The condo was perfect - 1 min walk to beach, excellent pool and hot tub facilities (clean and pretty). Grocery store 15 min walk or 3 min taxi ride. Condo iteself is spacious (were 4 of us) and has beautiful view w/roomy balcony area! King bed was very comfy and having 2 bathrooms was key.

The Condo is very well maintained and clean. Everything is exactly as the photos depict! I would highly recommend this Condo to anyone traveling to Aruba. In addition, it is reasonably priced compared to the other options available in the area.

The unit was very spacious and clean, comfortable and well stocked with utilities. Very short walk to a beautiful stretch of Eagle Beach, with restaurants close by. Our expectations were greatly exceed by the overall experience. Thank you so much for your help making a wonderful trip to Aruba.

We had an awesome stay at the Oasis. Condo was roomy, very clean and a great view. Our host Carlo was always quick to respond. Couldn’t of been better for the price.

We stayed for 1 week. The condo was clean. In-fridge water and ice maker were not operational but we had ice cube trays and the tap water is drinkable. Bed was not very comfortable as I have low back issues. We had breakfast on the balcony every day. The view of the ocean was beautiful. White sand beach was so nice. There were 3 beach chairs and towels in the condo which was very convenient. This condo could have accommodated 6 people easily so it was very spacious for the two of us. We were able to use public transportation ( bus stop is one block away). Grocery store was about 5 blocks away, beach is 1 block. No need for renting a car. This was a quiet relaxing vacation.

Everything was as advertised. The only note is that the right sliding glass living room door is marred to the point it needs replacing as it significantly distracts from the view. Bedroom doors were very clear. We had an issue with the bedroom tv by our own making and Carlo had it fixed same day. We would stay there again as everything is within a 3-15 minute drive. We had a rental car which we recommend for convience and the best way to go where you want to go when you want to go. No real beach at Malmock but Great snorkeling especially around 5:00 PM. A few minutes up the road is Arashi Beach which has umbrella and lounge chair rental plus beverage (alcohol and soft drinks) / food for sale. Both beaches are within 10-12 minutes from the condo. The sand at Eagle Beach and Arashi is white but not soft powder like you find in the US Virgin Islands as it has many little pebbles. Water was very refeshing.

This condo unit was perfect for our week away in paradise. My husband and I were looking for a quiet place that was close to the beach and this was perfect. Security was great, communication was top notch and we loved all of the amenities including the pool, gym, washer/dryer, and of course the beach chairs. We highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again!

The condo was better than expected. The photos online don't do it any justice. We enjoyed endless hours of relaxation on the balcony overlooking the sunset. The short walk to the beach couldn't be better. Location was central to everything you need, high rise area in one direction and downtown in the other direction. Perfect!

This place was the perfect spot! The condo was as described, the view & location was amazing!! We loved Eagle beach & being so close to it! Carlo was very responsive to any concerns we had. He was super easy to work with. Everything was fabulous & I would definitely book this condo again. We loved it!!!

This was a great unit. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Eagle beach is right across the street. Nightlife, restaurants , shopping, tourist beach and major US hotels are $10 cab ride away.

We wanted an ocean view and this property did not disappoint! 5th floor with two balconies facing the ocean was exactly what we wanted. The entire property was clean and new looking. Easy in and out through monitored gates and assigned convenient parking. Everything was perfect. Hope we can get the same room next year!

We stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. Perfect location. We rented a jeep for our entire stay. We would eat breakfast at the condo and then pack a cooler for lunch. It was an amazing Stay and we will be back.

Loved this condo and view of the ocean. Very roomy accomodations and clean. The only thing missing was a pool bar and not alot of nearby restaurants so a car rental did help to get us to all the sights around town.

Great stay in Aruba

Everything was fantastic! The communication with the property owner Carlo was so helpful. The view is spectacular and the pool and nearby amenities are lovely too.. Absolutely paradise! I highly recommend staying here if coming to Aruba.

This was our first visit to Aruba and we celebrated our 30th Anniversary. I cannot say enough positive things about this complex, the unit and Carlo - everything was fantastic! When we were picking a place to stay, we knew wanted a view of the water and sunset from a balcony. The pictures are spot on - the view is simply beautiful. We greatly enjoyed watching the sun set from the balcony, then would head down to enjoy the hot tub afterward. The unit itself is immaculate - even the rafters on the balcony are spotless! It is spacious yet comfortable. Carlo makes sure that the little extras are present to ensure the perfect stay. From the coffee bar, to basics for cooking (spices, oil, etc.), to a library of books, to a nightlight in the bathroom, he has thought of pretty much everything! Other things of note - the AC works amazing and is so refreshing when coming back from the beach! The water pressure is also great (nothing worse than not being able to wash the saltwater out of your hair!) and the bed is super comfy. We slept better here than we do at home! This is also due to the fact that it is so wonderfully quiet! Since it is a top end unit, there aren't tons of people making noise around you. Even when out on the balcony, it is quiet (save for the birds which are strangely loud!). Carlo was very responsive whenever we had a question, even if it was just to find out the name of the Oasis kitty (her name is Marsh). Overall, this is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. If you are looking for a quiet, luxurious location, this is most definitely it!

This condo was a perfect home away from home. All the amenities needed to provide the comforts of home were included such as toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishes, silverware, utensils, and everything needed for kitchen and bathroom use. Added bonus, beach chairs, beach towels and cooler were also provided. I can't say enough how helpful and responsive Carlo was as a host. In advance of our trip, he provided so many helpful tips and links to help us prepare for our trip and know what to expect. The property was beautiful with a nice pool and beautiful view of Eagle Beach. Although this property does not have a pool bar or any night life, it is a great place to relax in peace and quiet and be away from the hustle and bustle. There is plenty of this to be found in just a short distance away. We enjoyed being able to use one of the provided propane grills to cook our own supper and have a relaxing evening by the pool. We hope to have the opportunity to visit this property again. I would highly recommend staying here.

Carlo was very accommodating throughout the process. The condo is unbelievably beautiful! It is a short walk to Eagle Beach and the balcony gave us a comfortable spot to enjoy the beach view. The amenities in our condo were excellent and it is tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and more. The pool was clean, quiet and relaxing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This will be our 3rd time staying at Carlo's condo at Oasis. The property is immaculate, warm and inviting. The condo has everything that you would need for your stay including beach chairs/towels and a nice size cooler to bring to the beach. The condo is beautiful, clean and well maintained - ocean views are amazing. Carlos has been a wonderful host, always available if needed. My husband and I would highly recommend staying at Oasis. You can see the ocean from almost every room. One of the nicest if not the nicest beach I’ve ever been to. Everyone one was extremely friendly and great location. Room was clean, modern and very open.
