Casa sull'oceano premium di terza fila situata su Hilton Head Island. Completamente rinnovato 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni a casa con piscina privata * riscaldata. Amerai questa gemma di una casa! La cucina è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuovi armadi e ripiani in granito. Al largo della cucina è un bel portico schermato con una sala da pranzo che può ospitare 6 persone con vista sulla splendida piscina e sul ponte della piscina. Il portico è un ambiente rilassante per tutta la famiglia.
La camera da letto principale è arredata con letti king size e bagno privato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera è arredata con due letti singoli. Queste camere condividono un bagno. La casa non ha scale e non è elevata, il che è una caratteristica unica! Questa casa è perfetta per una vacanza con bambini piccoli! We loved the property, its layout and how close it is to the beach. The house is perfect for a family of 4 and we were happy to know that they welcome pets. We enjoyed the backyard, the pool and of course the beach. We loved it so much that we have already rented it again for 2025!

Property was as advertised, and we were comfortable as a family of 4 with a dog (there was one extra bed, so we would have been just as comfy with an extra person). Kitchen was neatly furnished, appliances in good condition (including washer/dryer). Backyard with pool is fenced, which is great for the dog. We perused the bicycles that were included; we were offered credit towards beach gear, but did not use it as the beach was so close so we did not stay on the beach too long at a time. In addition to the proximity to the beach, it’s a quick walk to Coligny plaza (ice cream shops, restaurants …)
Two things that were not obvious from the listing: (1) the Spanish moss around the property is awesome, you would be literally looking straight up at it if you lied on your back in the pool. (2) the surrounding properties on all three sides have two stories and overlook the pool area, so not for those looking for seclusion/privacy at the pool (that being said, some nearby properties have pools at the front of the property with no fencing, so it is an upgrade from that)

The property and location were both perfect. The property bathrooms could use a little updating, but overall the property was very clean and easy to access and a prime location to and from the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

The property is ideally located and was perfect for our small family and our two dogs. Just steps from the beach and with a lovely heated pool, we never lacked for a place to swim. The fully fenced yard was the perfect playground for the dogs.

We stayed for 10 days in January. Cottage was lovely however some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Also the grill wasn’t working and needed to be replaced.

We have stayed in many properties on HHI and we really like the location of the house to Coligny and the beach. Loved the screened-in porch to relax in the evening I don't think our family could say enough about how confortable the beds were.The guest batheoom needs a bit of updating but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location near quiet part of the beach. No chair rental or beach patrol so we packed appropriately. Our 9 & 12 year old enjoyed the pool - it was professionally cleaned 2x during our stay. The bike path to Coligny makes for an easy "commute". Downsides was the need for a deep clean and some construction noise, but did not detract from the charm. Will be back.

House was within walking distance and close to the beach as well as Coligny plaza. Neighborhood was ideal. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Fenced in yard for extra security was a bonus.

The house was in a great location. They definitely need to renovate the two bathrooms. One bath with tub did not drain well, the ice maker kept spitting out ice so the panel needed to be put on lock. They are building a house immediately behind and it was very noisy. It would’ve been nice to have been told this was going on when we made our reservations.
But all in all we had a nice stay.

Great cozy cottage a stone’s throw from the beach! Clean, well-decorated, had everything we needed! We already booked for the same week next year to celebrate our anniversary again. They even left a box of Milk Bones and a little packet for our doggos! Great stay!

We had stayed at this property prior to this visit and will stay there again. Perfect location for just two people with pool and easy walk to a not-so-crowded beach (at least post-Labor Day). Cute cottage that can accommodate more people, too, with three bedrooms. Great kitchen and living room as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and comfortable with perfect location steps away from the beach and bike ride to Coligny. Also loved the backyard with pool that we opted to heat. We hope to be back next year!

We're coming back!
Everything about our experience was top notch. The location was perfect, steps from the beach. The house was charming, well decorated and well equipped. Our property managers (especially Fiona) were so helpful and cheerful. We had a glitch with the internet, and they were on site within minutes and got us set back up. We came in February, and enjoyed the cooler weather. I think we're coming back next year in January! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Family of five vacation
Great location, great pool and easy access to Coligny area. Beach was not crowded, even during the busy 4th of July week. Fits a family of five or several couples easily.

Wonderful Cozy Home
I did enjoy this home and the proximity to the beach. 100 or so steps to the sand was nice. The home was well maintained and convenient to amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the items you would need for cooking. One thing that I did not notice and I don't remember any mention of this is that the fridge doesn't make ice but that was easy to fix with a few bags for the freezer. The pool did collect leaves and debris from the trees so it need to be cleaned but that was a 5 minute job each day. Overall I loved this home and would stay here again. I loved sitting on the screen porch every morning having coffee. The shower in the master bedroom is much bigger than the pictures so that was a super nice feature.

Nice cute house
Had a great time in HH. The house is very close to center of island within walk or bike ride. The bikes were with the house which was a new c’è perk. The house was clean and well maintained. The only downside was it was a little dark with the shade trees. Loved it! Exactly what we hoped for!

Fabulous beach house
We had a great stay. Great property for a small group with a fantastic screened in porch. Lost a couple of days by the pool due to a fire ant issue but that got resolved and we could enjoy for rest of stay. Hope to come back soon!

Perfect combination

Our entire family would like to say thank you for the clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained home. We had a wonderful time on Hilton Head Island, and in large part to the location of your home. The size was perfect for our family of two adults and three teenagers. My husband and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day and the teenagers enjoyed being so close to Coligny Plaza. A perfect combination.
