Very nice, clean, and well-decorated home. It was perfect for our 3-day getaway in Flagler Beach and St Augustine area. We wanted a house that was as close to the ocean as possible and we were definitely not disappointed. The property manager communicated very well from reservation to check out, which was appreciated as well.

This was our second trip to the Flagler Beach house upstairs. It is definitely our favorite place to spend a weekend at the beach! The views are amazing! You are close to everything without being in the middle of all the chaos of the holiday weekend. The house is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Such a wonderful place for a family beach vacation! This is our 3rd vacation to the beach house and have enjoyed a wonderful experience each time. Having the house right on the beach provides a spectacular view of the ocean and marine life as well as a very short walk to the beach. This vacation experience is unmatched for the convenience and peaceful beach setting that you get to enjoy! We will be coming back each year.

The beach house was very nice. We had neighbors below but you would never know it (and they happened to live 30 minutes from our house in Michigan). The beach is absolutely beautiful. Quiet and no seaweed or jelly fish etc. Lots of shells. East beach to walk and the damage done to the dunes was not an issue for us. We just walked down the sand hill to the beach. The view fro

My wife and I decided to stay here with a few friends for a weeklong vacation and it was an amazing experience.

Most amazing vacation ever! House was beautiful! View was breath taking. Enjoyed walks on the beach where we saw crabs, shore birds, dolphins, rays. Restaurants close by. Definitely will be back!

It was super adequate for 4 people (2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms). The equipment was completely adequate as a dishwasher was available (almost everything available 6 times --> crockery, cutlery, glasses). Otherwise, everything is typically American (air conditioning, large refrigerator, TV with countless programs...). Parking directly in front of the house, beach utensils sufficiently available, nice contact to the landlord, a very late arrival (11.30 pm) was no problem, as combination lock on the door.
Although expensive, but very good accommodation as a basis for a great holiday!

Perfect on the beach for two adult couples
We are two retired couples (all over 60) who travel and vacation together. The Flagler Beach House was perfectly suited and situated for us. The master suite and ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower was great. The other bedroom and hall bath were also comfortable and convenient.
All amenities were well kept.
The on-beach location was exactly what we wanted, and did not disappoint. A very good place for beach/surf fishing.
Accurate description and pictures -- and a great owner/manager of the property. Thank you -- we look forward to returning.

Amazing time at Flagler beach house
My son and I loved our stay at the beach house. So easy to take our walks on the beach. House is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable. The view out the windows was the most incredible thing to see as I say at the dining room table drinking my coffee every morning. Would definitely highly recommend.

This house was just perfect for my sisters and I. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and amazing views. Having restaurants and a grocery store close by was a plus.

Loved our stay here. The house and beach was beautiful. The Manager was fantastic. I had to message a few times because the AC went out and she was so quick to respond and had it fixed the next night. Our last night the kids got to see dolphins from the deck. The kids did not want to leave. Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home!

My secret paradise!
Flagler Beach House is a fabulous, newly renovated property located right on the beach! It is always clean and has everything we need while staying. The view from the upstairs unit is wonderful and the sunrises are spectacular! The deck off of the side of the unit has tall chairs so the railing doesn't interfere with the views. The beds are comfortable and the decor is beachy but not overdone. The beach is literally just steps from the unit so it is very easy to run back and forth. Mostly isolated, you may pass a handful of people, at the most, on your walks, either way, up or down the beach. There is no public beach access nearby nor is this in a touristy section of Flagler. That is why it is like having the beach all to yourself! That's the way I like it! I am looking forward to our family's return as we have stayed here on several occasions.

Comfortable and amazing views!
As soon as you walk in you notice how bright it is with all the windows and then you are awed by the view! Gorgeous ocean and sand! This beach house is decorated so cute and has everything we needed for our week stay! There is everything you need for spending time on the beach and in the water. Such a treat to stay in a place so close to the water!! Well maintained property and property manager was quick to respond to a couple questions i had. Definitely will be back!

We loved staying at the Flagler Beach House! We frequent the Flagler area and have always had great luck with rental properties but this one takes the cake. Steps from the ocean, amazing view, and everything you need to have a great vacation at the beach. We will definitely be returning!

This was our first time to Flagler Beach area. Staying at Flagler Beach house was wonderful! It is such a reasonably and affordable priced ocean front rental property for your vacation! The owners and property managers are so welcoming and easy to get in touch with. When we arrived, the AC decided to not work for us (which we all know these things happen of course) when we got there. Amanda and Eric were quick to respond and came out to get it fixed for us late that evening!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house, the owners and property managers. We have definitely referred this places to closest family and friends who asked where we were because our pictures were beautiful. We will be back!

Private beach house.
We have enjoyed both upstairs and downstairs of this beach home. Upstairs has a sunroom and downstairs has a lovely sitting area. It doesn’t get better than this, the beach is a few steps from home. Owner is very responsive and the price is reasonable.

We stayed at the Flagler Beach House for one week. It was a very fast week because this house makes time fly. It is great to have the opportunity to be at home on the beach in Flagler. Having a private beach is really nice.

We had an amazing week. As a couple that does not travel much we found this get away just what we needed. The unit was clean and well cared for. Amanda was very attentive to our needs and available at a moments notice. We were on the beach every day and had the opportunity to enjoy both the sunrises and sunsets. In Short: AMAZING!
First, the location was just simply perfect. This beachfront home is situated in paradise. We were minutes from shopping, groceries, restaurants, and ice cream. Of course, the beach too!
Second, this was the most welcoming place that I have ever stayed. We stayed in the upper unit and it was immaculate. Linens were clean, the kitchen was spotless, and not a spec of dust in sight. The layout of the home is unique and comfortable; very tasteful updates.
Finally, the property managers were great! We communicated as soon as I arrived, and they welcomed us via text. They were attentive when we had questions.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pure Relaxation
Our time at Flagler Beach House can only be described as perfect in every way. We wanted a clean, comfy and cozy as well as beach convenient place to stay. We were not disappointed! The Beach House advertisement was not photo shopped, it was literally as advertised.
Atmosphere was all beach. Views from all rooms! Location was spot on. Walk to the beach and short drive Flagler restaurants (Romero’s Tuscany and Jack’s Snack!) grocery or other needs so close by. If you are looking for a quiet get away this is the place.
We walked North and South for miles without many other beach goers. Picked up shells and watched the Pelicans and sea birds. The sounds of the Atlantic waves and watching the ocean change colors is an all day experience.
The house was furnished with comfortable furniture and kitchen was completely outfitted with all you need to cook a good meal. We had our coffee every morning on the deck watching the sun rise. Also, great to have washer/dryer so convenient.
If you like to golf, which we do! St. Augustine Golf Hall of Fame within 30 minute drive and public/private courses near by. You can walk right down to the surf and cast your rod to fish. The Beach house even furnishes a gutting station down on the beach deck. They provide comfortable beach chairs and a myriad of beach toys!
We hope to return for a longer stay soon! They have a cute plaque that says “memories are made at the beach” and so very true. We will carry our memories of Flagler Beach House for a long time to come.

You could not ask more for a vacation stay. I have stayed "on the beach" before...but never at a place where the beach rolls right up to the front yard like this. We stayed upstairs. The place was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Great little balcony. Plenty of room for parking too. I can not think of anything negative to say.
You will not be disappointed :)
