The condo was as described and pictured. Plenty of large pots for cooking, grill tools, 2 blenders, toaster, toaster oven and high end kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable, full dressers and closets for our belongings. The guys were happy with the expanded cable service in all rooms to watch sports and no issues with wifi. The location is unbelievable, 5 min walk on private beach path was much appreciated with a 1yr old. Our family of 9 had plenty of space to spread out. Yevette was wonderful to work with, no issues with the condo or rental process.

We loved everything about our stay in this Townhome! We absolutely loved the location. You are so close to the ocean, have gorgeous views, and within a short walking distance to the best places to eat in Dewey. The home was very clean and we really enjoyed the renovated kitchen and baths! The owner Yvette was so helpful and kind. She sent multiple emails prior to our checkin and followed up after our checkin to make sure everything was ok. We were beyond happy with every aspect of our stay at this townhome & it made for a perfect family vacation!

The house and Yvette are both great. She is very easy to work with. The house is very close to the beach and kept nicely. The location made it super easy to go back and eat lunch or put the kids down for a nap. We loved our trip!

Like other reviewers pointed out, the location of the house is close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance yet it feels tucked away and very quiet at night. We had four adults and three kids and there is plenty of space for everyone. The master suite on the top floor has very nice view of the ocean and a spacious bathroom. The two older kids shared the other bedroom on the top floor and loved having their own bathroom. The bottom two bedrooms both have queen size beds and shared a nice-sized bathroom in the hallway. All the bathrooms have updated counters/fixtures. On the main floor is kitchen/dining/family room area. We cooked a few meals here and there is plenty of room for all the adults to move around and cook together. Some of the cookware is pretty scratched up and probably needs to be replaced soon but we made it work. The dining chairs also needed a bit of deep cleaning to get some of the built-up grime off but not a big deal. Plenty of glassware and plates are available for everyone. Kitchen is updated with granite counter and stainless steel appliances which is another reason why I chose this location. We also loved that each bedroom has access to various sized decks. Although the only two decks with good views are the master suite deck and the main floor deck and that's plenty deck space. It was nice to have coffee in the morning and drinks at night out on the decks listening to the ocean waves. The outdoor shower has a handheld shower head which makes cleaning easy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Yvette for keeping the place in great shape all the helpful information!

We really enjoyed this property, the location was perfect! We booked last minute-ish due to COVID19 hesitation and luckily Yvette had a cancellation so our dates were available. Our group consisted of two familes with 4 kids, ages 9-16. The younger kids shared the smaller 1st floor queen room while the teens took over the 3rd floor 2 twin room with its own bathroom and balcony...they loved having a private spot away from the rest of us. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture was a little worn, but honestly with kids we prefer it to not be brand new light colored couches as seen in some homes...too stressful! The variety of decks was nice and the view from the living room and master was incredible. The kitchen had everything you might need (except a wine key which we grabbed from the close by convience store and left behind for future wine drinkers). Appliances were updated and in excellent condition. All the neighbors were friendly and, even though the house is in the middle of it all, it is tucked away far enough from the main drag that it's quiet at night. The development's private beach access path was unexpected but a great touch especially when trying to socially distance! Dewey is our family's happy place and Yevtte's home helped make it so!

This was the perfect layout for two families to enjoy time together at the beach. We loved that there were plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone and that the kitchen and bathrooms were updated. There were TVs in two of the bedrooms. It would've been really nice to have them in all four bedrooms to eliminate having to decide who gets a bedroom with a TV. The open concept kitchen, dining & living room space were nice for our two families to gather and interact. The multiple decks were a great perk that offered everyone different places to sit and relax. The nearby wooden walkway provided a short path to walk to the beach. We were amongst lots of families with plenty of activity going on, but at the same time there was a calm vibe and it was quiet most of the time. The beach was beautiful and had really fun waves for boogie boarding. The property was also located to several walkable conveniences for take-out, ice cream, gift shops, and a liquor store. Choosing this property gave us a great balance of features that met our expectations & made our vacation satisfying and complete. This has been, by far, the best rental I have ever done. Easy to get in to the house on our check in day. House came will all the amenities and perks of a beach house, I couldn’t ask for more.

