Five bedroom waterfront home with private dock in quiet cove
Nuovo per il mercato degli affitti nel 2017 dopo aver subito un'ampia ristrutturazione e aggiornamento. Questa appartata casa a due piani è nascosta in una baia secondaria privata vicino al marker di 4 miglia. Idealmente allestito con tutte e cinque le camere da letto, una zona soggiorno e due bagni completi al piano superiore. Due camere da letto hanno un re, due una regina, e la quinta camera da letto ha una cuccetta doppia sopra un letto a castello pieno con un rotelle a grandezza naturale. La maggior parte del tempo sarà trascorso al piano inferiore dove si trovano la cucina, la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno. C'è un altro bagno completo al piano inferiore, insieme a un grande portico schermato. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 10 persone con posti a sedere aggiuntivi all'interno del bar e all'esterno nella veranda protetta. Alcune delle funzionalità aggiornate includono: due TV LCD / smart 55 ”4K da 55", lettore Blu-ray / DVD, Internet ad alta velocità, via cavo / satellitare, nuovi materassi, grande frigorifero side-by-side, lavatrice a carica frontale, asciugatrice, e una grande griglia per barbecue a sei fuochi. C'è un secondo frigorifero anche a livello principale. Il molo privato ha uno scivolo coperto 10 x 24, una piattaforma da bagno 8 x 16 e due kayak sono disponibili per l'uso. Great lake house with all the amenities!!!!

The house is clean and well-appointed.
The beds are comfortable with nice bedding and plenty of pillows.
The bathrooms are clean, up to date, and were just right for our party of 8 adults.
We loved the kitchen/ dining/ living room layout and made good use of the tv and Wi-Fi.
The spacious utility room has a modern washer and dryer and a second fridge, perfect for our needs.
The dock was great for our pontoon boat...a good location, convenient to the lake's many attractions.
The owner was very helpful and made himself available in case of problems or if we had questions.

We had a wonderful time, all 16 of us! Everything you need is well supplied. Fantastic views, swimming, kayaking and serenity. Just understand the amount of stairs to get in and move about the property. Must be able body and good with the workout! Other than that it is perfect!

A little hard to find and stairs everywhere but over all this is a great spot with comfortable sleeping and fun amenities. Easy access to the main channel and a great neighborhood! We would do it all over again. 5 stars

It was a very cute little place. Lots of room for 9 of us to all be comfortable. It wasn’t so immaculate and shiny that you had to feel uncomfortable, but it was clean enough to enjoy and feel good in the space.

We had a great time at the house. The location was private and we were able to spend lots of time in the water. There is a lot steps but add to our physical fitness. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I would recommend this to large families.

Our group had a wonderful time! Steve is easy to work with and prompt in answering questions. The home was perfect for us! We had plenty of room and the property was clean and well cared for. We loved having access to a dock and used the kayaks several times. We would definitely come back!

Relaxing retreat
We booked two houses for our large family reunion and this property was set up as a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of our ‘main house’ for family members that enjoyed a bit more quiet and went to bed/woke up early. It’s a beautiful and clean house set up on its own private little cove!

Relaxing Lake Vacation
There were 9 of us staying at the house and we had plenty of room. The dock is the last one in the cove and fishing was great. You drop a hook in the cove and you were pretty much guaranteed to catch a Brim. We also caught a couple of Bass. We also rented a pontoon boat for a day from a marina that was located close to the house. We were able to go back to the house and use the dock to pick up and drop off others in our group. The house is recently renovated and very comfortable. We did lots of cooking at the house and having 2 refrigerators was a bonus. We loved seeing deer and turkeys every time we left or returned to the property. Steve is a great host and quickly responds if you need him. I do wish the listing would show pictures of the front of the house. The house sits on an incline and there are significant stairs to get down to the front door. Getting luggage and groceries in and out of the house was definitely a task. Also, be prepared to drive up and down an incline to get to and from the house. Overall, our experience was great! We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable vacation.

Family Getaway
We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Weekend. Me my boyfriend and 4 adult children and significant others. 8 total. Property is just as the pics show. Plenty of room to spread out or living, kitchen area to gather. We spent every morning and evening on the screened in porch, or just chilling on the dock. Steve was amazing to work with and made the process easy. Close to town if you want to go out for a day. There are a lot of steps down to house but other than that it was perfect.

The house was great Steve was great was there whenever I called him we made it in in the middle of the night the night before check in an he was able to get us in with the kids I will most definitely stay there again an recommend Steve’s place to everyone

Very nice property!
We stayed over Christmas and had a very nice time! The place was large enough to easily accommodate our two families (6 people total) and our three dogs. The owner was super helpful and responsive!

Better than expected!
Beautiful property! Perfect for my daughters first birthday!! We truly enjoyed our stay. The owner communicated quickly and is awesome! The only draw was the road to the house. Some of us had a hard time getting up the gravel hills. Not the owners fault though.

