Cute and Cozy Restored Victorian Home in the Heart of Town!
Recentemente ristrutturato, mobili e letti confortevoli accogliente. 1/2 isolato off Harrison Ave. (strada principale) si intende una facile passeggiata a ristoranti e negozi! Al mattino, testa fino alla città su un bar Hill e ottenere caffeina per una giornata di divertimento in montagna! La nostra grande ponte anteriore è un ottimo posto per oziare al sole con una birra fredda al termine di una giornata intera, incontrare persone o semplicemente guardare il mondo che passa. Ponte posteriore di grandi dimensioni ha una splendida vista sulle montagne, barbecue a gas, e l'esposizione a sud diretta. In inverno, a piedi a cena o prendere un film in qualsiasi tipo di tempo! La casa è abbastanza vicino a ristoranti del centro che l'aria di montagna freddo non avrà nemmeno il tempo di affondare prima di essere seduti ad una bella bistecca! Guarda la neve caduta dalla finestra grande immagine nel salotto. Fai ricordi di famiglia giocare e cucinare la cena nella nostra cucina di recente ristrutturato e ben fornito. Abbiamo lasciato alcuni dettagli vittoriani, come vetrate originali e una parete sala da pranzo che raffigura il legno originale dal 1888 quando la casa è stata costruita! La casa, una volta aveva 4 carbone seppellendo stufe ~ vecchi chiminies restano, ma la casa è ora riscaldata con fidato aria forzata! Nella ristrutturazione, abbiamo trovato i vecchi modelli di cucito farcite nelle pareti per isolanti e sigarette scatole nascoste in bagno, entrambi i quali sono in mostra in casa.

This is the perfect location in Leadville. It's right on the main street and everything is very easy to walk to. Outdoor activities are a close drive. The house was very nice and plenty spacious. Everything was as described in the listing.

We (myself and 2 pups) enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything in the house is clean and as-pictured. The yard is cute and the front porch worked great to be in the shade on a few very-warm afternoons (at least for Leadville!). It's just a few steps to Leadville's main street so the location is great as well. Lastly-- I've stayed in a number of victorian-style vacation rentals... this one has one of the most sensible layouts for a 2-bedroom setup. Wouldn't hesitate to come again!

This was the most charming home to sit out on front deck and have a glass of wine after a long day of fishing! The back deck was nice as well (especially when we could sit out there and play with our dog) .. yard was just all she needed.
The house had everything you would need and all the old items displayed throughout made it nostalgic. The crystals and new items helped create just the right ambiance.
Thank you for a wonderful stay for our week in Leadville - we would definately return!

Had a great time. The home is very welcoming, and it invites you to stick around and relax. That said, there are great places within walking distance, like the Opera House and restaurants, and within a short distance driving.

We love this property. We have been staying here for nine years now. The house is so cute, bright, super clean and close to town. We really appreciate that the owners keep it updated, changing up the art work, furniture and remodeling the bathroom. It's so comfortable and welcoming after a long day of adventuring in the surrounding area. We will definitely request this rental again in the future!

We enjoyed cycling, hiking and kayaking. We ate at the Delaware, Mtn Pies and Tennessee Pass Cafe as well as Wild Bills. All good. My friends just stayed 3 days. I stayed 2 weeks and loved all the opportunities L ville has to offer.

This cottage had everything we needed and more! The linens and towels were clean and not worn. It was a lot bigger than I thought. Warm during winter nights. Enough pillows and blankets. Right around the corner from cafes and restaurants.

This home was the perfect getaway for our family of four. Close to shops and close to Ski Cooper. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners were super easy to communicate with and everything was clean and cozy.

This cottage is the perfect blend of the past and present. Nicely updated and roomy layout fit our family of four perfectly. Cute decor with charming details of a bygone era. You are right of downtown dining and shopping. We loved our stay.

If you are looking to spend time in the town of Leadville, and access to amazing places, this is the perfect place! Its an easy walk to everything in town. The owner and check in process made this very easy and welcoming. Beds are very comfortable....definitely recommend

We were extremely happy with our stay in this charming home! The location was excellent and the home was perfect for us. It was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again should our roads lead to Leadville in the future.

Leadville is a magical little mountain town—nothing flashy but truly authentic. House reflects the essence of Leadville…nothing flashy but quaint and homey. A great little get away.

Peaceful get away to Leadville
Spent a lovely, quiet weekend enjoying the mountain views. Lazy mornings sipping coffee on the back deck doing some light reading. Took a nice walk on the Mineral Belt Trail and had a delicious dinner at the Tree Line Kitchen. Even got a reservation to do some shopping at Melanzana! Will definitely rent this spot again!

Amazing, walkable location, nicely renovated house with outstanding views
This review is almost a year overdue. We stayed four nights and had a wonderful experience at Jason's vintage, renovated Leadville house with our Bernese Mountain Dog. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck and met several of his friendly neighbors while they were out walking their dogs. The house is an easy walk to many shops and restaurants, which we loved. I called Jason with some questions and he was very responsive. We would definitely stay at his place again.

Great place with great location
Nice older but updated home. Extremely close to downtown with restaurants and shops. Beds were very comfy. Hosts were very responsive. The pictures and description represent it well. As a little bonus, we liked the book collection. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Cute house right in Leadville!
We had a wonderful long weekend in Leadville! This house is adorable! It was very warm and cozy and had everything that we needed! And you can’t beat the location! It is right off of the Main Street through town so we could walk to shops and restaurants. And the view from the house of the mountains is breathtaking! The owners were very easy to reach and answered all of my questions. We loved Leadville and will be back again!

Lovely weekend in Leadville
My parents, daughter and I had a wonderful weekend. The house was clean and comfortable. It is very close to Main Street, less than a block. We walked around town a bit and visited the Mining museum up the hill. We were able to bike from the house and ride around the Mineral belt Trail which was wonderful. We cooked meals at the house and enjoyed our time there. Jason was easy to contact and we never were lacking. Thank you!! Hope to make it back again.

Beds were comfortable. TV / wifi worked great. It's an old house with lots of charm, like many in Leadville. Leadville is a sweet little town but I never got used to the altitude.

We loved this cozy home. It was quiet, beds were comfy and the home was very clean. Did lots of hiking, fishing and 4wheeling. Would definitely stay again.

Charming village home.
My husband and I stayed here with our son, his fiancée and our 6 year old grand for our one night in Leadville. Adorable home just off Main Street; quiet and lots of character, and decorated nicely. The home was very clean and tidy, and although an older home, tastefully modernized and comfortable. It was perfect for our one-night stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable, which has become the most important feature for us when traveling, and so welcoming after a day of hiking. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries prior to arrival, and we had no issues whatsoever. I would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it!
