Dotato di 2 camere con comodi letti king size, una camera aggiuntiva con una nuova regina e, infine, la camera a castello preferita dalla famiglia, complimentata con i comò delle scale. La grande sala ha molto spazio per rilassarsi, giocare e mangiare in gruppo. Le finestre sull'unità terminale guardano a sud e ad ovest e un balcone con barbecue pronto per essere goduto.
La cucina è aperta e spaziosa con layout ed elettrodomestici moderni. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità e la piscina riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio a soli 30 passi di distanza a malapena a lasciare l'unità. Tuttavia, Mammoth è pensato per essere apprezzato. Quindi parcheggia la tua auto per la settimana e cammina fino alle due fermate della navetta che ti portano in città, ai resort, ai ristoranti, ai laghi tutti gratuitamente. Se vai al villaggio per un drink in ritardo, guida l'autobus gratuito verso casa e non preoccuparti di chi guida.

We've been to many beautiful places and stayed in some really nice homes and not so nice homes. I can say this home was in the really nice category. The house was spacious and well designed, comfortable beds, all the kitchen amenities and beautiful view and best off all had a bidet (if you've never experienced a bidet, you are definitely missing out). It was centrally located and was near a bus station to get into town or a short walking distance from Vons and a few coffee shops.
I cant go without saying how nice the owners were and how helpful they were before and after the trip. Because this was our first trip to the Mammoth lake area and definitely not the last one, I had many different questions about the area and the activities. They went out of their way and provided me with a detailed instructions of the items I asked about.
If this is your first time going to Mammoth lake or you have been here before I definitely recommend this place!

We were very impressed with this property and would gladly stay there again. Great layout with master bedroom and living area upstairs. The other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs.
Some things we liked most:
- Pretty private location. Adjoins one other unit. Heard them only once on Saturday night. Otherwise, wouldn’t have known anyone else was nearby.
- Kitchen is fully stocked. So convenient having a separate griddle. Also so nice having Ziploc baggies in pantry.
- Can’t say enough about how responsive and hospitable the owners are. If I could give 6 stars for this, I would.
- Property was clean and well-maintained.
- Near Vons.

The condo was very clean and provided plenty of space for two families. We also enjoyed the proximity to the pool, the well stocked kitchen with tons of kitchenware, the provided fire wood, etc. Host was very responsive and flexible. Thank you!

Lots of room to hang out upstairs/downstairs, indoor pool/jacuzzi nearby; convenient to shuttle, restaurants, walking trails, and everything Mammoth has to offer. Would stay here again.

BEST place to stay
We absolutely love everything about this property.The location was perfect, less than a minute walk to the shuttle stop. You are guaranteed a seat , as you are one of the first to be picked up. The pool/jacuzzi is right next door, which is super convenient. The property itself is clean, new and set up perfectly for kids/adults with 3 bedrooms on the downstairs floor and one master on the top floor, with a private bathroom. The living room is huge and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is very spacious, as well. The owners are super responsive and helpful. I accidentally left a few articles of clothing behind and they graciously offered to mail them to my home for me. We will DEFINITELY be staying again! Thank you Todd and Leon!

It was a pleasant stay! We loved the home, its amenities and proximity to restaurants, attractions while still being super peaceful. At the end of stay, we wanted to stay for another week!

Clean, well laid out condo for 9 people
We had 6 teens and 3 adults at the Condo for a ski race training at Mammoth. Because of Covid and keeping everyone home for the safety of all, we cooked every meal for all 9 of us in the condo. The kitchen has all the supplies needed and is well outfitted. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for the group and the condo was clean and updated. The condo is 12 minutes drive from the main Mammoth lodge where kids needed to meet for race training.

Magnificent Mammoth
The property was clean, updated, and very family friendly. Communication with the owner, Todd, was first-rate. The location was close to everything, but far enough away that we felt safe regarding Covid, and much quieter than staying in the village. We look forward to staying at this property again in the near future!

