Questa è la nostra lussuosa casa vacanze da 4.000 m² ristrutturata di recente che offre un totale di 4 camere da letto e 6 bagni. Ogni suite ha il proprio bagno privato completo e due delle suite hanno le proprie stufe a gas! We have stayed in this home multiple times and it always accommodates all our needs and wants. The house has since been upgraded with AC and a wonderful covered back patio with plenty of lounge furniture. The house is set up well to provide common space for gathering as well as plenty of private space when needed. The host is very responsive and helpful. We will continue to visit this amazing home on the Woodlands 14th hole.

This is our 5th trip to Sunriver and we really enjoyed being on the golf course this time! We had 4 families and the bedrooms worked out perfectly. It was great having access to bikes (including a trailer) that are in working condition. We even played badminton on the grass in the backyard.

It is a great house for an extended family with bathrooms in each bedroom, including the bunk room. Great indoor spaces and quiet location, but still easy to access everywhere in Sunriver.

Perfect!
Jenifer was a great host and easy to communicate with. The property/location is beautiful! The house was perfect for multiple families, lots of space for kids to be able to play and adults to relax. Overall we had a great experience!

Birthday Memories
This home is perfect! We celebrated my birthday, which included hiring a personal chef. The kitchen was ideal for his needs. We thoroughly experienced Sunriver at it's best and this residence was the ideal place to retreat and spend time together. We'll be back!

Amazing house in Sunriver for multiple families
We rented this property for our summer vacation with 2 other families. It is the perfect set-up for 3 families -- each couple had their own master suite and our 6 kids were all able to share one room comfortably. The house is centrally located to all Sunriver activities and is in very good, high-end condition. We can't wait to go back in the future!

Spring Break Perfection
From the moment we entered this fabulous home and said “oh my” we were impressed with every detail. From the four bedrooms all with individual bathrooms to the gorgeous living and family rooms everything was perfect. The kitchen was so well furnished it was a pleasure to gather there as a family. With a great secluded location on the golf course all we can say is it was Spring Break Perfection! Thanks Jenifer for being such an attentive host!

True Luxury Home! STUNNING!
This is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed at in Sun River! The moment we entered the home we were amazed at the wood detailing and open concept with multiple areas and fireplaces to relax and convene with our group. With three master suites, each family was able to escape to their spacious and beautiful space. The bunk room and bath was perfect for our littles and teens.
An easy bike ride on one of the many bikes available to Fort Rock Park, Sharc, the river, and the Village made for a plethora of activities. Amenities are in a surplus on this property with Sharc passes and the centralized location. The beautiful and peaceful golf course borders the home which made for a great place for littles to run around in the evening in addition to the nicely grassed back yard. We spent evenings gathered in the cooks kitchen, around the family dining table, and soaking in the large hot tub.
The owner/host, Jenifer, was a pleasure to correspond with. She went above and beyond to correspond in advance of our trip to ensure we had the best stay possible.
This is the PERFECT place for friends or family to gather. We will be back!

32 Red Cedar
We stayed for a week for mid winter break and had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful home that is very well appointed with appliances and amenities. The hot tub was amazing, playing in the snow on the golf course was great; neighbors had a dog the same age/breed so they got along famously. My only comment is that if you type the address into Google maps it does not take you quite all the way to the house. Get the actual address from the owner before you leave as the house can be hard to find in the dark.

Great location for 10-12 people.
Location was great. Coming from Portland we had to drive through wildfire smoke to make our reservation. Host would only offer trade, not refund. Also no refund for hot water being off for 12 hours after arrival, because it wasn't their fault power went out and tripped water heater. We also lost an evening use of hot tub due to it not being heated for our arrival. Our group of gamers and 20-50 year olds were bummed out that the wi-fi cannot handle much usage before constantly getting bumped off. A couple other minor things didn't work well. Overall, it is a gorgeous location, and the pool table and bikes were fun. The beds were comfy too! The kitchen set is wonderful for group cooking. The outside temp was to low for our group to try the resort outdoor pool. Given COVid restrictions on the use of public amenities, and the hosts reluctance to credit us for the things that didn't work right, we are not sure of value. Having wifi that's not set up for group wifi is not clear in description. On the plus side -Host was easy to get ahold of and tried to fix things, or sent people out once they were sure it wasn't our fault.

Sunriver Family Retreat
We were surprised and delighted when we arrived at this beautiful Sunriver retreat! The home was just perfect! The layout could not have been more accommodating. Thoughtfully designed, beautifully updated, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained. We loved the massive great room plan with multiple living and dining areas all open to each other while offering spaces for separate conversation groups. Spacious master on the main and two half baths for guests. Two huge ensuite guest rooms with seating areas & fireplaces, a bunk room, and a loft with a library make this home extra special and very comfortable for multiple families. The beautiful private setting on the golf course and expansive patio with multiple outdoor tables are perfect for enjoying time outside. We found everything needed to enjoy our stay including extra sleeping pads, a garage room full of well-maintained bicycles, a ping pong table, extra tables & folding chairs, games, puzzles, classic VHS & DVD's, flat-screen TV's throughout the house, and more towels than you would ever need or use. Jenifer was so quick to respond and so gracious throughout our stay. She was a fabulous host and made sure we had instructions for everything. We fell in love with Sunriver and this house! We are planning to go back for the holidays!

