The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay for a Cocoa Beach vacation.

A little frustration with communication. Wanted badly an early check in and check out. Impossible. The worst thing was the owner gave us the wrong address. 100 Polk Ave is City Hall. No idea why he did that. I think he was very distracted cuz his wife was having a baby that day. I guess he sure deserves to be distracted. I hope all went well for them.

The temperature inside when we arrived at the property at 3:00pm was reading 82. We set the thermostat at 69 and left to go check out Cocoa Beach and when we returned to the property a couple of hours later, the temperature was reading 77. We turned off all lights and left again to go to dinner. When we returned from dinner around 9:00pm the temperature was still reading 77. I called the listed contact number for the host and the calls went straight to voicemail three times. On the fourth call I left a message explaining the issue, and the host never contacted me back. It’s now been three days and I still have not heard back from the host.

Nice house and location!! When you look at pictures of the house it looks like one house but there is one end of the house rented to other guest. You have to be very quiet so if you have smaller loud children this may not be a good idea.

We stayed one night before our cruise (7 of us). It was a great property, walking distance from the beach. No issues, everything as expected. Checkin, I missed reading a step - you MUST email back to the policy email with "I agree" or something like that to trigger the email that gives you the correct door code. I've never had that before.

We had a great stay. This house was perfectly stocked and had everything we needed. The location was close to the beach, close to Kennedy Space Center, and close to plenty of dining options. Alex was easy to work with and very responsive with any questions. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in this 3br. The kitchen was nice and well appointed, and it was great having some basic beach supplies (chairs, buckets, floaties) although the umbrella has seen better days. What a great neighborhood, the beach is about a 5-10 minute walk.

Good experience
We had a nice stay in this house. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable. The grill was broken which was disappointing, but the property owner was extremely responsive to all of our needs and brought a new grill the following day. Would recommend to other families.

We stayed for two months and cleaners came in and cleaned entire house for free the 2nd month. Alex stopped in 2nd month and changed all batteries and replaced anything that was broken or missing. Property needs more parking, which Alex said he was in process of doing.

L'emplacement est très bien. On ne peut garer qu'un seul véhicule devant la maison, mais juste à coté, il y a un parking gratuit avec des places disponibles.
Je recommande vivement cette location pour un séjour sous le soleil de Floride !

Beautiful home that met all of our needs!
This home was all we hoped for in a vacation home. It was beautifully decorated, airy, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all you may need to cook, updated appliances, no slam cupboards. Beds were clean and comfy with plenty of room to store clothing. The fenced in backyard allowed for our children to play. We also enjoyed the grill and table for some relaxing evenings. The walk to the beach was easy and the wagon and ample beach supplies were all we needed. Thank you so much for a great trip! We would definitely reccomend this home.

Great place to stay!
We stayed for 2 weeks and just loved it! The home was spotless when we arrived and had some wonderful extra touches like books, puzzles, dvd's, beach towels, beach chairs, & many other amenities. The home was decorated so nicely and we had lots of
room. Loved the kitchen! The beds were very comfortable and so were the couches. We had a fenced in yard to sit outside with table & chairs & umbrella, 2 Adirondack chairs and even a gas grill. A short walk to the beach. Jordan was always wonderful in answering any questions and getting back to us very quickly! I felt he truly wanted us to feel at home and wanted us to be happy during our stay. Very friendly! I would highly recommend this rental if you are looking for accommodations. At the end of 2 weeks, we didn't want to leave!

Perfect Beach Get Away
We loved staying here!!! We had 6 adults and 2 small children. This was an amazing home and we hope to be back soon. The house is beautiful and perfect for a few days at the beach!!

My concern was that we didn't know the attached garage had been converted to another rental or apartment. We never saw the people staying there, but could hear them if you were in the living room.

The house was absolutely perfect! The neighborhood on the other hand was not.
The house was in great condition- very modern and up to date and and clean. It was the perfect size for our group of 6 and we all were very comfortable. The neighborhood made us a little uneasy and the walk to beach was a little long but once you got there the beach was very nice. Overall great experience!
