This is a perfect home located close to all the highlights of Punta Gorda. Within walking distance is coffee, diners and restaurants, and an extremely short drive to all of the local Punta Gorda hot spots.
The home is well appointed, meticulously clean and very comfortable.I look forward to my next stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Quiet safe location close to a nice park called Gilchrist for the kids and fisherman's village. The home was so cozy and had great amenities! Thanks for having us! Host was very accommodating and communicated well.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and spacious house. It is a good value also. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive to just about anywhere you want to go. It is also very bike able to downtown and waterfront bike/ walking paths.

Wonderful stay at Mermaid Cay!!
We had such a wonderful week in this home, which offers great access to all that Punta Gorda has to offer, that we rebooked for a month next year! The backyard is wonderfully private and the screened porch is perfect for dining, working, and relaxing. Sam & Gina had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We can't wait to return!
