We loved the warm pool. Patio area was great. We liked the privacy doors as our girls are adults and need their privacy. The layout was perfect.

This was a perfect location for us in Punta Gorda. Our lab loved the proximity to the dog park and great walking paths to fisherman's village and the Harbor walk. We especially loved our time in and around the large warm pool. Christine & Paul were great hosts! They checked in often and were quick to address concerns. We would happily stay again.

This home was perfect for our winter getaway in Florida. The home had everything we needed. The pool was bigger and deeper than most pools I have seen and the lanai was spacious with comfortable furniture. The location was ideal - walking distance to Fishermen’s Village. The owner was wonderful to work with.

Excellent location, close to Fish Village in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the outdoor space and pool. Property owners live close and are available for anything.

My husband and I have stayed in Punta Gorda homes for several years and this has been our best stay yet. This home is everything the owner states and then some. The pool is larger than most and is really heated, unlike some who are advertised as such, but are actually quite chilly.. It has character and several fascinating surprises, including interior design and the "Elvis" bedroom. Christine is an excellent hostess who quickly responded when we reached out to her. Great stay and Thank You, Christine! Hope to come again soon...

We loved this home, the neighborhood was so peaceful. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Pocket doors make it easy to split into two separate living areas with a share kitchen if needed. The lanai was huge with a lovely view of the water way and the pool was warm. Having the little dog yard was so convenient. Christine and Paul are fabulous hosts and have provided bikes and beach chairs etc as well. The restaurants are fabulous ,, the kayaking was wonderful, manatees included in so,e waterways .we hope to return….highly recommend !

Rent with confidence. My wife and I loved this place. Had everything you needed to have a relaxing vacation. Walking distance to Fisherman’s Village. Clean well kept house. Looking forward to going back again.

My husband, dog, and I wanted a quite but easy place to take a relaxing get away. This place met all our needs. From golf near by, pool during the day, and plenty of restaurants to choose from to visit with friends. Christina was fantastic to work with. Any questions I had, she was quick to respond. Very helpful and the house was everything and more then we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I needed a getaway that was peaceful and nearby to beautiful beaches and fun things to do and see. Bramasole was our ticket to zen. Punta Gorda is a beautiful place full of great restaurants, fishing galore, and lovely homes and surroundings. Everything is an easy drive to great places to fill your stay with adventure. We went kayaking in old Florida waters nearby with Its Time Kayak! We visited great beaches in Boca Grande, Englewood Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva. The Fisherman’s Village nearby is lovely for shopping and walking. Punta Gorda’s Harbor Walk is a delightful after dinner walk. Boating opportunities to take advantage of….don’t leave without taking one! Best sunset? The causeway Beach at Sanibel. Then drive home to Bramasole and take a night swim in the pool. The home is well stocked for your stay. Pay It Forward supply stock is a system that clearly works well. Great concept! Home is elegant and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and a good night’s sleep to end any day. Cleanliness is like godliness here…and it is divinely CLEAN. Pool and lanai is amazing with a gorgeous canal view. Quiet neighborhood too. Christine has an amazing opportunity available here. Instructions all clear and easy to follow. Check in/Check out easy breezy! You will want to return again…..I promise

This is an incredibly clean and quiet place to stay. It’s in a residential area with most of the residents being full timers. This place is perfectly set up for those who want to bring their pets. You can easily shut pocket doors in the house to keep your dog from going in nicer areas, like the formal living room. The instructions are listed in a book when you arrive inside and are incredibly accurate and descriptive. The back porch was our favorite place to relax in the afternoons, swimming and sitting on the lanai. There is a little side entry fenced off area specifically for your pups, just large enough for them to do what they need to do, and small enough for you to easily keep clean. The owners have done an excellent job of making sure you have a stock of supplies that you might need while you stay there, and also ask that you pay it forward if you use the last of it, which I think is more than fair. The three bedrooms are decorated beautifully and I especially loved the “Cuba room.” So creative! The artwork is lovely throughout the house as well. Having a washer and dryer on site was wonderful, because I like to do a load every single day and it really saves on how much you have to pack for your trip. If you’re bringing a boat like we did, make sure that you understand that you cannot store a boat trailer anywhere in that neighborhood due to local code/HOA rules. This means that you will need to rent at one of the storage facilities nearby for your trailer. We chose People’s Choice RV storage, and the owner of the storage place, Rocco was extremely helpful. We put the boat in at Laishley boat ramp and navigated to the home using Fisherman’s Village as a waypoint/GPS coordinates. You will need to plan your arrival and departure logistics carefully since you cannot have the boat trailer at the home. On check out day, we chose to pick up our trailer at the RV storage and grabbed one of the bikes that were in the garage. Parked the car and boat trailer back at Lashley park, rode the bicycles back to the house, grabbed the boat and navigated back to ramp from the house. Add enough time in to do this on check out day as it takes a bit to make all that happen. You’ll need a shower after all that so plan your time well. If you are bringing a boat, this location is excellent for day trips to Cayo Costa and Charlotte Harbor fishing! Plan for that extra work so you’re prepared for check-in and check-out day logistics.

The property is more beautiful than pictures and was spotless when we arrived! The location is perfect to walk or drive to fisherman’s village (we ate there almost every night at a new restaurant!) We spent so much time on the dock at the house catching all sorts of fish! Christine was also an amazing host and had a detailed book to help you get to know the area and things to do around punta gorda! We can’t wait to come back again!
