Lo spazio è ottimo per i bambini. Includiamo anche un pack n play, seggiolone, baby monitor, rock n play, tappetino da gioco, culla, strumenti di colorazione e lavorazione per bambini e alcuni giocattoli. (Qualcosa che non è necessario elencare, basta chiedere!)
Mentre stai per ottenere la sensazione di pulito, pulito e lussuoso dell'hotel in tutto questo appartamento, potrai anche sperimentare il meglio di Saint Louis alloggiando in una delle migliori comunità (pur essendo vicino praticamente a TUTTO). Non dimenticare di godere del sentiero ben curato che costeggia l'Orto Botanico e ti condurrà direttamente nello splendido parco di Tower Grove.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect for exploring St Louis, with all the major attractions within easy reach (passes to the Botanical Garden next door were an added bonus). We enjoyed our stay! The location was close to the Botanical Gardens and we loved just walking over to see the holiday lights. The apartment was very clean, and great for my family of 4 + our dog. We stayed during Christmas, and it was nice touch to have a Christmas tree set up in the apartment. We had a small issue with the lock when we arrived, but the owner was quick to respond, and help with the issue. Overall, I would recommend this apartment.

This was a very clean,comfortable and well laid out floor plan especially for us-three elderly sisters. Traveled to see the St Louis Botanical Gardens and were delighted that the flat came with free entrance and tram passes. I’ve actually never been to a location that was as well stocked-anything you possibly could need-they had it. Especially kid friendly with a back yard play area and everything one would need for a baby as well. Very attentive in answering calls/texts promptly which is always reassuring for me.
Lots of steps in the top flat. My two sisters have challenges with stairs but we managed. Before we left,Sara let us go downstairs to check to see if we would like that flat as much as the flat above-we did. Will be returning in April for a different season of the Botanical Gardens which we fell in love with. Sara even offered to mail me my IPhone charger that I had left at the flat. I really appreciated that. These folks have earned their Super Host status without a doubt!

Great location. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family with 3 kids. It was nice not to need to pack sound machines or night lights. We didn't discover the toys in the closet until the last day, but the kids loved building the train set and magnetiles. We used the playground out back one evening and it was great to have that option. Can't think of anything we would change!

We were in STL for my daughter's soccer game. We ended up bringing her soccer teammate down, so the pull our bed was really helpful. The kitchen was functional, but I wouldn't plan on making large meals in the kitchen. We didn't have a chance to walk through the neighborhood because of all the games, but that area has an interesting history and seems welcoming. The owner was extremely responsive when we had some minor issues with water flow in the kitchen. It was immediately fixed and all was well. We'd stay there again. Thanks!

Nice Place, Good for Kids
The house was clean, comfy, and spacious. Our 4 children had enough room to stretch their legs between outings. There were no knickknacks or fragile decorations we had to worry about them breaking. The house had most of what we needed for the kids, and what wasn't already there, the host provided us in short order. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was fairly quick with communication and was very helpful and accommodating.

Property is perfectly located for all the fun stuff to do with kids. Nothing was a very far drive at all. Love that owner took such great care to make the apartment baby/ toddler friendly.

2. Plumbing handle in shower appears to be on upside down, hot/ cold operation a little weird to figure out

Perfect
We really enjoyed our stay. This duplex is in a very cute neighborhood within walking distance to many things, especially the Botanical Gardens. This 3 bedroom space was spacious and clean. Our kiddos enjoyed the board games, books and toys provided.
It was no problem at all that it was only the 2nd floor, plenty of privacy and space. We wish we could stay longer and hope to be back soon. Thank you Sara!! She was a wonderful contact.

Family Roadtrip
My husband and I took our two sons (1 & 3 yrs old) on our first road trip to St. Louis. We decided to book this property because of location, price, and the baby/toddler items that the owners included as part of the rental. It was very convenient to not have to pack our high chair & pack n play!!
The check in process was easy and the property was just as described. As an added bonus, we also took advantage of the pass for the beautiful Botanical Gardens!
We stayed for an entire week and the only feedback we have to offer is adding a dish bin and real sponges/dish clothes to the kitchen. We hand wash rather than use the dishwasher (the welcome book said it made a constant sound when the cycle was complete so we didn’t want to run this when the kids were napping/sleeping or when we were out & about in the city).
Overall, would definitely stay again and visit St. Louis!

This property was perfect for our quick, family get away. We have 3 kids and so appreciated the extra space of the property compared to a hotel.
The location was perfect for quick trips downtown to the Arch or a baseball game at Busch Stadium and we also loved that the property was within walking distance or a few miles of little things to do between site seeing. (parks and a splash pad for kids, the donut shop, etc.)
We were a little confused at check in that we were only the second level and how to get there (parking in back, entrance in front, which door etc), but communication with the property manager was great and she was prompt and very helpful.

Simply Perfect
This property was simply perfect for our stay, everything was just spacious enough it has all the bare necessities, the beds were comfy. I loved the balcony outside the master bedroom. It's located on an amazingly beautiful street in great area close to everything. The welcome binder was super helpful and the owners were so attentive to our needs (even though we didn't need anything it was so nice to he checked up on to make sure we didn't have any questions or inquiries). This was our first experience with any type of vrbo/airbnb and it was great. If ever we travel out to Missouri again we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and homely experience.

Family friendly and great location
We spent spring break in St Louis as tourists with our 4 kids ages 1.5-8. The apartment was the perfect spot for us to spread out. It was comfortable and clean and very family friendly. We had use of a high chair, pack n play and booster seat while we were there which was so wonderful. The location was great for visiting the arch, zoo, and other museums. The day we arrived was hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The owners were super responsive even offering to install a window unit for us that evening, but luckily the weather cooled off the rest of the week and it wasn’t necessary. We would happily stay here again if we had a reason to be in St Louis again. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommend this upper level duplex. We were grateful to have the pack n play, bassinet, and other items since we were traveling with our young children. Kitchen, dining room, and living room were surprisingly roomy. Very safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Location was great; not far from the freeway and close to downtown. Made it easy to explore St. Louis!

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and her friend, who are pre-teens. It was great to have 3 bedrooms so each of the girls could have their own room. The place was clean and bright, apparently newly renovated, just as in the photos. Having an off-street parking space was handy, as the street parking sometimes filled up. Cute, Homey Home Away From Home
We recently met our daughter in St Louis for a long weekend. We had planned on doing a little sightseeing, but spending most of our time at the house visiting as we also have a toddler and infant. We ended up having a snowy, cold weekend and spent our entire time at the house, but we didn't mind as we had almost all of the comforts of home. Being an older home, it was a bit drafty and hard to get/keep warm, but again we came on a very cold weekend. The beds are pretty and comfy. Dishes, pots and pans and basic utensils are provided. Tons of plush, white towels in the bathroom. There is access to the washer and dryer, however we ended up not needing it. Best of all, they provided us with a pack n play, rocker, bassinet, baby monitor, high chair, play mat and a few toys. Traveling 10 hours with an infant and toddler is brutal enough. It was so wonderful to not have to bring those items or have to improvise without them. There are many restaurants that will deliver and/or in walking distance. The botanical gardens are in walking distance. We look forward to coming back to stay again in the future in nicer weather so we can explore! You MUST try the World's Fair Donuts while you are there AMAZING!! Sara was a wonderful hostess and very responsive to our needs and questions.