There were 6 adults and not one of us had ANY complaints! The unit was beautiful. The layout allowed for exceptional privacy and space. The owner was very kind and accommodating. She even checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect! The beach view was great! Oh, the ice cream at the shop on the corner was delicious. The pistachio had tons of whole nuts! We happened to be there during an extreme heat wave but the unit was always cool!!! Can’t say enough about it!!!

We've been coming to Dewey for over 20 years and always stayed in the same place. This unit was in the same complex and we loved it! It has a great kitchen (was missing an ice maker though). We will definitely rent it again. Thanks!

Five of us had such a great time! Very nice Townhouse, walking distance to all the fun spots in Dewey and short Uber ride to fine dining in Rehoboth. Short walk to the beach, nice to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas! Thank you Yvette!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well maintained and very comfortable house again this year. The listing description is accurate regarding the layout of the house, which is more than enough space for six of us, and its location is just a short walk to the beach. The owner is very accommodating and obviously wants us to enjoy our vacation. There are many good restaurants nearby and the ice cream at Vanderwende's is delicious. We plan to go back next year.

This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Clean, updated, and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Nice screened in deck with views of the ocean. Yvette was wonderful to book the house through and extremely repsonsive and accommodating! We will definitely be back again!

Unit is well laid out with good privacy for all the guests. Great views from the 2 front balcanys and only steps from the beach. Owners are great to work with, if I were to find any faults I would be really nit picking. Definetly recommend for a long weekend or a week's stay.

This very attractive and comfortable beach house is the perfect size for six of us--grandparents, daughter and son-in-law, and two teen-aged grandchildren. The kitchen and baths are updated and the entire house is very clean and well maintained. It's centrally located at the end of a quiet street with just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We especially enjoyed seeing the ocean from the second floor balcony. It was a pleasure to work with the property owner who made every effort to assure that our stay was enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The location was perfect and the house was very clean and very large. It was wonderful to have three bathrooms and three balconies. Much better than renting a hotel! The owner is very easy to deal with and was accessible our entire stay.

We couldn't have had a better girls weekend here! We traveled from Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Virginia to stay in this beautiful home. The landlord was very accomodating and made sure to constantly touch base prior to our stay. The home was beautiful - the kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice as they had recently been remodeled. We spent most of our time on the middle floor and middle balcony. The townhome was well kept, clean, and very spacious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a week (or weekend) in Dewey. It has a phenomenal location right by the beach and in the middle of everything! Being able to walk everywhere was a huge perk. This is the place you want to stay in Dewey! :)

We just spent another wonderful week at this beautiful townhouse that is so close and convenient to the beach, as well as to everything else in Dewey !! Owner is terrific to deal with and very fair. My partner and I stayed here a bit after the off season. The house was perfect! The pictures and description do not even do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. We had coffee on the deck in the mornings – the ocean view is beautiful. It is a great location, just a short walk to the beach and only a few minutes to the restaurants. The kitchen and dining area is large enough to accommodate two families easily. I would recommend this home to anyone!!

Our multi-generational family enjoyed a great week before the Labor Day weekend. We happily found Fred's townhouse very clean and well equipped. The pictures and details are pretty accurate even with ongoing seasonal rental use. The beds were comfortable and the unit spacious. The key-less combo entrance lock is a convenience for all. We chuckled every time our 7 year old granddaughter opened the door and said "I passed the test" . Walking distance to the ocean makes it a hassle free beach week, especially for young families. Dewey Beach is clean and family friendly with lifeguards on patrol from 9-5. Although we "ate-in" most days, there are plenty of restaurants locally. The location is also convenient to shops both walking and driving. For those rainy days, the outlets are only a short distance away. Our family was grateful for the bike lanes when we rode our bikes into Rehoboth boardwalk one morning. Our enjoyable week was made possible with the help of Fred, the nicest rental owner with whom we have dealt. He addressed all our questions by phone & email quickly before, during and after our stay. The broken outside hand held shower was replaced and a slow draining sink was fixed as soon as the repairman was available. Fred was also agreeable to suggestions made after our stay. He will replace a set of big, but non-microwaveable mugs to avoid serious burns if inadvertently used for heating in the microwave. And because most people now a days use the available wireless internet service, he will consider including it as part of the total price of the rental. All this to say, thank you Fred for taking the time to be so accommodating and caring. We wish you well and hope to contact you again for another rental time at your nice beach house.
