La mia villa con 4 camere da letto si trova al livello della spiaggia in modo da poter camminare a destra fuori dal soggiorno porte scorrevoli in vetro per la spiaggia, piscina e barbecue! Questa villa ha una vista spettacolare sull'oceano dal lanai, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e entrambe le camere matrimoniali. L'oceano è a 40 metri di fronte, la piscina e le grigliate sono a circa 40 metri a destra e l'hotel è a circa 150 metri sulla vostra sinistra! My husband, children, MIL, SIL and I stayed here together and just loved it. Everyone had their own room/space and there was plenty of space to play together. We went to the lovely beach right outside the back door and used the beach equipment provided with the rental. The condo was clean and well decorated and we hope to be back soon.

We rented a ground floor four bedroom unit. The gated parking was handy and easily accessed. The unit we stayed in had four bedrooms, three full baths, and one restroom. All rooms were modern and well furnished, were very clean, and were well supplied with essentials. We had east access thru a sliding door to the Villa common area and easy gated access to the private pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, clean, and well furnished. The common area walkways led to gated access to a stunning beach and ocean breakers. Everyone enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the ocean. We dined at the Beach House and at the Turtle Bay resort pool/beach area, and enjoyed great food! Overall, we recommend staying at OceanFront Villas over Honolulu and even the Turtle Bay Resort. Access to surfing, Polynesian Cultural Center, Sea Life Park, Bonzai Beach, shrimp trucks, surf shops, and more made the stay a great time! P.S. Kimberly, ourReservation Agent, went above and beyond to make our stay happen and we owe her a big THANKS!!!

This was an especially comfortable unit with two fully independent master suites and 2 additional bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. Well equipped kitchen - all of the essentials. Plenty of utensils and dishware. The general property BBQs are definitely well beyond their best before date. Kimberley was always reachable and very professional in her approach/responses. Highly recommend her in her role.

Overall it is 5 star. However the cleanliness of the space left a little to be desired. Floors were dirty bathroom had significant hair in the shower. All of that is easily overlooked. However the blowing up of the propane grill injured my son-in-law badly and we were forced to seek accommodations closets hospital in Honolulu

Possibly the best place to stay on Oahu! This unit is spacious and located at beach level. The setting is spectacular--don't miss a sunrise walk on the beach out to the right. Fun tennis and pickleball courts right there, and you can get the famous brunch at the Turtle Bay hotel next door. If conditions are good, there's almost no better place to learn to surf than the Jamie O'Brien school. Also good for intermediate/advance surfers depending on conditions.

It's been years since we visited the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. We were so excited to come again, and bring our Adult Kids and Grandkids.
I pictured the condo development to be much larger. I was so happy to see that it's more small/medium. The people in the other units were friendly and respectful.
This unit was perfect for us. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, and there was also a room for our two small grandsons. The view from the great room looks out on the water. Being a first-floor unit, we were steps to the beach and the pool. The private lawn area behind the condos was perfect for the kids, too.
The beautiful Turtle Bay Resort is super close, too. We pictured that being a little farther. We enjoyed a few meals, cocktails, and the retail there.
We cooked several meals. We had a large grocery order ready at Foodland near Haleiwa when we arrived. Incidentals were available at the resort.
One small request - I was surprised that there wasn't filtered water through the refrigerator. It would be nice to have a filtered fixture at the sink or maybe a britta pitcher available. The tap water left an aftertaste for coffee, and it was a little hard to drink as our primary water source. We couldn't keep enough bottled water available with so many people.
We loved our stay. It was a perfect week. Thank you!!

Our second stay with this property management team. This trip was rescheduled from 2020 due to COVID and the unwillingness of the management team to refund our deposits. We love the north shore and this location, but the furnishings in this property are dated and the house was musty (think used sock after running a marathon). The HVAC system could use an update. The kitchen is adequately furnished as is the beach equipment, but personal care items like shampoo are lower quality and in limited supply. There are better rentals available for better prices and better cancellation terms.

The property was clean and well maintained. Our friends remarked how clean it was as they have used VRBO many times and were super impressed. We had 3 couples, our elderly mom (slept on couch), and mom with 9 yr old. (9 people total). We fit perfectly. The view from the master bedrooms was Amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai. Check out instructions were simple. The beach chairs and beach equipment were useful. We enjoyed 2 days at the Polynesian center and traveled back n forth between Honolulu a couple of times. This is one of the best sides of the island. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Villa. Book this villa,you will not be disappointed! Hope to stay again!

