Fantastic week, would stay here again. Only complaint we have is the grounds security. There were 5 families from our town within Costa Diamante and 3 elsewhere in PP. we couldn’t even have friends over HL for happy hour due to security. I understand the need and appreciate it honestly, but there needs to be a process for guests. Nothing to do with our home, just the development. Cheers!

It was my buddies birthday and mine as well, we walked in to a Bottle of wine and a Birthday Cake!!! What an amazing welcoming gift that we did not expect. So appreciative!! Beautiful house house with a beautiful view of the ocean from both levels. You will absolutely love this experience and having great host like this. Security gates make you feel safe and only a few minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful location
The furniture and kitchen items are very dated. Dishwasher didn’t work at all. Overall cleanliness was lacking. Coffee cups all cracked, fry pans very poor condition. Ceiling fan/lights remote all have no batteries. Broken shower floor. No kettle. Glasses on bar have lots of dust.

We had an amazing stay! The neighborhood is very nice, 24hr guards, and the hot tub and pool were great! A short walk to the beach, we brought our two dogs and they loved every minute! It was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was stalked with all the untensils you could need, and made it easy to stay and cook 70% of our stay. We will be back!

The beds were comfortable, nice towels, everything was clean.
** A few things just to know to make your stay a little more like home:
Dish washer wouldn't work, probably because of water pressure, but bring your own dish soap, because the dish soap that you can buy down there does not work well!!!
The house needed kitchen dish towels and wash cloths, drying rack and a broom and dust pan.
Overall it was fabulous and we loved it! Great great house!

Remote for the TV batteries run down. We had to buy new batteries. The remotes for the overhead living room fans were confusing some were not work and none marked. Found extra mixed in pile of remote that we had no idea what they belong to. Lighting for livingroom was too dim. Kitchen missing dish towels. Would be nice to have a diagram showing where pots and pans, tableware and utensils were located upon arrival. It was different but eventually we found everything. We only found 1 trash bag for 7 people?
Don't get me wrong, we did enjoy our stay. There were just a few things that would have been nice to have fixed or identified. The beds, showers and bathrooms were awesome. Plenty of living space for 7 people.

Beautiful house but disappointing
The neighborhood is amazing and the house was beautiful but we ran out of toilet paper on day 2. We had 9 people and there was not enough towels so we had to go buy towels. We ran out of trash bags and paper towels on day 3 so had to go buy more. We also didn’t have enough blankets for the beds upstairs. I paid extra to add 2 people and I had to buy all the stuff to stock the house.

Friendsgiving Beach Vacation
The home was amazing and we felt very safe. Great location to launch from for any activity, we enjoyed the close walk to the beach. Pool was being worked on so we were not able to use but everything with our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

The owner needs to upgrade and invest in the property. Outdated art work, new fridge is needed, mattress upstairs uncomfortable because of dents old mattress.

Perfect
This was such a perfect house. It was our first trip back to Puerto Penasco in 15 years and this was the perfect spot for us for the weekend. Did not disappoint. Easy quick access to the beach and just as they have it listed is exactly what we got. The gated community was perfect. Definitely will stay again.

Every thing was as expected and more, we were so happy with property. Just need to note the AC is a little two loud but I overall we make beautiful memories!!

No response from property manager
The house is great however we had a few thoughts..“landscaper” who showed up and was staring in all the windows and standing at the back glass door…had to address with security, we traveled with our dog who went crazy and was on high alert the rest of our stay as was the whole family. Does not make you feel safe!!

Fabulous house and beautiful neighborhood
We stayed here for 5 days in June during the Roger Clyne weekend music festival. The house was perfect for us with plenty of room the spread out. The rooms were very nice, and we loved the bar in the living room (although I was using it as a standing desk part of the time.) We took advantage of both front balconies and the BBQ Grill. I love the overall "ambience" of the lighting within and outside the house. Also, we felt super safe with the gurard station check in, and the fact that security routinely patrols the neighborhood. On that note, the neighborhood is SOOO cute. I believe there are a lot of regulars living over there, and not just renters. We rode our bicycles everyday through the neighborhood and down to the beach. We only had 1 issue with the upstairs AC unit and that was fixed immediately. Overall, we are extremely happy with this house and our stay.

Weekend stay in Mexico
Myself and my closest buddies do a trip every year in a different location. This year we chose Mexico. We stayed in this home and really enjoyed ourselves. This home does not come with any toiletries, paper towels, as well as very minimal cleaning supplies. This is a great home if you come prepared. It’s a short walk to the beach. The community is very secured. Overall we enjoyed staying in this home.

Nice for a quick visit, wouldn't want to stay here long
The house was very nice and exactly as described. All of the beds were uncomfortable. In fact the futon was the most comfortable considering it was a futon. A lot of the dishes we pulled out of cabinets to use were dirty and some had food stuck on them. We usually stay on the beach so not having easy beach access was a little bit of a bummer but the beach in this area when you walk you and your stuff down to it is really nice. Our biggest issue was the neighbors. They were loud every night they were there but one night the come home at 2 a.m. with music blaring and hung out on the upper patio until past 4 a.m. with music still blaring. No a single security guard came around to stop the noise. We had our music playing quietly on the front patio (you couldn't even hear it across the street) while we were just hanging out and security was right there at 10 p.m. tell us we had to take our music inside. A bit frustrating but Rocky Point itself never disappoints. If there is no place to stay on the beach this is a nice place to stay, just be prepared for a very restrictive stay.

My first time booking a house online! It was so easy! I was nervous taking my babies to Mexico but this community had us feeling safe all the time. The house is beautiful, the community is gorgeous and the “private” beach is a great quality.

Awe-inspiring architecture and luxury
This was a dream come true for us to be able to be in such a lovely appointed and creatively designed home. Every detail was a wow moment to enjoy. The home is a large open concept with the comfort for us to simply relax. The pictures are true to what you see; and being in the space was beyond our expectations. The semi circular porches were our go to for morning sunrise and coffee off the master bedroom and sunset and cocktails on the ground level veranda. The amenities and grounds are meticulous and the grounds security could not have been more accommodating. Communication with Victor and Diane was unsurpassed professionalism. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the trip. Colin's at the resort next door about a block walk for breakfast or a bloody Mary, or treats of mangoes and coconut and Aguachile on the beach. The vendors walking the beach were thoughtful and respectful of your space.

Nice getaway
We went to Rocky Point for a long weekend. We had 6 people and our dog and two cars. There was plenty of space and we felt very safe. The house was clean and as advertised. Would definitely return.

THERE WERE 9 OF US AND WE HAVE ROOM FOR 9 MORE! THE ONLY NOT GREAT I WILL SAY IS THE HOUSE COULD US A GOOD SAND BLAST AND REPAINT ON THE OUTSIDE!! IT LOOKS A LITTLE NEGLECTED! STILL BEAUTIFUL AND PLEASE DO NOT BE DETTERRED, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RIGHT PRICED GREAT SIZE AND LOCATED HOME - LOOK NO FURTHER - AND VICTOR AND DIANE AND QUICK TO RESPOND AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOU ON ALL QUESTIONS AND VERY FRIENDLY. First Puerto Penasco Trip
We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed. The area was very nice and house was walking distance to the beach. Close to quad and Razr rentals, Seadoo rentals and my kids favorite - banana boats! Would stay here again.
