Beautiful setting and view from the balcony. Conveniently close to the pier and several restaurant options. Spacious and well appointed. We plan on a return trip next year.

Stayed here for a ladies golf trip. John was so easy to work with. Everything was great! Everything you need in the house and walking distance to the restaurants and bars! Love the Surfside area.

Overall everything was as stated in the description. House could use some detailed cleaning, under beds, in drawers and high dusting. Home owner quick to reply.

Very close to the public beach access for easily heading to the beach with all of the kids’ beach “necessities”! Very nice pool, much larger than most of the other rental houses that we have stayed at in Surfside have had! Great open floor plan downstairs and nice big table for family dinners/board games! And very walkable to the pier area to grab lunch/dinner at one of the many awesome restaurants there! Very spacious rooms, and very clean!

House was nice just could use a good cleaning (such as the walls had a lot of dirt and hand prints all over them, just needs wiped down). Also, some of the mattresses need replaced, they are very well used. Pool and beach were wonderful!! House was well stocked and ready on time. Had a great stay overall.

quick walk to beach with parasailing and banana boat and lifeguard near by. You can walk to ice cream by pier and several good restaurants close by. Great location on busy street but traffic and parking is not bad. 4 blocks from downtown surfside. Walkers and joggers paradise. Our family of 13 has vacationed here for about ten years.

This is our 18th family vacation at Myrtle Beach and our kids begin planning for next year as we’re driving home from this year. Our accommodation were located near the beach with easy access Any questions or needs were immediately resolved. It was a great experience.

Everything was as promised. Beautiful home with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The ocean views were awesome. The pool was large and a great place to hang out. About 30 steps to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Owner responds quickly to texts. Our adult children said it was the best vacation they ever had!

Great location huge house John responded to my text immediately about the pool and a man showed up about an hour later thanks John best equipped kitchen we have ever had !

The location is wonderful. We could walk to several restaurants and ice cream. Beach was a little busy on Memorial Day but the rest of the week not crowded at all. John was great to work with. We had the pool heated as the highs were in the 70s the whole week. Super easy walk to the beach. We had plenty of room in the house for the 14 of us over the holiday weekend and 11 stayed the whole week. We had a flag on one of our beach umbrellas and my parents who are 81 could see us from the bottom deck that looks to the ocean. It was close enough for us to pretty easily wheel them in beach wheelchairs to the beach. If a big group of us goes again in the future, I would definitely recommend. The only thing anyone mentioned was that the mattresses were too soft but I take meds that help me sleep and I was fine.

This is definitely a great place to spend a week at the beach. The house and pool were super clean. Plenty of room to relax with large bedrooms and a nice sized family room/dinning area. The location is good - we didn't venture out much - but very close to shops and things. The beach access is awesome - only a short walk away - which made coming and going with kids much easier that other places we have stayed. This kids loved the pool - it was a little warm but what can you expect with it's 90 degrees out for days. My only complaint was the noise in the morning (7am ish) - this area has lots going on in the morning - from landscapers, street sweepers and beach vendors who set up in the ally. But we normally get up at that time so it really wasn't a big deal - although I would have liked to have my morning coffee outside without all that going on. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend to a friend.

This was a wonderful home for the 12 of us. Spacious, plenty of beds/baths, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the pool was amazing. The home was spotless on arrival, and the host was very attentive. 10/10!!!

Great week with 14 family and friends at surfside beach. Great location close to beach (50 steps) with short drive to stores, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at Bikini Bottom. In total we had 10 adults and 4 children (all under 4). It was the perfect location for the kiddos to walk to the beach and an easy walk to carry all of our gear. The short walk to restaurants and attractions was great for getting out of the house. The house had plenty of room for everyone and the large kitchen table was great! Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was the PERFECT size for our group and the kids loved having the option to swim instead of going to the beach. We’d highly recommend Bikini Bottom and plan to visit again in the future!

This property had plenty of space for 2 families to enjoy and relax comfortably. It has a very short walk to the beach & offers a private pool that the kids spent the majority of their time in. The area that the beach house is located was perfect for us as it gave a more residential feel versus tourist destination thought part of that could also be that we can during off peak season. We had a blast & plan to visit again!

Re: bikini bottoms stay July 3-10, 2021 Extended family just returned from week long stay at bikini bottoms SC. This was our 13th year in this rental and the location, layout, and furniture provide our extended family of 14 with a very comfortable relaxing environment for our annual family gathering We love the five large bedrooms in this second row from the ocean house, larger than normal swimming pool, and a 50 step walk to the beach without having to cross a busy road. Vendors at this beach location provide banana boat, dragon boat rides as well as parachute sky rides and rental chairs The walk into downtown surfside is about a half mile on the beach or the Main Street in front of the house. While the pier is being completely rebuilt after damaged a few years back during a tropical storm, the area has several bars, restaurants, and things to do all within a comfortable walking distance Access to just about every need is within a 5-15 minute drive Large families should seriously consider bikini bottoms surfside beach sc for there beach type getaways

We loved Bikini Bottom. While there were some minor maintenance issues, the rooms and house were big with plenty of space for our family of 7. We also loved pool, and close access to beach! Also, liked open floor plan. Perfect for a family stay!

We couldn't have found a better place to stay! We have a family of 13- 5 adults, 2 teenagers, 4 preteens, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. This house was absolutely perfect for our family! It was plenty big enough, well maintained, and just steps from the beach! The pictures didnt do it justice to see how big it actually is. Love the location as well! I would definitely recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful family vacation. There was 11 in our party. 4 adults and 7 kids. Ages 2-15. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed spending time on balconies and at the pool. The pool was a huge plus for us since we had littles. The kids wanted to spend more time at the pool than the beach. Our first time at Surfside was a success and we will definitely be back. Family friendly community and quiet. There was a rowdy group across the way playing music but as soon as curfew came, they shut it down. The patrol was driving by several times to make sure. The patrol is seen on a regular basis. They had a couple of golf carts pulled over that excited the kiddos. And another night for someone for speeding. We felt extremely safe while staying at Surfside. We are from Alabama and decided to try a new beach besides Florida. I’m glad we did. This will be a yearly vacation for us. Bikini Bottom had everything we needed to cook and feed everyone. Access to the beach was perfect and close to house. The beaches were clean and not crowded. John answered all of my questions and concerns prior to booking. He was excellent to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. Linen service was well worth getting. Put the drier on very dry and you won’t have any issues doing laundry. We liked having the luxury of the bigger town amenities like the Aquarium and boardwalk that we could drive to. There are several places to eat and hang out right in Surfside. We went to Murrels inlet and ate at Dead dog saloon for crab legs and they were delicious. Enjoyed some live music while we were there. Excellent service. Hated to leave but we are leaving relaxed and refreshed. Thank you John for everything. -Burrows Family