Our stay at Turtle Bay in Villa 104 surpassed our expectations. We traveled to this North Shore gem for 8 days in late Feb.with our family of 10., (8 adults and two children). The villa was perfect.The community living spaces ( kitchen, dining and living areas ) were much more spacious than the photos might have suggested. The convenience of the pool, green space and approachable beach right out the door was awesome. BBQ's on site worked out really well for a few dinners at home. Loved walking right from the condo for daily exercise. There is a surfing beach for those qualified for the bigger winter surf located just in front of the nearby Turtle Bay Resort Hotel.Because we had a variety of flight arrivals and departures, as well as different activity interests amongst the group, we "SPLURGED" for 3 rental cars. This seemed key for the success of our family vacation...allowing groups to come and go for the daily hikes, surfing and meeting up for exploring other beaches/meeting up for lunches etc each day. Gina, Lea and Kimberly were extremely responsive to questions we sent their way. Truly worth every penny! One of our best family vacations ever. You'll love it!

Parking spot close to front door and super easy access to the beach/pool/restaurants etc. Staff/management quick to answer questions. Snorkeling right outside the door never disappointed !! Very easy stay. Loved that it had 4 bedrooms. Arrival instructions were very clear. Excellent views out the back patio. Beach area is nice but has a lot of small coral and rocks always present. The restaurants at Tiurtle Bay Resort next store are ridiculously expensive but there are plenty of food trucks within just a few minutes drive. About our only suggestion is that the living room furniture is not very comfortable and is showing it’s she, as are the area rugs. Overall it was a good place for our group to stay.

We were there for four days for a wedding. We were 8 adults and a 2.5 yr old and 6 month old.There were two master suites and two regular bedrooms. The master suite was able to accommodate a crib we had rented(outside baby delivery company)in the closet. The baby was able to sleep next to the parents in the Pack-In-Play provided by the condo. One of the hinges in the kitchen was broken but that wasn't a big problem as they offered to come and fix it. The dryer was broken but we didn't realize this until the night before we were going to leave, as we hadn't used it! We told housekeeping about it.The unit was a nice layout and the patio area and direct access to the lawn and beach was awesome.

We have been to the islands multiple times but never stayed in the North Shore. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday with our kids and grandkids and needed accommodations that would work for 9 of us. This condo was perfect! Ocean view, beach front, first floor, grass area in front for the little ones to run around. I would recommend this condo for families. Hope to come back again.

The pictures are exactly a true representation of the villa layout, location and furnishings. It was well stocked with cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen bowls etc. The villa location close to the pool and beach makes it an ideal stay with children and the spaciousness within the villa itself was terrific. We loved the large kitchen, large bedrooms and large ensuites. Having a high chair and pack and play in the villa were terrific. The beach locker was well stocked with beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys for the kids, snorkel sets and pool noodles. All in all Gina thankyou for a wonderful stay with our family in Villa 104. We have fabulous memories which we'll cherish forever.

Our family had a blast here. Everything was so close and we truly enjoyed the north shore. The location of this place was ideal especially with three kids who were able to go back to the our place to take a nap or have a bite to eat after playing in the sand, the beach, and even after the pool. Roy’s is also wishing a 1 minute walking distance and it’s right next to the newly remodeled turtle beach. The host let us check in early which was nice. It was kid friendly as well, had extra pack and plays, high chairs, bath Tub for babies, etc. The only negative thing we had to say about this place was that we had to reset the AC unit once or twice and the dishwasher was not working. Overall a great experience.

I've stayed here previously and each time it's been great. Conveniently located near the pool, jacuzzi and the beach. Kitchens are well stocked; the units are clean, and the service responsive. Not much more to ask for a family vacation.

The unit is in perfect spot for access to the beach and the pool and access if you want to Turtle Bay Resort! We even had a visit from the resident peacock everyday! The view was just beautiful and we enjoyed the island breezes too! You are not to far from food store for provisions and some fun day trips! We had a wonderful stay esp. our 20 month Grandson who loved running around outside...perfect on ground floor!
