Reviewer Comments: After a rocky start (missing elevator key, A/C needed repaired), Beach Palms 109 was a true gem of a unit where we spent a wonderful 4 weeks, nearly as great as the weather, minus one breezy (50 mph winds!) day. The pool access from the balcony was great, and the same access to the garage from the pool area meant storage of beach chairs there, for an easy move to the beach. It was very nice to have laundry facilities in-unit and the place was very well appointed, with leather sofa/loveseat/recliner set and TV's in every bedroom. The 2-car garage was convenient and pool/beach chairs/toys were provided inside the garage. We were able to convince Free Beach Ride to take us to John's Pass a couple times and other restaurants in between. The beach was beautiful, the pool was warm and friendly and even used the gas grills a few times! The balcony provided a perfect setting for the daily sunsets over the water. Red Tide issues aside (not anyone's cause), we had a great month of Florida sunshine and the best facility from which to enjoy. Thanks!

The location of the condo was perfect! We were traveling with our adult kids and infant grandson, so the private stairs leading directly to the pool and beach were perfect for nap time because we were able to have the monitor with us and be at the pool while he slept. The condo was very spacious and views were amazing. The cleanliness could be improved with a more thorough job and better pillows for the beds. Having a 2 car garage accessed right by the stairs of the condo was a plus. There was plenty of beach supplies, however, it needs to be gone through because well over half the stuff was broken. We ended up buying a beach umbrella to use which we left there because all the others that were there need to go in the garbage. As far as check in and check out process, it would have been nice to have a keypad on the door for access instead of having to drive to the office to retrieve and return keys. We arrived late at night and left very early in the morning, so the extra step was a bit cumbersome. Overall, it was a perfect spot to vacation with our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

The concern we had was the bedding which were old and uncomfortable. The sheets were like sleeping on sandpaper. There were no designated bed pillows on the master bed. There were no wash clothes, extra towels or other supplies...sheets, blankets, etc. The beach, pool, and resort amenities are fabulous. We have stayed at this property 4 times before, and never had these concerns.

The toilets set on the floor great if you are 4' tall, they run all the time. Bath faucets are outdated. Unit sleeps 6 people only had 8 bath towels,2 wash clothes,3 hand towels,5 bathmats, I guess you do laundry every day. Living room fan will not run unless the light is on, makes the bedrooms hard to cool. Kitchen lighting is not bright enough. Dishes are a mix of whatever. Tables on the pool deck should have umbrellas because you can't set up a canopy for shade which is BS. One grille should be rebuilt or replaced. Pool deck & chairs are cleaned every morning. Property overall is very clean. Location is OK. Unit just needs some updates badly. If the unit had some updates, I would recommend this unit. I would recommend the property as a whole.

Just a FYI. The TV remote in the Living Room did not have batteries, we bought some and left extras. It was cleaner this year then last year…thank you very much! We always love our stay here.

It is perect for 6 adults. It has a very usable kitchen. We prepare more than half our meals there. The sunsets are incredible. The living room furniture and some of the blinds should be replaced. They are beyond well worn. But we love it.

Also the 2 car garage accessible from the balcony staircase is an added bonus. This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and unlike the first time, it wasn't as clean as we would've liked. The floors were dirty and some spots were sticky, there were also clumps of dust under the sofa and under the beds. Once in awhile if we had a gust of wind from the door manage it's way into the living room it would push the dust clump into the master bedroom. It also needed to be swept upon arrival as there was a bit of sand on the floor but that's to be expected around the beach. Check out time wasn't until 10am but the cleaning lady did show up an hour early and wanted to clean the unit, we did tell her we weren't ready to leave and that it would be closer to 10 so she did wait outside our door until we left. We did mention the cleanliness to the lady at the front desk upon departure and she just told us to have a safe trip back. Other than the cleanliness it's a great unit, fully stocked for a great week at the beach.

Great location with personal access to the pool and beach. Large unit with plenty of room for 6 people. When we arrived the unit needed additional cleaning. We found dirty dishes and dirty dish towels in the drawers. The garage was a mess and had a trash can that was overflowing. With a little extra TLC this would be the best spot on the beach.

Our unit had an amazing view with a two car garage and private walk up to the unit. The state was very nice and our family enjoyed it very much! Before we had gotten their red tide was so bad we thought we might have to cancel, however our family got together we prayed and the Lord opened up a beautiful week on the beach playing in the ocean, making Sandcastle‘s and enjoying every bit of what the ocean and pool had to offer. We had a few issues upon arrival, however, after talking with family life styles they remedied them quickly and efficiently.

This is my 10th time renting this unit, already have it booked 2 more weeks. The place is amazing as far as location and decor. I just wish the cleaning crew was a bit better. I once again had to clean bathrooms before me moved in.

Best unit in the building with direct stair access to pool and beach. You can see the pool and the beach from the balcony, it’s a gorgeous place to sit and watch the sunset. Kitchen had all supplies needed to cook for the week. Washer dryer worked out great as we didn’t have to pack as much. Pool is very nice, beach is close and was not too busy. Bedrooms had adequate storage and bedding. Garage had some old chairs and umbrellas but mostly broken things left from other visitors, would have been nice to have a couple decent chairs for the beach. Overall a very pleasant stay and we already booked for next year.

Loved that we could walk out and be on the beach in 40 steps. It was like we were in a house and not a condo. Would definitely rent again if there were TV’s in all of the bedrooms.
