Vieni a godere di questo meraviglioso condominio duplex (lato destro) con parcheggio per 5 veicoli e solo una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia con un buon accesso in Club Colony. Griglia a carbone e 2 docce esterne, una con acqua calda!

Il secondo piano ha anche due camere da letto e un bagno completo e un mezzo bagno. La zona giorno è un concetto aperto con soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per otto. C'è un ponte anteriore e posteriore con posti a sedere e un ottimo panorama sull'oceano e sul suono dal ponte anteriore.
Le TV si trovano in tutte le camere da letto e nel soggiorno. Film, giochi e WI-FI forniti.

Close to the beach which is quiet, set up is perfect for two families with kids. Front and back decks are nice. Heated outdoor shower is the best.

We booked this trip for a family get together with our grown children and grandchild and our 7 year old. The three oldest girls brought a guest. It was a perfect house for everyone to spend time together and also have their own space. A lot of memories were made here. The home was beautiful and clean. We loved the location. We would definitely stay here again!

This townhome was perfect in every way. Great location... Walking distance to the beach, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Beds were also very comfortable. The property manager and landlord were amazing! It was an amazing home away from home for and we would definitely would come back and stay in the future!

I was worried about finding a spot a short walk for my parents, and 3 yr old, but this place was perfect. I'd say it took 1- 2 minutes to get to the beach path, then you're there. Quiet street, so no traffic concerns. Would stay here again

This property was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Entire family had plenty of room to spread out. Outdoor balconies had great views and hammock was a favorite for the cool breeze. Would definitely book this one again!

Clean and close to beach
Our family enjoyed the 4th of July holiday at this great beach place. We found everything we needed at the house and the beach was just 1/2 block away.

This bungalow was perfect for our family vacation. I can not stress enough how perfect the location was. It was so easy to get to the beach! The bungalow overall had everything we needed, however it could use a deep cleaning. I would definitely rent this property again!

Fantastic family holiday!
Me, my 3 siblings and our families rented this house together. We spent several days here over Thanksgiving because the it was close to family in the area. It was absolutely lovely. The main living area and kitchen was big enough for everyone to spread out and multiple cooks were able to fit in at once. The beach was close enough for the kids to walk and find shells, and the whole area was nice for family walks in the evening.
It was our first holiday after losing both our parents this year. It was absolutely lovely. The house was perfect, the host was easy to work with, and it was just what we needed. Thank you for everything!

Nice property - great October weekend!
We are a group of 5 adults traveling together for a dive weekend in Atlantic Beach. Very convenient location and nice property overall. Plenty of beds and bedrooms which is a big plus for our group.

Perfect Beach Getaway
This house was perfect for our girls weekend at the beach! It was clean and the decor was fun and beachy. The house is stocked with games, which was helpful during those rainy afternoons. The beach is a very short walk down the street and you can see the waves AND the sound from the deck. We look forward to staying here again!

Lovely quiet spot!
Comfortable home with a beautiful breeze on the front deck, perfect for early morning coffee! Easy walk to the beach, and having an outdoor shower at the end of the day was appreciated. Very quiet and perfect for our adult family get together!

Home away from Home
We have never rented a property before and this one was more than we had hoped for.
It felt as if we were at home (that's the point right?) and the location was perfect. After our tough year of teaching (we are both teachers) we needed this and our environment could not have been better.

Perfect family getaway
Our family had such a wonderful time here. The home was clean and inviting and offered the perfect accommodations for our family’s weekend at the beach. The house is only a short walk to the beach, and we loaded our wagons every day with everything we needed for beach fun. Morning coffee on the beach ✔️ Evening strolls looking for beach shells ✔️ Night time strolls to see the stars ✔️ It’s a great property and we are so grateful the home was opened to our family. We’ll cherish the memories forever.

Short walk to the beach
Walking distance to beach and short drive to shopping and restaurants. Owner quick to respond. House setup was ideal for three couples and three kids and decor was nice. Only negative was it didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well upon arrival especially considering cost of cleaning fee.

Walkable to beach, plenty of room
Our two families with 3 kids total (ages 7-10) stayed at this house. There was plenty of sleeping options and we could walk to the beach. No complaints, we would stay here again. It's nothing super fancy but it's nice.

Amazing
We loved it there! Roomy and the outdoor shower was super cool, perfect for the kids since they were downstairs. Right by the beach and less populated. The outdoor patio front and back was roomy for all of us. Safe neighborhood. We will be back for sure.

Close to beach
The location to the beach is great. Property was ok, roomy. Just beware if you have small children there are steep stairs inside & out. My fault, that I didn't think of the stairs when I booked this property, if I had, I probably wouldn't have booked this property for that reason. Other than the stairs, property is good could have been a little more clean but overall was worth the money & a good place to stay.