Had a great time! Plenty of plates and silverware for our group of eight. Able to seat all at table for meals.
There are lots of stairs so we got plenty of exercise getting stuff in and out

Comfortable, Clean, and Private
The photos and descriptions were accurate. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms are generous in size so you don’t feel cramped. The laundry was a bonus and allowed us to throw a load in mid week so we didn’t have to bring so many clothes. Never had problems with the internet or TV so my 13 year old grandson was happy.
You are tucked in the back of a small cove so it’s private and a great place to swim and not have to worry about passing boats. Because you are in the back of the cove, you must bring a boat in slowly. We rented a 27’ Tritoon and got it in and out, no problem. We did tie to the side of the dock opposite the swim deck because it was so long.
Added benefit - As with many homes on the lake, the house is midway down a steep hill. You will end your stay being in much better shape from going up and down the steps. Not a bad thing.
I would definitely recommend this house. We had only 4 people but it could easily accommodate more.

This home is awesome, clean and fun. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We loved the 2 living spaces. The other comments about many steps should be taken seriously. The water activities at the house were fun and the setting was lovely. Great communication and all amenities were as described.

Family lake house vacation
Had a nice family getaway with adult children, teenage son and grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us. House was clean and well organized. Kitchen well stocked. Children enjoyed swimming off the dock and kayaking. Located close enough to enjoy other local activities like boating, water park, horseback riding etc. We loved the screened porch foe outside coffee drinking and eating. Steve was great about communicating and answering questions.

Escaping corona virus

Family Vacation of a Lifetime
We couldn't have been more happy and content with our "home away from home" for 7 days. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our family of 9 (plus 2 dogs). Wonderful, lasting memories were made on our first annual family vacation to Lake of the Ozarks. Cannot wait for the second annual family vacation back to Lake of the Ozarks!

Pictures do not do this place justice. Very comfortable and clean we had a group of 14. Plenary of linens and pillows everyone was comfortable. Lake is fantastic, easy boat rentals.

Absolutely wonderful
The house was immaculate, plenty of room for our large family. We had no complaints at all the whole time we were there. The only thing I would note is that there are a LOT of stairs, going down from the house to the dock (pictured in the listing) and from the parking to the house (not pictured). My older mother had some trouble getting down all of the stairs so just something to keep in mind if you have any elderly people in your party. 10/10 would stay again though

Great family spot
This property is well situated for groups that enjoy water activities. We brought a boat and made good use of the dock that is located at the house which sits at the back of a little cove. Fishing, tubing, swimming and kayaking (kayaks included at the home) were great fun. Bring your own life jackets though. The house was very comfortable for our family group of 11, which included teens up to grandparents, and it was very clean too. While off site activities are a bit of a drive (we went out once for a round of mini golf and lunch), our family enjoyed spending the majority of our vacation at the house and on the water. There are many steps from the driveway to the house and from the house to the dock, so groups that include mobility impaired individuals or health issues affecting heart/breathing should take that into consideration. We would highly recommend this property and found Steve easy to work with.

Clean and picturesque location
This property is very clean and located on a picturesque cove in the Ozarks. The one downside is the number of steps down to the house which makes it difficult for the elderly. Loved it.

Fantastic Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a quiet cove which had excellent opportunities for safe swimming any time of day. We rented a large tritoon and we were able to easily dock it. The house was roomy and had plenty of space for our whole family of 10 adults and 4 small children to prepare and eat meals together. The house was clean and comfortable. Fishing off the dock and off the boat was also a lot of fun. This was the best vacation ever.
Just a note to people considering renting the house. It is important to note that the area if very hilly. We brought a lot of yard games that we were not able to set up because there is no flat land near the house. It didn't matter because there was plenty to do, so don't bother to pack that stuff. Also, there are a lot of steps. Our 3 year old was able to navigate them, but it is not at all handicap accessible.

Nice vacation home
This was a nice vacation home that accommodated our large group of adults and children. The owners were very friendly and did a great job of communicating with us. The home was very clean. We enjoyed swimming in the quiet cove during the day and sitting at the screened in porch in the evenings.

Perfect property for a family vacation!
This was one of the cleanest and modern properties we've stayed in. We had four adults and five children with us and ALL remarked how good they slept! (When children comment about how much they liked their bed, you know it's exceptional.) The appliances are high quality, plus the second refrigerator was proof the owner was thinking ahead for large groups! (Both refrigerators have ice makers!) Every evening, the adults gathered at the screened in back porch and enjoyed the view, played cards or just told stories. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out, as well as fishing off of the private dock supplied with ample chairs. Top this with a phenomenal owner to work with and all 11 of us highly recommend staying here. PS - Stick to the directions given or you may think you're getting lost. It's remote but worth the hunt!

Great property, great experience working with the owner
The property was just what we were looking for - a nice updated house on the lake with room for the extended family, and sizable and comfortable living/dining areas that can accommodate a dozen or so people. The owner provided plenty of information on the property and was very responsive to communication. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was clean and inviting. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Our family came from NM, MN, WI, MI and TN to celebrate Christmas together. We had 4 generations together!! The house was perfect for us! The kids had plenty of room to run around and play together! We enjoyed the open area and large table for games and eating! The kitchen was well stocked and had room for us to cook together. We only left the house to get supplies. We had a great time!!
There isn't a lot of play space outside because of the slope, but our grandkids had fun running around on the deck! Parking is tight, we had 5 vehicles, but doable. We just blocked each other in and didn't go out much. 😊 Beautiful and well maintained home!!
