Very nice rental. Close to the beach. Had everything that you could need in the kitchen. Could have used a couple of extra towels. 1 towel per person for the week is not enough. Had to ask them to bring more. We have rented in this neighborhood before and this is the nicest house that we have rented. It has very nice furnishings.

My husband and I spent a week in this lovely home. It was well supplied with everything we needed. We cooked several meals on the grill.The main air conditioning was not working properly but they had huge floor units in two rooms and window units so we were never uncomfortable. There was an wifi outage daily. A Big 'Thank you' to maintenance for taking care of the fishy refrigerator so quickly which previous renters left behind. We also enjoyed the cooled sun room.There's a wide concrete walkway to access the beach right around the corner from the house. We can't say enough good things about this unit. We will book it again if possible. Eddie & Karen Mabe, July 20-27, 2024.

Mostly good. Perfect proximity to the beach. Space in home and furniture in excelent condition. Some exterior updates are in order, like driveway, balcony needing paint, etc. We flew in from Chicagoland and if you’re paying that much to rent a home, beach towels and beach chairs should be available for use in the home. Also, every other day towel service would have been nice. The one time I requested new towel, I felt like I was troubling the realty company to dare ask for new towel four days into our week long stay.

A beautiful home! Very close to the beach and the access to the beach is an easy walk. You can walk to the grocery store and to several delicious restaurants. The location is ideal and you have a clean and quiet swimming pool close by if you prefer it to the ocean. The house was equipped with every single thing that you could need while you are away... as if you were, indeed, at home.

Perfect location! This house was walking distance to the beach,pool, tennis courts, grocery, and dining. Our stay in IOP was wonderful and we will def be back. This home was the perfect size for our family and had most everything we needed. The only issues we had were minor and the property manager was amazing and had them resolved quickly.

Beautiful property. Updated and very comfortable with everything you need. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Backs up to a busy street with beach access but you can't hear anything from inside. Property management very responsive and easy to work with.

Home was well appointed, nicely decorated and updated. The bedroom arrangement slept our family of 5 quite comfortably. Loved being steps from beach path. Neighborhood was quiet and nicely walk-able to the "downtown" amenities/restaurants/shops/grocery. Only slight downside is the home was right on the corner of the main drag and we got a little more traffic noise than expected but still not a major issue. Loved our stay here and would definitely return!

We had a great trip! Great location and the swimming pool a fun added bonus when you want a break from the beach. Our teenagers loved the location and perfect for a family of four. Kitchen was nicely equipped with a nice large island.Can’t wait to until next trip!

We had an excellent week at this house. It was clean, bathrooms and kitchen were updated and clean, linens were fresh and extras provided. We had issues with the cable the first day, but Island Reality responded immediately and the issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes (on a Sunday morning, at that!). The kitchen was well stocked, although no ice maker, which would have been nice to have. Only downside is that under the house and parking space is pretty tight, so a little hard to manage a golf cart and parking. But the property was so close to the beach and convenient to everything. The neighborhood pool was nice and never busy. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked and beach access is second best to being oceanfront. Community pool is nice and right around the corner. The hall bath needs to be updated. The toilet rocks when you’re sitting on it. We had quite a few maintenance issues while there but the maintenance department was amazing!! Most things were fixed in 1 day. Wifi is not good and cable hardly worked. But there were plenty of DVD’s and games there to keep us entertained at night. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home - beautiful safe neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and very nice. We cooked most evenings and had everything at our fingertips. Great access to the beach. This is our second visit and we enjoyed it just as much as the first visit.

Our family has rented from Island Realty for 20+ years. This location is ideal for quick beach access. Tastefully decorated. Queen/King beds are on the firmer side. Kitchen well-stocked, appliances and grill all worked. No back deck. Many games and puzzles was great for nights in. Enclosed sunroom wonderful in mild weather but would be toasty in summer, but owners have fans available. Only downside was glass door to deck jams and can't be locked/unlocked easily,front deck is narrow and has room for two guests. Tennis court has been marked for pickle ball! We had brought our set and had a blast. Would definitely rent again

We were very pleased with the house and the location. It is within walking distance to the beach. The grocery and the IOP connector are right around the corner as well so very accessible. The bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked. The only complaint we had was that the couch was not a sleeper sofa as advertised. We planned on having someone sleep there but when we checked in and saw that is was just a normal leather sectional with a set of sheets left out on the side table, we made other arrangements. Otherwise, great house in a great location! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to the beach and all the activities, but away from all the crowds. The only surprise was the lack of amenities, such as there was not enough bar soap, towels, toilet paper, no facial tissue.