Love the Remodel!
We previously stayed at this home in 2006 and loved it then. The new owners have remodeled it and added an extra bedroom. Each bedroom has their own on-suite bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful and is very well equipped. Plenty of room to ramble about and we enjoy being on the Woodlands Golf Course. The owner, Jenifer, is wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Outstanding home!
We had a fantastic week staying in this gorgeous home. We've stayed in many places in Sunriver and this was definitely one of the best. The house has a fantastic layout for large groups. The kids loved the bunk room and the 6 adults had their own private suite, all with king beds. A huge bonus is that every bedroom is an en-suite. The kitchen is well stocked, organized perfectly and so fun to cook in. It has a huge island with 6 seats at the end. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Being on the golf course makes for a lovely view. We had dinner outside almost every night. There are plenty of bikes to use, all in good condition. 32 Red Cedar has everything you could possibly need! The location is wonderful and Jenifer is an extremely courteous, responsive and gracious host. It couldn't have been a better experience and we can't wait to go back. Hopefully this winter when we can take advantage of the beautiful fire places. What a treat it was to spend a week at 32 Red Cedar!

Great stay in beautiful home!
Our family came together and enjoyed this house! The house was big enough that we all felt we had our own space as well as common space. The kitchen was large enough to cook for 12 and well stocked with tools! The back yard was our favorite for eating and enjoying the beautiful view of the golf course. Hot tub was also wonderful and the house was so clean. we could not have asked for a better situation!

Great Sunriver House
We have stayed in Sunriver a few times and this house was certainly the nicest and best laid out for larger groups. We had two families of four and more than enough space. The house is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The owner was always accessible for any questions and recommendations. A fantastic vacation home on the Woodlands course. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful BUT, no A/C
this is a beautiful home. The home itself is everything you'd want from a sunriver home, its on the golf course, huge kitchen, lots of beds, ping pong, hot tub, it really is a stunner. Except for one thing, no AIR CONDITIONER.. so its a cooker, we spent half the time trying to cool down the house so we could sleep, it was 80 degrees inside at 9pm, so for the $$$ per night I would expect AC. I would absolutely stay here again if they could fix this problem but you couldn't pay me to stay there in the summer until thats taken care of.

Awesome Family Vacation Spot in Sunriver
We travel to Sunriver every summer for a family vacation and this summer we rented 32 Red Alder, which all agreed was the best house ever! There were 10 adults and 4 children and the house had large rooms with plenty of space for everyone. The location backs up to the 14th hole on the Woodlands course so scenery was spectacular. The house was fully stocked with numerous bikes, all kitchen cookware, a ping pong table and ample seating and TV's for visiting and entertainment. Comfortable beds was a real plus at the end of each long, wonderful day. We also appreciated the prompt response from the owner during the booking process and our entire stay.

Beautiful custom home on the golf course
Beautiful new custom home. Well layed out for privacy in all bedrooms as each has a bathroom. Great views of the golf course from all three king size bedrooms. Kitchen is large and has everything you might need for cooking. We will be coming back for our annual ski trip in February and can’t wait to use the stunning wood burning fireplace!

Charming house, great for multi family experiences
We enjoyed the house. The kitchen was well equipped and there were many different spaces which were great for large groups. We appreciated the backyard proximity to the golf course for nightly outdoor family fun. The owner was very responsive to our needs and requests. I highly recommend this house.

Correa Clan
We had three families and thirteen people and everyone said Wow! as soon as they entered the home. The furnishings are beautiful and the the open windows to the golf course was stunning. We had a front row seat to many lovely deer and we were excited to see a red fox prance around right in front of our view. There are three master suites which allowed each family to feel like they had the best room. The modern kitchen made entertaining easy and well equipped . The hot tub was huge and could fit seven people with light displays and multiple jet settings. It was so therapeutic after our drive from Portland and biking. The kids really enjoyed the SHARC passes and the bikes were all in amazing condition. Overall, it was just splendid with many areas to lounge and have great family fun and conversation. We are definitely planning return trips to this home.

Look forward to visit again
We spent our labor day weekend(2015) with five families, visiting from Portland and as far as Seattle and California. We had a gala time in this luxurious and cozy vacation home. Another reviewer has commended about the kitchen, bedrooms, patio views. We totally second those comments. The kitchen has all the utensils one can think of for preparing any number of meals during the stay. Had great fun riding the bikes(more than 12), playing ping pong, watching movies, using the sharc pass. In fact, you don't need to step outside the house to have a well rounded vacation. There is a great collection of books in the library, movies, board games,
and then panoramic golf course views, with deer frequenting the surroundings with a regularity. The hot tub provided excellent relaxation at any time of the day. There were ample seating options, both indoors and outdoors for any big group to join together and enjoy. There was comfortable parking space for 5 cars.
For grocery, the Sunriver marketplace(with a Shell gas station) was just about a mile away. Jenifer, the owner, is very communicative and easily accessible. We'll not think twice to visit this vacation home again.

Wonderful stay in an amazing home!
We just returned from a fabulous stay in Sunriver at this lovely home. Our family enjoys going to Sunriver every year and this was by far our best trip. The house is absolutely gorgeous yet comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen was beautiful and large, perfect for our big group to cook together in. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the bathrooms in the master suites were so nicely done with huge walk in tiled showers. Sitting outside on the big patio overlooking the golf course with a glass of wine was my favorite part of the stay. Jenifer, the owner, is so kind and welcoming, very good communication and there for anything we needed. We can't wait to come again!!
