Our family really enjoyed the weather, and the backyard oasis. The pool was nice and clean , water was perfect and my grandkids really enjoyed the slide!! Our time together was amazing , thank you😁😊 from the Otero/ Jenkins family!!

The house was very clean and nice. We all had a great time around the pool and slide. Ive been trying to rent this house for 2 years and always plan to late. This year we got in and it was worth the wait. Thank you forbopening up your home!!

Super amazing stay with familyand extended family. The back yard was spectacular. The fun and memories that we brought home will last us a lifetime. Val is a very amazing hostess with her quick response to our questions there is no doubt that we will diffently be returning

It was beautiful. The pool looked alot bigger in the pictures, I was surprised by the size when I got there but it turned and great amd was perfect. The only thing i would recommend is not turning off the air conditioner during the night, its set on a timer and you cant adjust it. For the price I feel like you should b3 able to. It stays at 75 all the time

And this is hands down one of the best stays house was clean ,easy to find POOL WAS GREAT SLIDE WAS FUN .VALERIE was so easy to talk to text or phone I give her and the house 5 STARS

We had a good trip and lots of communication with the owner. The patio and pool are very nice, but the pool shouldn't be advertised as heated. It warmed up 4 degrees while we were there between and peaked at 69-70 degrees. Felt like a cold plunge. Our kids were really looking forward to that part of the trip and were disappointed. Also the appliances are very cheap: dishwasher didn't work, dryer had to be repaired while we were there and the washing machine may a terrible screeching noise.

We drove from Minnesota and stayed the month of March. We brought down our motorcycle. The weather was great. We spent time in the pool and hot tub the days our kids and grandkids were there. We met up with some friends who were also in Arizona at the same time. It was a relaxing month.

The backyard and pool is amazing. Val was wonderful and always available for any questions. We had a great family vacation visiting local family members. The house is clean and the perfect size. The beds were very comfortable and pool gave my daughter hours of fun.

The house was as expected and in a great location in Havasu. Very tranquil and relaxing especially early mornings. The Lake was easily accessible and some great recommendations for restaurants provided by host. A few issues such as dryer not working and WIFI code being available were sorted out promptly by Val and she was always on hand for any issues. Few recommendations for improvements in our opinion would be to have loungers in the garden i addition to just chairs, have the water misters working to help keep cool, and maybe waterproof cushions on the furniture, new pillows in the bedrooms too as these were a little "used" for our liking and sometimes the toilets blocked and needed a plunge so may need some attention over time. The air con in the master bedroom also didnt feel as cool as the rest of the property? That said our stay was enjoyable and it was like a home from home. We would recommend the house to anyone as you truly could relax and unwind which was great particularly having travelled a long way from the UK! We had a lovely stay which was made even better by a great host!

Rented this property with friends for a birthday weekend and had a wonderful time. The hosts were great. The pool was the show stopper for sure. We utilized the slide and the in-pool table more than anything else. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and its great for all ages!

We all came together to enjoy the Lake , the amazing home with the resort like backyard pool with slide. A place to have respite after a long day on the Lake.
Val was very attentive and always available for our needs.

Overall was great space for our family getaway. Plenty of equipment for all our culinary needs. Plenty of room for parking. Loved having the outside fridge in tiki bar. Kept everyone from having to dry off just to get more drinks. The only downside was the sink in bar didnt work and when landscapers came the trimming of the palm tree, dropped worms into pool. We had a great time there and would book again if available when time comes.

The property was beautiful in pictures and even more gorgeous in person. From the beautiful home decore and layout to the 5 star resort like back yard it couldnt have been more perfect for 4 lifelong friends to celebrate our 65th birthdays together ❤️

We met some friends here and this place is fantastic! We never needed to contact the host but felt if anything needed to be addressed it would have been. We are already looking into staying here again. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the area for any reason.

The backyard area is perfect, the pool is beautiful and so much fun. Everyone loved the slide and hot tub. The Tiki bar is great to gather around and there's plenty of seating for all. The house is really comfortable, clean and in a great neighborhood. It is a bit of a drive to the lake and into town but the house and yard are well worth the drive!

Wow, what a great vacation spot! The kids had a blast going down the waterslide and we all enjoyed the pool. There are even misters and a great outdoor palapa bar and bbq. Would def book again!

Had a blast with Family but most most of my daughter who is 4 had the time of life in which she cried upon departure. Great home to relax and just 15 min away from the lake. Even tho our host was a call a way not once did I have to each out to them. Thanks again Val for your sharing your home !

Was a great house, quiet location and communication with host Val was always quick. Best part was the pool and backyard as a whole. The slide and pool layout was the best we have found. Effortless to make the hot tub work and the Tiki bar was a great addition. The turf side yard would have been great for games if it wasn't so hot out and it was nice to have use of the garage. House had plenty of room, was clean and had a nice layout. Thanks again, looking forward to our next vacation in Havasu.

This house was great! There are a lot of small touches that just made sense. For example, the door handles to the backyard are high on the door, so our littles could not open the door by themselves. That really put our minds at ease! The pool is just fantastic, the kids were going down the slide over and over! The beds were super comfy, very nice sheets on all of them. The couches were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with VRBO.

I just want to say that the best think was Val’s quick response to my messages. It made my stay so stress free. The home is amazing! My family had a great time! With the back yard there was no need to go to the lake! 😂 my kids didn’t want to get out of the water!
The Tiki bar was the best for the adults. We made hamburgers, hotdogs and some carne azada. Everything available to just have a great time.

This property stays just as good as it shows, if not better. The interior and pool area were awesome, and being able to park in the garage was great with the heat. My family and I will be returning in the future since our experience was that good. A recommended must if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!
