Posti letto per 6 adulti sui letti e altri 2 bambini sul divano letto (più di 8 perderanno la prenotazione). TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici con sistema Home Theatre. Porta il tuo iPod o lettore MP3 perché c'è un sistema di altoparlanti per riprodurre i tuoi brani preferiti .. Camino a gas ventilato. Grande veranda coperta / ponte / balcone con un grill a gas e sedie. Molto privato e accogliente.

Nessun check in è necessaria perché la loro è una scatola di serratura a chiave e si può parcheggiare due veicoli proprio fuori del condominio. Le lenzuola sono inclusi in tutti i noleggi.
Attrazioni / attività sono golf, mountain bike, escursionismo, pesca a mosca. Kayaking, NRAO, Cass Scenic Railroad, Seneca Rocks e Blackwater Falls e naturalmente Snowshoe!

A absolutely wonderful stay! It was spacious and was less than a 7 minute walk away from the Village. Jim was extremely responsive in answering any questions I had during the stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, we had a beautiful view of deer right outside of our balcony. The place was cozy and just a short walk to the slopes or free shuttle service.

I highly recommend this property. The owner is quickly responsive and highly attentive to our needs. Instructions are precise. The seasonal decorations were beautiful and the other decor, right down to the thermometer was very interesting and added to our entertainment. We brought joysticks and enjoyed games during adverse weather. Deer came to the back balcony to graze, where we cooked dinner on the grill. We found everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. It was nice having the washer and dryer. The fireplace gave a romantic aurora. The climate was controllable throughout the condo with baseboard heating dials and ceiling fans. The windows gave an awesome view of the mountain beyond where the deer graze and the window in our bedroom gave us a way to keep an eye on our truck in the parking lot. This condo is inviting and cozy.

The host jim was prompt in responding to questions and accommodated the five of us well on very short notice. The condo was perfect for us and it was close to snowshoe village which made everything convenient.

this property was awesome.... conveniently located , very clean, everything worked, no problems except for the conditions on slopes.... they sucked...!!! lots of dirt and rocks... but we had one of the best trips ever...!! The boys just loved it... we'll definitely stay again... summit bldg "D" was a bright spot , thanks soo much....

We stayed with a group of 6 adults and had plenty of space for everyone! The unit is set up well for large groups and in a great spot for mountain biking. Everything was very clean and the hosts made sure we had all the information we needed before and during our stay.

Easy check-in, easy out. Clean condo inside. Fully furnished and ready to rock. Might not be the most updated/ renovated but everything is there, the place is clean and you will not find a better value on the mountain, period. Great communication with the owners and property manager. Close to wild cat grocery and village. We will be back

We stayed at this property March 7-11, 2022. The owner was very responsive to questions prior to arrival. The unit is dated but quite comfortable and the gas fireplace kept us warm and cozy. The shuttle bus was a big plus. We called them prior to walking out and most of the time shuttle arrived immediately. You will need to take the shuttle if you have all your ski gear on because there are approximately 50 very vertical steps up to the parking lot and you need to cross the parking lot, road, and village to get to the slopes. Overall a good experience.

The shuttle bus was a big plus. We called them prior to walking out and most of the time shuttle arrived immediately. You will need to take the shuttle if you have all your ski gear on because there are approximately 50 very vertical steps up to the parking lot and you need to cross the parking lot, road, and village to get to the slopes. Overall a good experience.

Great spot just down the hill from the Village on Summit Dr. Great to have three bedrooms and also room for gear/bikes on back deck as well. Washer/dryer is also clutch for a rental property. Jim was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Will definitely be back.