Great stay! Close to slopes.
We just got back from our presidents weekend trip and stayed at this property for 3nights. It was plenty of space and the owners were on top of it and answered our questions right away and were very responsive. It had all the kitchenware we needed for cooking all our meals the whole weekend

MAMMOTH SKI VACATION
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Having the master upstairs and the 3 bedrooms downstairs was perfect for our family. Very clean and well maintained and the owner was very accessible. The location is great, right on the bus line. All in all, it met our needs perfectly! I give it high marks!!!

Family Gathering
Great place for our extended family to stay. It fit 9 of us great. Two sets of parents each got their own king beds, there was a separate queen bed for grandma, and a great bunk room for the five kids. Many upgrades done to the unit and you can tell more are to come. The bus stop is right out front and was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin
Our family has been going to Mammoth for over 30 years and this one of the nicest cabins we have ever stayed in. It is in a beautiful setting very close to shopping yet you feel like you're miles away. The cabin is well stocked with spices and everything you need to prepare your meals. The pool is a very short walk away. The deck is wonderful for sitting outside. The large cabin accommodated our party of 7 adults and 3 little ones perfectly. Todd and Leon, the owners are great communicators and respond promptly. My husband is a gifted woodworker and we both noticed the quality woodwork that was just done in the cabin...gorgeous new doors and framing and baseboards and the quality stone
tiled kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. We can highly recommend staying here and plan on it in the future!

Exactly as advertised
This cabin is good for 10 people.
It is located in a very good location where restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, police station and grocery stores are all less than 5 min driving.
Kitchen is fully equipped and rooms have plenty of pillows and blankets.
Indoor pool & Jacuzzi is few steps away from the cabin and it operates from 2:00 pm till 9:00 pm.
Todd the owner is very gentle, polite and warm welcoming. He kept following up with me since day one to make sure that I have arrived safe and offered to be contacted for any questions 24/7.

Perfect for our family - felt like home!
We had an amazing time staying here over our 4 day weekend! It was the perfect place for my family of kids and adults. The kids absolutely loved staying in the room with the bunk beds as they said it was their cousin time getaway. We loved that the grandparents were able to have a room upstairs away from all the noise in order to get some rest when they needed it. At night it was perfect getting to play games upstairs where the adults could have some fun without disturbing the sleeping kids.
The location is ideal and close to everything. It was perfect for when we wanted to run in to town for groceries, dinner or head up to the mountain for some snowboarding. I couldn't have asked for a better location that was both close enough to everything yet far enough from everything to have a peaceful evening.
Leon & Todd were extremely helpful and responsive with any questions I had. The information on how to access the rental, accommodations, etc. were so easy and helpful that it really helped us feel like their place was our own for the weekend.
I would highly recommend staying here as it is exactly what you need for a home away from home! We can't wait to come back!!

Great Place for 2 Families!!
A wonderful updated town home for our two families, one from OC and from the SD that met up at Mammoth. Between us we were four adults and five kids. The home was clean, comfortable, warm and cozy. Kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed for preparing meals for the group. We all enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, & sauna, that were just steps from the front door!! Perfect location in Mammoth. Easy access to the bus that goes to The Village and Mammoth Resort, we didn't have to drive at all! Owners were great to work with!! We would definitely recommend the condo and would stay there again.

Amazing place. We were very pleased to see how clean the place was. Kitchen was great (no old pans like at other places). Todd was great at making sure we had a great stay. Even the staff that takes care of the complex buildings was friendly and always helpful. Will definitely be coming again!

My family and I (10 in total) stayed here a few weeks ago and we had an absolute blast! This property is close enough to walk to lots of fun things that Mammoth has to offer as well as a trolly stop, right outside the complex. It was very clean and we all fit nicely in the property. We only had one issue (the wifi went out) but the owners were very accessible and fixed the problem immediately (no wifi in a beautiful place like Mammoth wouldn't have been a bad thing in my opinion anyways). Easy parking, quick access to the pool and spa and overall just a wonderful property! We'll definitely go back and have already suggested this property to a few of our friends! Thanks for a wonderful Mammoth experience!

We had a great stay at this lovely and centrally located condo. The property is well maintained and very clean. The grocery store and multiple restaurants were within a short walk, and the trolley stop at the entrance of the community made getting into the village a breeze. We will definitely stay here when we return to Mammoth!
