Larger than most units. Lots of beach toys, amazing view of dolphins, pool and birds, nice kitchen. Host was quick to respond and a lovely person to work with. Publix next door with a great bakery. Beach access was very easy.

We had an amazing time in this Treasure Island condo. It was true to the pictures, and the location is excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Air conditioning worked amazing.
We had a little trouble upon arrival with the code lock, but called Melissa and she picked right up and helped us over the phone. The couch was a little uncomfortable, but im used to my home comfy recliner....lol
I would definitely rent this unit again. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub were awesome too.

The condo was clean and cozy. Extremely roomy with included beach toys and chairs. The view from our balcony was great. Highly recommended for anyone.

The condo unit was much nicer than the rest of the hotel (i. e. Lobby and areas between units) but overall a clean comfortable condo. The views from the living room and one bedroom were beautiful! Some of the negatives were no washcloths in master bedroom and it was very difficult getting into the hotel as no signs tell you where to try to enter the hotel nor where the lockbox is. We had to walk all around to find out and were only able to get in when someone opened the door for us and told us the code. It just seems it would be much easier to have a clerk there who could help with some of this. However, it is very safe because of this once you do gain access to everything. Also, the carpets seemed a little sandy when we arrived and also there was a big stain on the bedspread. Everything you need in the kitchen regarding utensils coffee maker microwave were supplied as well as hand soap in the bathrooms and regular items like bath towels. Nice place overall.

Beautiful place, so closed to everything, relaxing and calm. What was really outstanding for me was the communication with Melissa, almost immediately responses (usually you don’t get that from others). Place is well equipped and secure. We really love the place and location and definitely want to come back as soon as possible!

Our host Melissa was so helpful! We struggled a bit with the contactless check in process. She was very helpful and patient and made sure we were able to complete it !!

This unit has everything you need! All the comforts of home and clean! Overlooking pool on the 1st floor. Heavy sliding doors so noise was never an issue.
Location could not get any better - walkable to everything we needed and if you wanted to walk a little further there is even more to enjoy! Short drive or Uber ride to so much more. There is a large grocery/liquor store right next door as well as several restaurants and night life options. Beach is right across the street. We definitely enjoyed our stat and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch!

Perfect vacation
Listing as advertised, very convenient location and right across the street from the beautiful sandy beach and swimming. Melissa was wonderful to work with, and even allowed us to stay past checkout due to a later flight. Loved the big balcony that overlooked the water and had many meals out there with a nice breeze. This will be our go-to place whenever we come and visit friends who just moved into the area!

Excellent stay! Perfect location!
We've never stayed anywhere that had everything needed for the beach! This property is in a perfect location and close to everything! Publix is right next door, along with several restaurants, renting scooters, beach, free ride and more! Very nice, clean and well decorated condo! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect
Unit is just as described with all the needed amenities and a closet full of beach gear. The balcony is spacious with amazing views of the sunrise. Parked our car and walked to everything we needed- location can’t be beat. Melissa even had a special surprise waiting in the refrigerator for us as we were there to renew our 30th wedding vows on the beach. Will definitely book again.

Beach towels and chairs provided. King size bed super comfortable but the queen size not as much and the sofa bed was broken so it was unable to be used. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cups, pots, silverware, etc. Air conditioning and ceiling fans work well. Pool very pretty and not overly crowded. Melissa is a very responsive host with great communication and we’re happy to have chosen her property!

Very ridiculous amount of codes and key pads and combinations to access condo!!! Elevator stopped working several times! Location was great! Place was in perfect location to EVERYTHING! The view was absolutely amazing from the very oversized balcony. Condo had everything needed for cooking with appliances that actually worked and worked very well!! Only down fall is the key needed to enter the building at all times

Close to the beach and other amenities
We had a great time staying at Melissa's condo. We had a couple small issues that she took care of quickly. The owner even let us extend our stay an additional day which was great. The nearby beach was beautiful and was a short walk away. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and was nice for the whole family. They provided beach chairs, towels, a cooler, boogie board, umbrellas and sand toys for the beach. There were also cabannas that you could rent on the beach for the day if you didn't want to carry chairs. Overall I would highly recommend this rental and would consider booking again.

Super generous with check-in/out times and even when Southwest cancelled our flights she so graciously allowed us to stay longer until we found another flight out. The condo is exactly as pictured and we were happily surprised to find an upgraded couch from the one in the photos! The unit and property itself both were very clean and in a fantastic location right next to Publix and just across the street from the beach which was not crowded at all.
