all 5 and under) so not having to pack up the car to get to the mountain was a real game changer. Management was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was a short walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The condo was perfect for our family of 7 and was adequately stocked. It was clean and well decorated. Great stay!
